Floor sticky across the whole restaurant, Many flies... I waited 12 minutes for a chicken Sandwich and chose to eat it in my car due to the deplorable conditions of the restaurant seating area. If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. They do not have a system down. I try to give it another shot every few weeks when I'm craving Popeye's, but it is the worst run fast food location I have ever been to in my life. Any brand, any city, any state. It's disappointing when you get home & see that you have missing items on your order, and cannot drive back because I live about 30 minutes away and by the time you get there, they would've been closed. I like the food at this location but now if I ever do come back, I'd have to check that everything I had ordered is there before I can drive away. frustrating especially when you get home hungry & the item is missing! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I ordered a 16pc family meal with 4 sides and 8 biscuits- the pricing was NOT advertised and was shocked at the price of $60.00 for this order. Unfortunately for me, the pricing was the best thing that happened for me and my family Saturday evening. The sides and their respective containers were only 2/3's filled with food. Upon sharing this with the drive thru window individual, they shared that is their norm. I was stunned at their response. Secondly, while still in the drive through line, I asked for a couple of dipping sauces and they shared it would be $.25 for each. I said, ARE YOU KIDDING ME.. You want to charge me extra for two dipping sauces after you just charged me $60 for this meal and you shortchanged me with my sides with an incomplete set of 4 containers of what should be filled to the brim- of food! Please provide me the sauces....you said "No"...that is extra. I asked for the manager and you shared they are there and unavailable. You then threaten to call the police because of my dispute of your restaurants wrongful actions of not fulfilling my order and clogging up your drive thru lane. The employees are a JOKE...the manager has NO spine whatsoever in trying to provide customer service. Sadly there are no other convenient Popeye's located nearby. One is coming back to Severna Park. People are rude, don't listen, don't provide the quality or amount of food of the previous owners. I's just plain and simple, BAD. The drive through sucks! The app isn't any better. You have to check you order, have them fix it and then check again. I can't begin to tell you how many times I held up the drive through to get things right. THe cashier once told me that it's the manager's fault, then put the order together. I asked for an paid for extra gravy, thy put one tiny ladle on top of larger mashed potatoes? They use to add gravy to the bottom, middle and top to ensure you had gravy for all of your mashed potatoes. The sizes have all shrunk for side orders a large used to the 3x a small. Now it might be 1.5x a small. Someone please put the current staff out of our misery and get some honest, respectable severs, cooks and managers in place! And let people come in to order. Fix the app so you can modify your Oder, like ask for extra gravy, etc. The app is worthless. Provide people access to "all deals" including "app specials" because you don't begin to fill them until the customer arrives. So what good is it? This Popeyes is just terrible. They're incredibly slow. Their mobile ordering is always broken or turned off unless you want to order through an app that charges a fee. And their lobby is closed. KFC is down the street with just as good of a chicken sandwich and much nicer and quicker people. read more

If u want some fried chicken ,go to other Popeyes , not this one. People there not honest. I went to there got 12 pc chicken,switch the chicken breasts to chicken legs . And I paid $17 for it. when I walk out the door , I saw they have a special 11 pc chicken for $12 . It's ridiculous for paying extra $5 for only 1pc chicken. Popeye's is a large chain that serves "Louisiana" style deep fried chicken. It's not the healthiest of foods (or fast foods) but it is GOOD! Especially when served with their red beans & rice and a few jalapeno peppers. The food at this location is typical. I've been here many times and often have to wait while fresh chicken is prepared. Usually not a problem. If you're in a real hurry there is a better than 50% chance that you'll be waiting. I've noticed recently the servings of the red beans with rice, potatoes etc have decreased in size. The "sides" containers are filled just over half and considerable space is left. The red beans and rice I had a couple of days ago amounted to 5 spoons from the container. The staff here are friendly and interactive. The problem is with the physical plant. It is old, worn and needs updating (at least a cleaning). In addition, the men's room is awful! It stinks, there is old built up dirt in the corners of the rest room and the base of the toilet is filthy. There is "liquid" in the floor. The hand washing area lacks soap. I've uploaded pics that I took. It makes one think what is behind the counter in the food prep / cooking area? If I had gone into the Men's room prior to ordering ... I would have left. read more

Horrible! Going through the drive thru at 8:pm with all the lights off to make it look like they're closed was my first impression. I get to the drive thru to find two cars ahead of me, they proceed and no one is in front of me and I am told to "hold on" instead of being greeted at the speaker. Finally, I was able to give my order, I am then told that they are out of fries, onion rings, apple pies, but they had chicken - thank goodness. I pull up to the window, again no greeting just the total. I am handed my order, and the gentlemen walks away. I look in the bag to locate utensils for my coleslaw and macaroni and cheese, can't find any and no napkins. So I wait for another few minutes, I overhear one gentlemen ask another if the fries are almost done - that alone is bothersome. I try calling out politely to the two gentlemen (one whose pants kept falling down because he didn't have a belt) and the other who "helped" me at the window. I am ignored... I continue to wait only to be handed the order for the person behind me. I decline and said, I just need a few forks. They were handed to me and I left. I would never wish this kind of service to anyone, the management team should be ashamed that the face of the company at this location had zero interest in helping me, the lack of customer service is appalling, and there isn't a care in the world because this treatment is acceptable to the manager on duty. Lastly, why was this location out of so many things, but just for our order? It is sad to see an establishment like this with workers who just don't care...
