The place is slow and the people are rude. The employee was yelling my order number and when I finally went to the counter to find out how long it would take for a simple order she said "Large fry and 6 piece"? I replied yes and she responded with "I called this like 5 minutes ago". I responded back with yes you were yelling 248 and my number is 282. On top of that I had a 4 piece in the bag even though I paid for a 6. The service is poor. If you do not want to work in customer service find another job. read more

Worst fast food ever. Have been waited over 20 minutes for my drinks now the rest of my food is cold. Asked 3 times to include asking the manager for them. Have 12 people walking around the back and no one working. It is better to drive further then come here. I will not be back here. read more

Giving this McDonalds one star is beyond generous. Not only was the food dry and cold. There were two young "ladies" working (Tiffany & Jayla), who were some of the nastiest/ out-of-line humans that I have ever encountered (and I am a social worker who is VERY used to managing "difficult" people) We noticed that we were missing an order of French fries, and sadly, in front of my two children and a standing 30 or so, equally unhappy customers...these two ladies Tiffany & Jayla "In raised voices, shoved the receipt in our faces and say "see, see...you didn't order them!!! We calmly said we did but, Tiffany when on to yell "no you didn't, see, see get back in line and you pay for them"...um...."ladies" it's crazy busy and perhaps understaffed in here...a mistake could have been made. Next time try a smile! It would have gotten you further than the AGGRAVATION i must have reached to write this. Than in the car to find that they messed up yet hamburger orders too!! If I could give this McDonald's 0 stars I would. My expectations were low (because it's McDonald's) but goddamn. They first time I went there, they got my order completely wrong. Thinking they were just having a bad day, I went again. Well that was a fucking mistake. First of all my fries had obviously been sitting there for at least a couple of hours due to how cold and soggy they were. Not only that but they forgot my straw for my drink, and thank god they did! When I took the top off to drink it, there was literally a fly floating in my drink! I still cannot believe I was given a drink with a fly in it. Absolutely disgusting! Not to mention they gave me the wrong burger entirely. You'd be better driving an extra mile or two to another McDonald's, or just not getting it at all. read more

Obviously I like McDonald's and keep coming back poor service. I ordered a salad only to find out after the rest of my order was done that they weren't seeming salads because of the romaine crisis. I requested two sandwiches in substitute for the salad which I received quickly and was then ignored to go on my way. There was no refund or exchange of product in payment, no courtesy card for inconvenience. Disappointed but not surprised, just learned to be tolerant here and have a long fuse. Backing up, when I walked in the door another lady was trying desperately and ever so patiently to get her order right. It took a long time. I knew I should have left. I've seen this happen here before here. Back to my situation, there was no communication between the folks preparing food and the expeditor. He knew nothing of not serving salads. Ultimately the manager is at fault here. Some of the staff are regulars who usually strive to do a good job. Manager changeover appears to be a constant here. If you go check your order. Hoping they can put together teams that are better fits. Consistent complaining on both sides of the counter. Ultimately any fast food establishment can have a good or a bad day based on staffing availability and managerial expertise and execution. The McDonald's in Crofton is a better choice. read more

This place sucks - horrible customer service - never get your order right through the drive-through. Alway missing something from order or even you ask for condiment such as ketchup or butter you don't get it. Idiots read more

Just left on 9/4/2017. I got an order of nuggets and fries. The fries are cold the nuggets are soggy. I will go to Chic Fil A in the future.

The place is dirty, always understaffed, food is cold, the manager always has an attitude and does not act like he wants to be there.

The service at this McDonald's is particularly terrible. I've been there twice and was disappointed both times. You'd save time by going to another McDonald's instead of waiting here. Last time I went it took them 5 minutes to come to the register to take my order and another 20 minutes to get me 2 burgers (it wasn't even busy). Mean while the employees were extremely rude and non stop complaining about how they wanted to go home. I would highly recommend avoiding this McDonald's. read more

I had just gotten off a plane at BWI, after traveling from 9:00 am the previous morning and was facing another 2.5 hours of drive-time. It was 3 am, so I was relieved that there was a 24 hr McDonald's. I eat McDonald's about once a year, but had been thinking about a mcd's cheeseburger the whole time I was vacationing in Mexico. My boyfriend joked that McDonald's is a little treat for me..I agree. We take the exit and have to drive for a mile or two off the highway. I miss the first turn, so I took the next, went behind the McDonald's, and took a u-turn to come into the drivethru. We pull up to order, and the girl says, "Ma'am, your going to have to come back around the front and come into the drivethru the correct way." I looked at my boyfriend and said, "Are you hearing this?" The lady repeated herself. It was 2:59 in the morning, and the girl refused to take our order if we didn't pull back around. I said, "I'll pull around the building, but I'm not coming back." No cheeseburger and McDouble for us! The girl should have been a little more courteous, served her only customers of the night, and mentioned that "next time" please come into the drivethru the "correct" way. All I wanted was my annual cheeseburger. read more

Very rarely is my order wrong. Almost never do I have an issue with any of the crew members. They can be so nice sometimes!! Some of the employees have been there forever, so that must show that they're happy at this McDonalds. The only thing I'd avoid is the overnight crew. They're a little slow and somehow still mess things up. read more
