This place is trying it's best to fail. You do drive through and it takes 15-20 minutes to get a double cheeseburger because they want to cook everything "fresh to order", even though it's all frozen and going on stale buns. You go inside and don't see a person until they drop your food on the pick-up rack. You order on a kiosk and wait 30 minutes for your food because they are trying to keep the drive through line from stopping interstate traffic while they cook every burger or nugget to order. read more

Quick stop for a bite, just before breakfast time ended. It took quite a while to get our food (drive-thru, 12 mins) but it was hot! Yay. I love hot hash browns they guys sandwiches were hot and the cheeses was actually melted. I know McDonalds isn't gourmet, but it's nice to have hot food from there. read more

stopped here on our way through back to town to use the ladies rest room and get something to eat before heading back on the road. I am disappointed and disgusted. 1st there wasn't 1 single roll of toilet paper in the toilet paper dispenser that holds 2 rolls. asked the neighbor stall if they had some, low and be hold they didn't either. got some one to finally bring us in some napkins. went to wash our hands, NO SOAP either, no paper towels just the hand drier. they were not busy at all maybe 2 people max customer wise inside. out side there was no customers in drive through. needless to say it was just frustrating and made us re think wanting to eat there all together. if there is no soap how are you washing your hands before leaving the restroom? read more

Submitted a Mobile Order for Drive Thru. Waited 20 minutes at the speaker with no acknowledgement from anyone. Watched 3 cars pull out of drive thru lane & leave. Called restaurant & claims they were answering drive thru...must of been using sign language or something. Extremely unprofessional business! read more

I can be ok with the lack of speed of service, especially when they are busy. What I cannot forgive is the disgusting dining room and restaurant. From a worker coughing all over herself while she's preparing food to the overflowing garbage and dirty dining room. This is sad. They are always super sloppy with the burgers. They refused to give an orange juice because they clean the machines after breakfast but a buddy who was a manager at a McDs called bs on that and explained everything and how it should have still been available during the evening and we were there around 11-ish/noon so it's not like it was even super late. She was pretty upset. There was something wrong with my sandwich too but I forgot because I was more concerned with her not getting her drink. They even said OK! at first and then just ran up her orange juice as orange soda and she didn't want soda. Thankfully she caught it so she could talk to them before they handed it over. They seem to be in la la land half the time when it comes to the drive thru. read more

Will never go there again. Not only were our orders wrong, there was no attempt to make them correct, just given excuses regarding "stress" levels. Who knows what the cost of remodeling was; shame on upper management for either not training employees that customers pay their wages OR hiring the wrong personnel in the first place. read more

A year ago I found hair in my French fries the french fries were burnt and other stuff too

Constantly messing up orders and takes longer than usual to get food. Pretty sloppy assembly on the burgers too. Pickles will be stacked in one spot or you'll barely get any condiment. Sometimes you get cold fries, sometimes they forget the bacon. Shake machine is constantly down. Some staff are unfriendly. read more

I ordered a flurry at like 11 and they said they couldn't make it. Not a big deal but they were pretty rude about it.

They hardly ever mess up our order at the drive-thru but the service takes extremely long. Don't come here if you're in a rush.

All we wanted was a SF vanilla iced coffee and a medium black hot coffee Hmm... How can a McDonald's be so bad. This isn't my first experience at this particular store but it will be my last. Service: Unfriendly, it seems the staff doesn't want to be there. They certainly aren't suited for this type of business. The first two times I used the Drive thru they' haven't been able to get the orders correct. Both times it was for two people. Food: Clean the dam Fryers - On 3 separate occasions I've had to return fried food for a nasty burnt flavor. Each time I've returned the food I've let the manager on duty know. Just went to get my brother and Mom our McDonald's fix and it will be the last. Went to the drive thru and got a signature sandwich and made it abundantly clear we wanted no onions on it and sure enough it was riddled with onions. Also had a coupon, and never even received the chicken tenders I paid for. The amount paid on the receipt was incorrect as well. I paid 21.57 (round about on the cents). If you want unfriendly drive thru staff, soggy fries, and incorrect food that you paid for, this is the place for you. read more
