I placed an order for pickup, but it turned out that Person 1 claimed my payment never went through. Then Person 2 mentioned that someone else picked up my order, and another person said the order wasn't there. Finally, someone else said they had the food ready, but the payment didn't go through. I tried to show them that the money was taken out of my account, but they kept insisting the app wasn't working. I talked to the manager through the drive-thru window, and he had a bad attitude, saying my refund would take 14 to 25 days. Every time I order anything without a bun they give me an entirely different order or pattys that are breaking apart. Today was no different, I ordered a double cheese (x2 cheese slices) and I got 2 cheese burgers instead of what I had ordered. It seems to me that it may be a lack of management or simply the staff have no interest in fulfilling orders. Service is trash. I worked restaurant for years.. and these are like highschool kids with long ass nails and hanging out in the dining area with other employees. We walk in and nobody greets us or even tries to come and take our order. No wonder the kiosks are taking over the cashiers. I really like this Location. I've frequented this one alot more lately since the Rowland heights Location remodeled and became a lot smaller. This one doesn't have a playground and it isn't so noisy. Parents will still bring their children and amazingly they are pretty quiet and well behaved, due to the fact that there is no playground! Lol. I find that very impressive. Applause to those parents who raised polite kids. Lol. On the other hand this Location has a very friendly staff and it is always very clean. read more
