This McDonald's is definitely a tourist trap lol. It's conveniently located right by the exit when you're leaving Atlantic City, so I'm pretty sure us visitors are keeping them in business. That said, it's your typical McDonald's drive-thru experience--quick, hot, and fresh. Nothing special, but it gets the job done if you need a quick bite before heading out of town. read more

It's a McDonald's so we know how it'll be, but it's a good cheap eats if you're shopping at the AC outlets and need some quick food/a place to sit. The ordering is on screens, but it was made quickly, and there was still seating despite it being very crowded. The bathrooms were clean. The chicken strips weren't anything great, but that's an overall corporate issue. For what I needed, it was there. The one employee I interacted with was nice. Located right in the center of a premium outlet this is the place for grub when you want a break from shopping. They also have clean bathrooms with multiple stalls!! Don't forget your McDonald's app as there's always a deal you can get when you make an order. They have a small parking lot out front. It gets pretty busy here but they always get the order right. We went through the drive through to get some hot fries with no salt. And it's took like an half and hour. The cost of the larger fries was $5.24. I was crazy going their that late. I think it was 12:00 am. But I wanted some fries to enjoy on my drove home. It wasn't even a full container. We had to pull up to another window so they can bring me out fresh hot fries with no salt. Because when the older lady handed me my fries. They were cold and not fresh at all when I tasted them. I gave them back and that when can she move up to the next window. So now we have to sit for another five minutes for my fries to come out. I told my husband they didn't look a my order. This location was very busy with people trying to order food. And the Uber Eats person was going inside to a window to pick up food. I believe they was trying to close up for the night and try to get all the order beforethey close. It was very dark in the parking lot. We kept the windows up until we got to the third window. They was putting the food together so fast. I know a lot of the customers food was cold and not done. This whole experience was a waste of my time and my money and gas. Never go to any restaurant when they are about to close. You won't be happy and always get a receipt. My family and I stopped by the Atlantic City McDonald's this afternoon on our way home from the shore, to get lunch for ourselves and our 6-year old. My husband waited about 30 minutes because they were very busy. During that time he witnessed the employees and manager arguing with customers (but not my husband) and being unprofessional. We were about 15 minutes into our drive back to Philadelphia when my husband opened his burger container, after getting our son settled. There was a huge bite out of it. (Photo attached) Of course he didn't eat it but our son had already eaten half his meal. We had two milkshakes that we had been drinking and we immediately pulled over to throw them all away. I completely understand that accidents and mistakes happen. A stray hair, the wrong order, incorrect toppings- all those are things to be expected from time to time. But to have a huge bite taken out of a burger is intentional and malicious, not to mention a health violation. It left us wondering what other ways they might have tampered with the food, that we weren't able to see. It is so disturbing that someone would do this to an order that included a happy meal. For all they knew the other burger could have also been for a child- who could have potentially eaten it without saying anything. In the age of COVID, this complete disregard for spreading communicable diseases is outrageous. I have contacted the local Health Department as I feel strongly that the restaurant should be shut down while an investigation and inspection takes place and that the manager and the employee responsible should be put on a performance improvement plan. The staff certainly need to be retrained. Again, I am concerned that if they are doing something this overtly malicious they could be tampering with food in more covert ways. read more

When I pulled up the second window they said they couldn't find my order. Second puffy hair girl came out with the attitude. Said I didn't order and I canceled my order. Which I did not. Manager of this location refused to give me her name after she started I needed the hot mustard sauce for nuggets more than she does. When I received my order I asked for another hot mustard sauce since I ordered a 6 pcs nugget with my Big Mac meal. She stated it would cost .16 cents. I told I didn't have it and that I'd like my money back for the nuggets. She said "really ????" "Well, yes really"I replied. She refused to give me my money back for nuggets and handed me the extra hot sauce stating that I needed the hot mustard more than she did! I don't think this place has been around too long because it still has that new McDonalds smell! I came here to lay down a base prior to the beer festival at the convention center and I received prompt service and tasty food. The cashier was very nice even though some guy was demanding a free coffee (due to a promotion that was advertising free coffee during breakfast hours). It was also very clean. The only drawback is that there were a few people in need who were wandering around the place asking people for money. I don't mind people at the door asking for change but not when I'm eating my hamburger...I just want to eat in peace. Otherwise, a nice place. read more

Hmmm. Don't really know how to review a Mickey D's... But I'll give it a go.. This particular Mickey D's is smack dab in the middle of AC... Between the boardwalk and the Outlets, not too far from the "City" of AC.. And by city, I mean where people "live". No comment on that, because if you've ever driven into AC via MLK drive, you get my point. (And in my Gump voice), "That's all I got to say about that....." Well, being where this Mickey D's is, it's pretty darn clean and lively. Inside is very clean, the bathrooms are well kept and the food keeps pouring out the door. You can park here, but you have only 60 mins or you'll get towed. Don't even think about parking here and go Outlet shopping, or you will come back to your vehicle being towed. They don't play around on that. Signs a plenty state that fact, so you are in AC, roll the dice to try and save a few bucks. Good Luck! BTW, the cheapest you'll pay for being towed is 100 + all the fees... The food was ok...my wife and I ordered the sausage burrito meals with hash browns and a large OJ. Hash Brown was hot and crispy, OJ was large and orangy, but two of our burrito's were not very hot and weren't very appealing to eat (while the other two were piping hot). Not sure how that happened, to get two hot and two not very hot, but we persevered and ate them. The last time I was here, in July, I had a Big Mac meal. I couldn't taste any of the Special Sauce, so I lifted the bun and saw only a couple of droplets. And a Big Mac without the Special Sauce doesn't make it. This time, I ordered a Steakhouse Sirloin Third Pounder and asked for them to hold the onions. When I lifted the bun to make sure there were no onions, I saw that there was no steak sauce either. I showed it to the cashier, figuring it was a mistake, and asked if I could have a packet of the BBQ sauce you get with nuggets. An assistant manager of some kind came over and, to my surprise, nixed the packet of BBQ sauce. When I showed her the sauceless top of my burger, she told me it was under the burger. I then lifted the meat off the bottom bun, exposing only a square piece of white cheese and zero sauce. The woman pointed at the cheese and insisted it was sauce. I shook my head and told her there was no sauce. She again pointed at the cheese and insisted there was sauce. I could have continued trying to reason with her. I could try to reason with my wife's Lhasa Apso for all the good it would do. I gave up, walked over to the ketchup dispenser, and put ketchup on my burger. This place seems to have a policy of rationing the sauce. And a McDonald's burger without the sauce is like an 80 year old female celeb without make up. (Think Jessica Alba at 30 as a Smashburger; Heidi Klum at 40 as the BK Whopper; Debra Winger at 60 as a Wendy's burger; and Gina Lollobrigida at 80 as the Big Mac.) read more
