Wow I'm astonished at how terrible this place is. I've tried this place a couple of times naively thinking it would be better. Sadly the location is ideal for me but it's no longer a good enough reason for me to come back. My first bad experience was a mobile order that took 20 minutes to get and that was after I went inside to make sure they actually received the order. The second one was in the drive through, I waited several minutes at the speaker and no one seemed to realize for whatever reason that I wanted to order, mind you I wasn't there by myself the drive through had several cars. I ordered at the window since I couldn't order at the speaker. Instead of the sprite I paid for they filled my cup with water, thanks guys, who doesn't love petty food service workers. After noticing that little "mistake" I inspected my food for other sabotage, I didn't notice any but I can't say I feel confident that my food wasn't spit on... If this is a franchise the McDonald's corporation should really consider revoking this franchisee's contract. I believe maintaining a standard is part of your obligation to your franchisor. read more

I can see why this one only has 1 1/2 stars! My wife and I stopped in for nuggets and fries. Not a difficult order. For 13 minutes we stood in an empty lobby waiting. And then we were told it would be just a few more minutes. The only other people in the lobby I can assume are employees by the way they walked through the kitchen. But they already had their food when we got there. The place was dirty with food on the floor and the staff was busy playing grab ass. The manager didn't bat an eye when we asked for a refund. Apparently he's used to this. I would advise everyone to steer clear of this restaurant. But who reads Yelp for McDonalds reviews? No one! read more

Ive worked here and ill tell you that the managers are horrible. Considering managers are supposed to be leaders, they cannot lead worth of s***. During rush hour, we'd have 16 people working and no orders going out because they REFUSE to teach anyone how to make the burgers. Ive honestly been traumatized bc of how horrible this place is. These previous reviews are 100% accurate. We'd always have to park customers bc fries, burgers, drinks, pretty much anything wasn't being made fast enough to compensate with the high amount of customers coming through. The general manager is a huge b***** and enforced the half*** attitude from the workers. This place is corrupted I can't begin where to start. And this is just the beginning. Personally, this place has ruined mcdonalds for me and when I do go out to eat McD's, I go all the way across town to north Auburn just to personally boycott this location. I HIGHLY recommend you do the same. Rumor has it this location is going to get a complete rebuild in 2020. I hope they get rid of the staff along with it for new people bc this place is no good. If you're planning to work here, DON'T, unless you're desperate. Same with if you're hungry. (P.S. A customer came in one time, a woman ordered a cheeseburger with no onion through the drive-thru. Later came inside to the front counter yelling that she needed a cheeseburger with no onion bc her son was deathly allergic. Im just glad she caught that for her sons sake. We arrived at this McDonald's approximately 7 minutes before closing. They let us sit in the drive-through, unserviced until midnight and then just came over the loudspeaker and said 'we're closed' and turned the lights off on us and another customer. It would have been one thing if they had just immediately come onto the loudspeaker and told us they were closing. Instead, they just ignored us. I have never had pleasant service here so this was probably my last attempt. read more

This place is pretty dead every now and then. Also the service there is slow, for example when the drive thru is busy they focus more on that than the inside, which sucks and when the inside is busy that shows down the drive thru. If it does get like that, hire more people it's not rocket science. read more

This place highkey blows bros. Straight up stood at the counter for five minutes before they greeted me. They didn't even greet me tbh. I watched as the little manager lady yelled for a McGriddle because her drive thru car was at 6 minutes and the dumbass redhead kid was just standing at the pass thru. The kitchen dude fueled "yeah it's sitting right there" and the manager walked over and had to bag it and redhead is just like "oh I didn't see it haha". Yeah mad dumb vibes and my hash brown was droopy. Shit looked sloppy when I got it too. Bro's have not much goin for them but I didn't find a finger in my food so I guess that's a plus? read more

This is the closest McDonald's to where I live so I end up here sometimes even though they always F up on something when I do and the food is usually prepared a lot worse than the one up the road. Went in once for 4 sandwiches only. Two mcchickens and two patties. Paid and went to the next window and literally 10 minutes (I swear not an exaggeration) went by and the girl finally goes "uh sorry about the wait" and walks away again. 5 more minutes pass and she finally walks back over and says "so could you pull up front we're waiting on your order still" it wasn't busy there was one other car behind me and barely anyone inside. No complimentary apple pie. No 'I'm sorry this happened we're short staffed' nothing. I didn't complain to her because she was obviously young and she's the one that had to bring out my food still. But this time is what got me. Ordered a McMuffin it was pretty burnt around the edges and the patty was a little crisp but it looked okay otherwise. About three bites in I notice a hair hanging out of it. I thought maybe it could have been my hair or something like that. I investigated more and the hair was cooked into the sandwich melted onto the cheese and egg. I pulled it out and it was so long and gross. I don't think I can honestly come back here. Really needs better management and better training for their workers. I work in customer service and a little kindness and reparation goes a long way when young workers make mistakes. read more

Food was kinda okay. It was fast(ish). Not quick. A friend took me across town and through their drive-thru. The intercom sucked, the server was a (suspected) d'addicte and bizarre. She was dressed in a way that revealed too much bosom. Fast food is not erotic to me. LOL After work one night, I actually walked a long distance to eat specifically here. When I approached from the sidewalk, an aura of evil (seriously) and bad vibes emanated from the place. Indeed, when I turned the corner and went to the door, a homeless person was having a breakdown right by the front door and inside was overfull of unhappy, angry looking people with wide eyes. If there were a zero star that would be my rating. Ordered 3 Meals and only received one fry. Screwed up the order. Checked order and they said they never charged for the fries and then I had to pay for them. Last time I checked a meal comes with fries. So let me get this straight. You screw up our order and want more money. The manager was rude about it when I spoke to her! No napkins no straws! 5 burgers smashed into a bag.! no more McDonald's for my family. I have never been so disappointed in this store in my life. Just to get an egg mcmuffin and hash brown I had to wait 20 minutes out front and there is not many people in the lobby and drive thru and it doesn't take not even 2-3 minutes to cook hash browns. As I've known for years of living on the south side of auburn and as it says ONLINE it closes at midnight during the week. I pulled up at 11:25 and see there are cones in both drive thru lanes and the lobby is locked. I see two kids who also tried to get food and they were told " yea we're closing down at 1130". It seems to me they closed at 1130 so they could get home by 12- but that's literally not your closing time. If you wanted to get home by 12 then just make the entire new closing time to 11. Absolutely ridiculous and not at all how store hours work. read more

This is the worst place I've ever been to in my life. They've never gotten my order right. Not once. And it's such a hassle to fix I give up because the food is too gross and poorly made anyway (even for McDonalds, it looks horrible). It's scuzzy, slow, gross, and nobody knows what they're doing. the drive through is dangerous, cars can zip right in front of you as you pull out, there is little room for maneuvering, very difficult to get out of....and if their deliver truck is parked on Sunday, its really a joke......I hope when they remodel this location, they will address these issues....this place is very small inside also.... read more
