Everytime I come hear, service is great! They always take my order quick and the employees are pleasant. My kids always order Caramel Frappes and they are always fixed nice and taste good! Error 404: Food Not Found. This is the closest I've come to fighting someone in the drive thru. I arrived at 12:45 AM, the wait for the drive thru (which is intended to be quick) was very long. Eventually I could order my large fry and McFlurry. Hearing the cars ahead order small things as well, I thought "surely, this will only take but a moment." Boy was I wrong. About 15 minutes later, I finally arrive at the FIRST window. After several minutes more, the employee finally opens it and asks for payment. Which came out to a little over $9. That's important for later. He left immediately after, then came back to the window a couple minutes later to tell me the ice cream machine was down, and that he had accidentally given my McFlurry to one of the cars ahead that already left. Now quite aggravated, I asked for a refund. He leaves again, and moments later the manager comes to the window. Morbidly obese, maybe three teeth, and a thick country accent. I think she might have been such a regular at the location that they just offered her a job. Anyway, we discuss the refund for a minute or so, and eventually work out that I will need to pull ahead to receive it at another window. At this point, I was just done altogether and just wanted to leave with my money. Waiting another couple of minutes in line, I eventually arrive at the final window to receive what I am owed. Where someone who wants to be there about as badly as I wanted to be there was "working." He handed me some amount of money (in the moment, I was too annoyed and didn't hear the amount) dismissively with a "here" before closing the window to go back to his "work." As fast as I could, I flew out of the drive thru and returned home. Only to realize I had only been refunded $6.61. Not only did I waste 30 f***ing minutes, but I didnt get any food or my McFlurry, and ended up with less money than I began. I feel like I was just beat up and mugged for my lunch money. If any of the above things sounds like something you wish to go through, I couldn't begin to recommend this place enough. If you value your sanity and do not wish to get arrested for physically attacking an employee for being as inept and poorly educated as a human being can be, then perhaps this isn't the location for you. Great service. The day shift manager is an extremely hard worker. Even when short staffed she is always very helpful.

I wanna start by saying I never leave reviews. BUT I am so fed up with them closing HOURS early. You check the hours, it says 12... guess what... they closed at 8.... The employees will actually watch you drive by... and just not answer the drive thru.... I hate this McDonald's so much... It needs to be more like Walmart and become self service because the employees are useless. Be better. read more

This McDonald's is always a hit or miss. You never know what you're going to get. The service is always friendly and welcoming, however they are often extremely SLOW. I visited on Friday at about 7pm and put in an order for Curbside Pickup. While waiting I noticed that the drive thru line was extremely backed up and not many cars we're making it out with their orders. After 20mins of sitting in my car waiting for my food I decided to go in to check on it. They informed me that the curbside order hadn't shown up and promptly made my order. The wait time was frustrating, as was having to go inside considering it had placed my order to avoid doing that. read more

I just placed an order using points in a mobile using my points for a quarter pounder. I had 6000 points that brought the sandwich but when I pulled up to the window I asked if I was a able to order more food. I was told by the McDonalds worker that I could. I added a large fry, sweet tea, Mc chicken, and two apple pies and was told my order total was 17.47. I asked why was it so much when I used 6000 of my points for the quarter pounder. I was told that since I ordered more food, McDonalds canceled my points and charged me for my quarter pounder. He then told me his manager was sitting right there and if I wanted assistance from her. I said yes, he walked over to the woman who was sitting at a computer and she told him there was nothing she can do. I canceled my entire order and left the restaurant. If you want to find the world's worst mcdonald's come to this one. The store and bathroom are a mess they have workers that will pick their nose while working they tend to have more personal conversations with each other rather than to service the guest, and let you ask for a extra pack of ketchup they'll ll only give you one for a large fry. They will try to charge you twenty five cent for each extra packet. I have asked for the district manager information on more than one occasion and have not been given it. While this location looks fantastic after their remodel... the food is only so so. I arrived at 10:45 hoping to catch breakfast. .. nope lunch starts at 10:30, so I'm disappointed. Ok, I'm hungry and I settled for their new quarterpounder deluxe and fries. The deluxe sandwich is a ripoff, as they charge you 90 cents for one slice of tomato and a lettuce leaf. Also there was so much mayo on it, that when I bit it, the mayo squirted everywhere. They were only 15 minutes into the lunch period, but instead of hot crispy fries, they were cool and soft... Highly not recommend this McDonald's. They have many employees, but they seem very disorganized. We ordered a sundae and medium size fries. I saw they took our numbers by the kitchen area and put it on the side and forgot about it. We waited over 20 minutes and finically get their attention. Not the holiday pies. Me on the other hand had terrible experiences every time I go there. I don't know why I still go. Super disorganized, and they are totally rude and oblivious. I don't know what to say about the McDonalds in Harford county. They typically have staff that need to undergo further training, though they are pleasant enough. The upside of this McDonalds is its clean and well maintained interior. Food was done quickly. It can be quite difficult to turn left out of the parking lot, but you can say that about several places on Constant Friendship. read more
