I am giving a curve on this one. An extra star because I know from personal experience, working at a fast food joint is totally unmotivating and it can also be demoralizing at times. With all that said, I have personally never experienced a horrific wait time here. For the most part, workers here seem pretty content and willing to get the customers in and out as quickly as possible. The drive thru is a little tight when driving around the back of the store. Also, with West Street traffic, it is really hard to make a left on the side road. Of course none of this stuff amounts to a hill of beans for my 2 year old daughter who insists on coming here every Wednesday night for her FRENCH FRIESSSS DADDY!!!! It really is a great deal! On Wednesday nights from 4-8pm happy meals are $1.05 and that's with the tax included. I must admit I have taken advantage of this deal many times for my lunch breaks the following day. Go to the drive thru around 2:15 AM, the sign clearly states that it's a 24 hour drive thru service. Get to the order screen/speaker and the worker states that it is closed and will open up in two hours. Completely disappointed in the service I receives. I ordered my food through DoorDash at around 11 at night and I waited the given time to receive it. An hour went by and I still had not received my order or any notification of an update for it. I checked my app multiple times and it said preparing order. I wondered how long it actually took to prepare fries, a sandwich and a drink. I tried to cancel it and it said that because the restaurant was already preparing my order that I could only be refunded the delivery fees which was $1.19 after they charged me a good $20 for my food. At this point I was livid and tired and I had to stay up until after 1 in the morning to receive my food. I didn't even want it anymore, nor was I hungry. But I had to eat it because I wasn't going to waste my money, and the food is never good the next day.
