This place used to be a disaster; I once had an employee, after telling them my order was togo and not dine-in, grab my fries with their bare hands and put them in my bag. But that was years ago, and in the last, say, 3-4 years I've consistently had a good/great experience here. I ordered a combo and since it's Friday I said "I also have an offer (app) for a large fry" they decided to upgrade my combo to a large fry and after scanning my phone didn't give me anything, I called the place and told them about it and they dropped the phone and started yelling, I kept saying "hello...hello?" No one would pick up the phone they just held me there, service is terrible and I have no idea how they messed it up, best not to go to this location. Edit: the food is 50/50 one time I almost broke a tooth on their bacon it was so hard, and it feels like the lettuce is all stem no leaf, but I stopped by RECENTLY and was surprised how well it turned out (hot and tender good quality and service), seems like the manager is solo carrying the whole place, (based off that one interaction I would give 5stars) it's a roll of the dice make sure to check your food I'd say. read more

I love that they have salads, baked potatoes & chili as healthier options. On this visit I had a salad with chicken, Tomato, bacon, cheese & guacamole. It was excellent. it's not the first time that this has happened, I asked for 3 6 pcs spicy nuggets and a spicy chicken when I got to the first window they didn't gave me a recipe I went to the second window and they asked me to park because they had time on spicy nuggets I don't mind parking especially if my food it's going to be fresh, they brought my food and my nuggets were regular I went back to the place and ask them to fix my order and they did, I was about to eat my spicy chicken and it happened the same thing it was regular chicken, I didn't wanted to go back but this really ruined my day, I was so hungry. read more

There is definitely something about Wendy's that is much fresher than the other fast food Burger joints in the area. I truly like their cheeseburger. I like how fresh the items taste when you get them they are still piping hot when you go through the drive-through and the French fries always have the perfect amount of salt ! I have only stopped at this location twice and forgot to check in the 1st time there is no doubt in my mind over the course of the next 6 months that I will stop more often and get that cheeseburger meal that was a perfect dinner and easy to eat in the car on the way home while sitting in traffic. Dropped by pretty late at this fast food joint. Went through the drive-thru and got a spicy Chicken Sandwich, a Grilled Chicken Sandwich meal and a salad. All of the food items tasted just alright. The lettuce on the sandwiches were kind of old tasting, so couldn't eat all of them. Even the salad tasted old, so had to throw half of it away. The fries were fine. I have worked in customer service for 20+ years and have never witnessed such rude employees in my life. I was picking up an order & the app said go into the dining room to find the order on the shelf. It was just after 8 so assumed the dining room would be closed but to follow instructions I tried the door after reading the sign that said dining room closed only carryout, to go, & delivery allowed. The door was unlocked so I went inside & checked the shelf that was empty. The first lady asked me how she could help & I filled her in.ahe then went back & talked with a woman who appeared to be a manager who came out & informed me the dining room is closed & I needed to go thru the drive thru. Ok, no problem. Until I suggested they should put a sign in the window to avoid confusion. Then she super rudely told me there is a sign. I said ok, walked out, reviewed every sign on the door & there wasn't any sign that would have changed anything. But as I was walking out, before I even reached the door, this lady, a perceived manager starting saying how I needed to learn to read. I did read every sign on their door before I entered. If it was my own order honestly I would have thrown the whole thing on the floor, but it wasn't. So I did as they said, went thru the drivethru as the only customer in between & the drive-thru people were super nice so I don't fault them. Then I spent 15 min waiting for the order while 2 cars came thru the drive thru like 7 minutes later got their order & left before mine came out. Made me 10 minutes late for the other order I was picking up. In my entire adult life I have never asked to speak to a manager before but that made me determined to now. After today I refuse to spend my money and waist my time where I wait for 15 minutes to finally order and get disrespected while ordering. The person was very confrontational and I was shocked as I did nothing to receive this energy towards me as I was polite after the rudeness. It actually messed up my order because Of my thoughts were steered towards the angry worker why she lashed at me when I was ordering. When I approached the window I asked, "'we're you the one taking my order? " in a polite manner and she responded that she was. I told her that wasn't nice to be snappy at customers like that and that it was rude. Her ACTUAL RESPONSE WAS, " I'm busy taking orders SO, SORRY IF YOUR FEELING WERE HURT, I have orders to take. I was like wow, no she didn't just say if your feelings were hurt. What? Who hires these people? We'll she never gave me a chance to tell her I left out items due to her frustration over the order speaker and she left the window. This girl has Purple or blue hair. Another worker came to the window who assisted me as he supposed to. I asked for the Items I left out due to his coworker and end up getting those items and paying for them. They should of been free after going through a line and wait as they pace the orders coming through by leaving cars in front of the order machine for at least 4 minutes before taking an order. The lines was literally to the main hwy. the guy assisted me pretty well, but the girl with the color hair needs to change her attitude and go to a job not dealing with people because it's clear she is not a people person. I'm a raise it one star due to the help I received from the male worker during my bad experience here I'll give them two stars. I will never again wait here to spend my money and get disrespected after waiting for twenty minutes to receive my fast food, which ended up being slow food and a horrible ordering experience. There was no problems for him to get in except for the cashier telling him that they were closed but said he could still grab a spoon. He never listened- kept walking away when I was trying to correct his mistake (I just wanted my beverages without ice, especially the water: hiccups from medication). Every experience we have had here has been wonderful, from the friendly employees to the fresh and hot food. We don't live in the area, but whenever we come to the mall we always stop in here for a quick bite. I've always considered Wendy's to be among the better fast food restaurants (which isn't saying much) due to its great budget menu and inclusion of lettuce, tomatoes, AND onion on its burgers. This particular Wendy's does nothing to change my opinion. As Wendy's is a chain, there is no variation of the standard menu, and as such, the only difference in the food is dependent solely on the quality of the workers. The workers here are mostly adequate, although the food does suffer some inconsistency from time to time. I am basing this review off my past two visits, in which I ordered the same items: The Spicy Chicken Go Wrap, a small fry, and a large chili. For my first visit, the wrap and the fry were fine- the one thing I really like about the Wendy's wrap is the amount of chicken that is inside. Wendy's fries are always hit and miss...when they're hot, they're great. In this case, they were warm so, acceptable. The chili was the problem with this meal. Sure it was warm enough, but isn't chili supposed to be somewhat thick? Maybe it's just me, but when chili looks and tastes like someone threw ground meat, beans, and tap water into a cup, something isn't right. My friend specifically inquired about the chili, asking "How's the chili today" to which he received the response, "It's good" (and various other responses in Spanish). The second visit was actually good. The chicken wrap was warm and filled with chicken, the fries were hot and tasty, and the chili was hot and THICK. Based on the two visits, I will have to give this Wendy's the average of the two visits - a 3 star. Before I close out this review, I think it's important to discuss the "dark side" of this Wendy's. Whenever we (my friend and I) go to Wendy's for lunch, the same employees are working. My friend, who I will call A. Higher (a recipient of the prestigious 9.9 rating on HotorNot.com), always gets what I feel is preferential treatment. The women working all pause what they're doing to gawk and giggle when he walks in. I believe I even heard someone say "Ay Papi" - straight out of the Will Smith song "Miami." They give him extra friendly service and clean the tables in the dining room when he's there (which I've never seen a Wendy's employee do). There was also an instance where it appeared as if they gave him some free food, but alas, no evidence could be produced to prove this. Call it jealousy if you want (it totally is), but I think that they should treat all patrons the same, regardless of their high cheek bones. read more

