The men's bathroom toilet is completely full with toilet paper and feces, the urinal is plugged up with toilet paper and urine is all over the floor under it and around the toilet. The staff is very friendly here, and work at a fast pace, so you don't have to wait long for your order. I ordered 3 meals and didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes for my order. The lobby was very clean on my last visit, I didn't see a single piece of garbage on the tables or floors and I was surprised that the floors always stay freshly mopped, I'm used to sticking to the tiles in fast food lobbys. McDonald's is one of those places where when you get fast food you also get fast service, and fast service is you turn around after ordering and your food is already ready for you to pick up and take to eat. The staff was very rude and not friendly at all. My brother cannot eat any bread or gluten, so we ordered him a plain burger with just the meat and cheese. When my mom went to pick up our order that was wrong and incomplete, she checked his sandwich to make sure that it didn't have the bun (in which it did), and the managers response was to take the box rudely from my moms hands and then take the buns off the sandwich, then continue to give it back to my mom. Needless to say, everyone in the store around us knew what had happened, so the store got very quite from the rudeness of the manager. She then complained about how we should take the food as we order it, even though none of the food we ordered was correct, and I was misusing my whole entire meal. We very rarely eat here, and that's only if it's very late at night and we haven't eaten anything. The manager from this store should learn how to be respectful and not as rude to the customers, and learn that if the employees mess up on an order they need to fix it. read more
