Tonight, i was ordering something to a adorable waitress when a horrible manager yell at her in front of me (like i was not there) saying she was doing wrong. I was so shocked that i was not able to say a word. The adorable waitress was puzzled so i was. This manager should be replaced. I put the one star cause i can not put 0 star. Normally I don't review chains like this but after posting a pic of their seemingly customer unfriendly notice on their door I felt a small elaboration on the place was necessary. At first seeing that sign in the evening, when there weren't many peeps in the place I was pretty put off. After returning on a second trip during the day the sign made more sense. The kids playing at their indoor playground combined with boat loads of senior citizens who sit around and blather all day do take up a considerable amount of space in a not very big restaurant. I would STILL change my sign making it less anti-customer sounding but I better understand their issues. The place gets packed early and stays that way thu the afternoon. Service is slow but then again the place is packed with kids and old people so expecting something else would be futile. read more

Playhouse was overcrowded and older kids were running inside it with their shoes on. Mentioned this to a worker and she said she would tell a manager; that she couldn't do anything about it. 10 minutes later, with no manager on scene, I went and personally spoke to a manager, and he said he'd "look into it". He never did, and finally the kids in question left. Kids meals were missing their drinks, and their burgers look like they were wrapped by a 2nd grade, and that's insulting to 2nd graders! Play area trash cans were full and needed emptying, but I guess that wasn't a priority, either. read more

It never fails with this McDonalds. The idea of "fast food" fails hard here. Every time I go through the drive thru, I get ushered to a "sit and wait" stall because they are incapable of managing their order flow, even when it's slow. If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. I placed a large order at this location and received uncooked chicken sandwiches and missing apple slices and fries in our kids meals. My nieces and nephews ate this food because they were hungry, I didn't have the time to check their food and pray they do not get sick. However, after taking a bite of my chicken sandwich, I realized the chicken was not cooked. (See the picture) I realize COVID has been tough on many restaurants, but that doesn't mean an established business like McDonald's can be careless with the food they are providing their customers. I asked for a full refund because I felt it was warranted given my unpleasurable experience. A helpful employee told me that the owner of the store rejected my request for a full refund and would only refund the uncooked sandwiches. Some may consider that fair, but In my opinion, that is horrible customer service and lack of ownership for someone's mistake. This could kill someone! The access to this unique MacDonald's is rather strange and there's a serious parking problem. That's on the outside. Inside, the service was, basically, non-existent. Any other MacDonald's I've ever been in, when you order something like a burger meal, once they've taken your order they hand you your drink cup so you can fill it while they're finishing your order. Not this one. When they took my order no one gave me my cup so I asked for it. I was told it would come with my meal. I guess they thought I might steal some extra coke or something. Small thing maybe, but a bad reflection on their service. I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

I've been here quite a few times in the last couple months. Usually everything is fine. Today...absolutely not. I went through the drive through and they messed up my order. I told the worker my burger was messed up and she argued with me. I told her I confirmed my order twice at the speaker and once when paying. She told me to pull to the side. From the time of ordering, it took 19 minutes for them to bring my "fixed" burger out. After bringing it out, it was still wrong. She went inside, then came out with the same burger again and said it was correct. Once again I gave the worker the receipt and she went inside. I finally got the correct burger after 24 minutes with almost no one here. The girl who brought out my burger was nice. I'll give McDonald's that. Everything else ismind numbingly painful. Few months later: Yesterday: cook screwed up my burger and argued with the manager about it when the receipt clearly said what it was supposed to be. Today: 21 minutes to get my food in the drive-through. I had to pull to the side as multiple cars got their food and left before me that were well behind me. They still screwed up the burger again today. The girl who brought my stuff out was really nice. She was the only good part today. Everything else was a major headache. The base McDonald's is great. This one has caused a lot of headaches. read more

This is by far the best McDonald's I have ever been to! We come here weekly unless we are out of town because it is such a welcoming and place. The kids love to come here and play anything and everything from pirates to superheros. When you get your fries they are ALWAYS HOT! Always! Burgers are always hot and fresh same for the nuggets and as always at this McDonald's Delicious! So hats off to this McDonald's for great service and amazing food.. read more

This is a really clean McDonalds, and some of the people that work there are really nice. BUT after years of going there several times a week, the owner came up to us and told us not to feed the birds outside in the parking lot and he WASN'T nice. He said that the birds are unsanitary, which I can understand, but he insinuated that we were the cause of the birds being there. Anytime you go there, you will see people throwing a French fry, etc. out of their car windows. So, I don't want to contribute to his business any longer, and we find somewhere else to go, where they APPRECIATE our business. I have worked with the public for years, and if it was my business, I would never approach a customer like he did. We come here often due to the toddler always wanting to go play and eat at McDonald's....we ordered a big breakfast, coffee, coke, apple juice, and four dollar menu items. The coffee sat on the tray for 15-20 minutes while our order was being processed. We were advised that it would be 4 minutes for the lunch menu items, however I watched as a crew member looked at my ticket 20 different times, but only filled all other ticket orders. About 20-30 orders were received while we still waited for our order. Finally after going back to find out what is taking so long with our order, we ask to speak to a manager.....nobody comes......we ask for a manager two more times and still not one person comes. We leave to the play area to get my daughter's shoes and jacket back on after we finally have been given our order. The same employee who skipped our ticket comes to swap our order as they gave us the wrong order and gives a sarcastic apology. I have never experienced such poor customer service and bad attitudes from a bunch of grown adults like I have today. The 16 year old who took our order had an excellent attitude and far better customer service skills, than the manager and sarcastic employee. Re-train your employees on customer service. read more

horrible service. I went to the drive-through and got two things - a Sunday and a burger. When I got up to the window she handed me my burger immediately but could not be bothered to make a Sunday and stood there with her back to me watching and waiting for somebody else to make the Sunday. at no time did she say thank you for coming to McDonald's or any type of think you whatsoever. After a ridiculously long wait I was finally handed my Sunday and was on my way, again without a thank you, but whatever - I'm on my way. When I went to get my burger out I could tell immediately something was wrong with it. Open the paper and the problem was it was just bread. now I had to turn around and drive back to McDonald's park and go inside the store to show my receipt and what I got - bread. , nobody said one word. Somebody did come and take the bread so trying to get some kind of reaction, I asked, is this a joke? Still nobody said anything! nobody said, sorry about that, nobody said I'll get you another just a moment, nobody said anything. so now what? Are they getting me a different burger? Are they waiting for me to tell them what they need to do? I don't know because nobody's reacting. now, at this point I'm quite sure they will spit in my food as well because they clearly think this was a great joke and there's no indication what so ever that they intend to get me a burger. finally after standing there for sometime I say, give me my money back. My husband asked me to post this since he was the one to go in to get our food. He said he went in and ordered our breakfast, 2 steak, egg and cheese bagel meals and 2 drinks. He waited and watched about 8 other customers come in, place their rather large orders and leave with their food while he is still waiting. When he asked the manager how much longer it was going to be for our food, the manager had an attitude and told him, "Well we did have to cook your egg." Because of his attitude, now my husband has an attitude! My husband asks,"Well, just how long does it take to cook a freakin egg?!" He also express his displeasure about the fact that SEVERAL other customers who had came in and ordered after he did had already received thier orders and left. About this time the young lady who had received our order walks up with the food. Needless to say we will not be returning to this McDonald's anytime soon. read more