My friends and i came here for an early dinner, and it was almost comical. The lady behind the counter must have thought i was overweight, cause i asked for large lemonades, and got small, and our frosty's were filled about 80% of the way. They obviously support drinking healthy because one friend's small coke was flat~ no fizz. They dont skimp on ice, though, no worries there. We ended up getting charged for a small frosty 2 large drinks and everything else was right. We ended up getting everything but the chicken sandwich. Asked for a refund for the extra drink and the response was "my manager is making sandwiches so it's gonna be a while." After I expressed "that is not how it works...I want what I ordered and I want my money that was charged for the items I don't want." I got my refund. Then they gave us a half filled large fry, I ended up just taking the small frosty and they forgot the chicken sandwich. So we came back around and were informed that the sandwich must be in the bag but after some discussion we got our sandwich. We also asked and received a full large fry. 2 stars instead of 1 because they tried and we ended up with what we ordered for the most part but no more utterly failed to give us even a decent experience. I ordered 2 chicken Parmesan Caesar salad through the drive through. I got home & added the dressing to my salad. I then noticed the tomatoes in the salad had spots of mold all around them. I was absolutely disgusted & gathered the salads in their containers & headed back to this specific location. Let me start by saying the GM to this location is not professional at all. I walked in & seen three ladies standing talking among each other the lady in the red shirt who I assume was the manager walked straight to the back as soon as she seen that I was carrying a Wendy's bag with items in it. The lady that spoke with me seemed so disappointed when i told her the condition of the tomatoes but she didn't seemed surprised at all. I was refunded my money for both salads but the manager never once came up to speak with me. The employee who spoke with me had another employee next to her & they both went to the back to speak with their manager. I will never buy anything from this Wendy's again.
