This is for the new McDonald's at Unser and Ladera. I can't find anywhere else to review it and I am not on FB. They need to find cashiers who speak English. Any kind of special order is going to be wrong. I wanted a chicken sandwich, a Quarter Pounder Deluxe without cheese and Mayo, and two large orders of fries, with no drinks, to go. The cashier had very poor English skills and she called over another person to take my order and she didn't speak English. When I looked at the receipt she left off the Quarter Pounder Deluxe and an order of fries. So she had to do a separate order. I noticed on the ticket that she didn't get the no cheese but a that point I just gave up. When I got the order there was one order of fries missing. So someone got me a large fries. By that time the food was cold. When I got home there were two Deluxe Quarter Pounders in the bag. One without cheese and one without mayo. Then I noticed I was overcharged $22.00! They can't handle anything order that deviates from the menu. A cashier has to be able to speak English. Come on McDonald's! read more

I gave them a chance yesterday and was not surprised. They over charged me for my meal. The meals here are already more expensive than most other McDonald's. My burger looked like it was put together in the dark. The wrapper was soaked in with grease. The Coke didn't taste right. I asked why I was over charged they said it was because of my drink. This location is always horrible for some reason: most of the time, the food isn't fresh. We always ask for no cheese and they 100% of the time have always put cheese. We've had to redo our whole order since we had to wait for a redo. The same managers have worked there and they clearly don't care about the costumers happiness. If you can, go somewhere else. Their parking lot is very unclearly marked because apparently the "wet floor sings laying on the floor" that are not super visible are suppose to be your marker for the line to drive thru. The staff yells at everyone for following the McDonald's parking lot clearly marked signs. You guys are the most confusing. I want to start out by saying it's McDonald's. I don't go there expecting 4 star cuisine. Let it suffice to say I got what I expected in that area. Once I got the food that is. I went through the drive thru today and the customer service left something to be desired. I was not greeted or even smiled at. I got checked out and my food thruster at me through the window and sent on my way. As I always do at any fast food restaurant I pulled up and checked my bags. They didn't include my husband's chicken sandwich. Being that I had three sleeping kids in my van I drove back around and had to wait in line all over again, which was slow moving. Once I got to the order menu I explained the situation and they said to drive up to the window.
