I waited several minutes at the drive thru speaker only to have the worker be short with me and ask me to repeat my order 4 times. When your store gets an order wrong at 12:15 am and you are the only person in the drive through that's pretty bad. I called ten minutes later when I found the incorrect hamburger to ask about them making it right for me in the morning and was told by Michael that they would not exchange food. Awesome service and even better customer service policy! Well done, incompetent employees! I suppose I'll be pissing people off behind me from now on while I inspect every aspect of my order. One of the worst McDonalds ever, but I did have a decent experience today. Long waits, incorrect orders, and unfriendly staff are all common along with the issues related to the cleanliness of the location. Last week I ordered two normal burgers and a water which should have been simple. When I received the two burgers I continued to wait for the water till I finally asked the lady. She had not put the water on the order and it would be five cents. So we then had to get a manager over to approve a five cent water transaction on my card (only had $20s) before I could get my water which you can't refill. Today I waited for 14 min to get my one chicken wrap but the reason for the extra star is this one time the women apologized and did give me my money back due to the wait. Now if they could only consistently get it right and stop being a pain about getting water. read more

But while others here have complained about rude service, I've found the place to be quite welcoming, though that is mainly on account of an unusually gregarious manager who is usually greeting every customer and amiably joking with the staff, all while keeping the operation moving. I'm a frequent customer at this McDonald's, and the service is spotty at best. At my last visit, it took them at least 30 minutes to even take my order. I get that new staff needs to be trained, but don't have them all work at the same time. I also frequently order a 20 pc nuggets, and they only give me 1 sauce pack. If it weren't for the convenient location, I would NEVER come here. If you're just stopping by in the area, I would recommend going to the one on Washtenaw, or any other fast food place. read more

We went through this location on a Saturday morning, so it was a little busy with the morning crowd getting breakfast. No big deal. However, the extremely slow and unresponsive workers taking and handing out orders were definitely a contributing factor to the snail like pace of the line. We ordered 2 meals, reviewed the screen to ensure accuracy, and was told to pull ahead to pay. We did this, and then waited at least 5 minutes at the pay window with the worker inside at the cash register not even acknowledging us through the window. The line had cleared ahead of us, but we couldn't move forward because we still needed to pay. She finally opened the window, gave a non apologetic "sorry," while holding out her hand for money. We paid and move ahead. The man handing us our meals was prompt, but we checked our order before leaving and found we were missing half the food. We told the man we were missing some things, and he replied that no....we weren't. This exchange went back and forth as we tried to explain what we ordered and what was missing. He asked for the receipt back, and upon this review he reported the way we were rang up doesn't state we wanted meals so that was that. At this point we had wasted so much time on this terrible place, we chose to count our losses and leave rather than try to get the mistake corrected. I doubt it would have been corrected anyway without a gigantic headache and having to endure more rudeness. read more

EVERY day from around 11:30am until 2pm there is a line nearly to the back wall of customers and NEVER more than one employee taking orders inside. I've visited this McDonald's a few times for desserts with friends, and have had positive experiences. My most recent visit was on St. Patrick's Day, when my girlfriend and I wanted the iconic Shamrock Shakes. We ordered via the drive-thru, which was quick and convenient. Note that this McDonald's has a double-drive-thru, so be courteous when merging. We ordered two regular shakes, which amounted to a little more than $6. Our cashier was personable, and we chatted about our plans for the night. Overall, this McDonald's is convenient, efficient, and reliable, which is exactly what fast-food should provide. read more

I ordered a burger meal with a small size drink and fries. I had to ask the man behind the speaker to repeat himself 3 times, could barely understand, it sounded like he was talking with marbles in his mouth - I repeated 3 solid times that I wanted a small sized meal. Of course they upcharged me to a large, the drink doesn't even fit in my console. The fries were hot and fresh for a change but they forgot the salt rendering them gross and useless. I don't appreciate being upcharged for something I didn't want and really they are supposed to salt the hecking fries. I also asked for orange Hi-C drink and got carbonated orange soda. I am such a fool. Went back earlier today. A coworker reminded the drive-thru guy to give me my apples at the last minute. I noticed he hadn't given me any ketchup. I counted my nuggets before driving away. But then I got home and realized they never gave me a chocolate milk. No big deal, right? I mean, I had to go back to Kroger tonight, so I could just stop by and pick up my chocolate milk. Wrong. They refused to give it to me without the receipt, but I don't know where the receipt is anymore because my wife threw away the happy meal containers and I can't find it. That's right--I had to dig through my own trash looking for a receipt to try to later go back on a THIRD trip to get a chocolate milk I already paid for and have now been not been given on two separate trips. I'll give them one more try next time I'm driving by, and then I'm contesting the charge through my bank. read more

Okay despite what Yelp-skeptics may say there are a range of ratings to be given to even ultra-standardized fast food joints including the predominant McDonald's brand. My friends and I visited the drive-thru at around midnight on a Friday night. Firstly, this fast food was not even fast, as there was a slow-moving line of cars when we pulled up. Secondly, we requested multiple different condiments with our order but when we got home and looked in the greasy bags we only had BBQ sauce. Not even ketchup?! Thirdly, I think they put mayo in my friend's sandwich even though he asked for it without. I normally don't eat fast food, but for some reason I was craving a Big Mac so on a Saturday afternoon I hopped in the drive thru. The cashier was extremely rude. I waited for my order and watched as everyone who went before me and after me got their order called. When I asked the cashier about my order, she said "you probably didn't hear it" extremely rudely and asked the man calling the orders if he had called mine. He replied "No" and promptly started to pack it and she said "See" accusingly to me, as if she had been right. The man then fulfilled my order and at least he was kind about it. I was JUST in this location today for lunch and the manager Jennifer was beyond rude. She was very short and snappy with the customers and treated 2 of the crew members horribly. She made the young man stop taking my order, because she wants him handing things out. Said to him "Stop doing what you are doing and do what I told you." Then she proceeds to ask him, in the middle of running him crazy, "Did that salad get it napkins and forks?" To which he said, "Oh no, I'm not sure." Then she says "Get out there and start running. You better find them." That is not how you treat people. I was beyond angry and still am. She is abusing her title, and she isn't afriad to show it. If I go back in this store again, I will not stay if I see her there. I can not stand to watch someone treating their workers like their personal minions.
