Never had an issue at this location and we came here almost every morning for our 8 day stay. That sounds so fat but honestly it was the place we knew. That we could get too lol. Always nice. Bathrooms were great which I discovered is a God send in Cali. read more

i can't believe this . Me and my brother went to This place to eat and we took our bikes to get there faster.eventually we put our bikes somewhere where it's not bothering anyone or anything.couple minutes after we got out food this man with a horrible attitude kicked us out for having our bikes.we had no problem leaving but we tried to sit outside the place to eat cause we were kinda tired of biking 5 miles to get there. I work for door dash and Uber eats delivery. Most of the time when I come here staff is rude and unprofessional. The order is never ready sometimes it's not even started upon arrival. Staff does not communicate this with you. You just assume it by the conversation their having amongst themselves. Most McDonald's are friendly and prompt. Not this one read more

I ordered a cheeseburger happy meal today and was asked to wait in front of their store and waited 20 minutes for it. When I got home, the meat patty inside of the burger looked like a piece was missing as if someone either bit it off or pulled a piece off. I immediately threw it away because I did not know if it was safe for my son to eat. Too many young kids are working at this location and don't seem to take their job seriously. It takes a lot for me to write a review for terrible customer service. I get it, it's McDonalds & nothing phenomenal but this has happened far too many times. My wife is pregnant and craves late night hot fries every so often. The past few months, they have definitely dropped their ball- THEIR DRIVE THRU IS NOT 24, this McDonalds staffs the laziest night shift crew. The first incident, I drove up to the drive thru & waited until someone was ready rj take my order.... no one responded. The second incident, when I pulled up, they yelled "WE'RE ONLY DOING UBEREATS ORDERS" which doesn't make sense, why uber eats orders at 12am, but not drive thru orders????? And tonight, when I pulled up to the drive thru, NO RESPONSE even after waiting a few minutes. I went up to the first window & a lady saw me waiting, but walked away. Then I pulled up to the 2nd window & I can see the worker just standing there scrolling thru his phone. I drove around another time & again, no response & the guy was still standing in the back sipping on his coffee. Why do you need coffee if you're not gonna do your job? Might as well just go to sleep my dude. They are just collecting a paycheck at this point. Don't claim to be 24hours when your night shift is lazy & don't understand true work ethic. read more

No ice cream after midnight? What a useless "24 hour" McDonalds. How can you advertise as a 24 hr mchonalds but you dont have ice cream? They should at least put up a sign before you enter the drive thru so you dont get trapped in the drive thru between others, pissed off because they dont have ice cream. read more

Today I decided to give them a try yet again and the attendant told us only cash accepted in a rude manner. Horrible service- whoever the girl taking orders at 6pm this Friday had no customer skills. She didn't greet when we pulled up to pay because she was to busy talking to the other kids working there. When she finally turned around she seemed bothered and just took the payment and handed back the receipt and went to talking to the guy next to her. I went about 11:45pm had a small order, I order a hot chocolate pulled out, I was at the light I took a drink of the hot chocolate and it was the chemicals they use to clean there machine! I has swallowed the drink! I had my sister try it and yup! She tasted the same thing I did! I went right back asked for my money and the manager name. I will be calling her in the morning. The worker told me her self she had clean the machine but had no knowledge if there was chemical in there! I got home, I was vomiting and my stomach hurts! When I first got my driver's license, the thing I was most excited about (besides the new car) was being able to drive to McDonald's for breakfast with my sister & our little cousin. McDonald's breakfast will always have a special place in my heart. There's something about eating familiar food with very special people. And speaking of very special people... This weekend, the bf & I were waking up earlier than usual. We never wake up in time for McDonald's breakfast, so this was a treat. We threw on t-shirts, shorts & flip flops & joined the many families, making their own early morning McDonald's memories. I ordered what I always have: a sausage & egg McMuffin, hash browns & a large OJ. The bf had a bacon & egg biscuit & hash browns (& drank half my OJ! I always say, sharing is caring, but get your own OJ, dear!) Total: $9.50 Sidenote: The manager was walking around greeting customers & refilling their coffee cups- I have never seen that level of customer appreciation before. read more

I knew this place was a bust. Why the f**k did they charge me $2.09 for a medium coffee?!?! When I usually get it for $1.59 at the other McDonalds nearby!! Total flippin joke! They also made me wait like 10 minutes for a coffee when I was actually in a rush! All you gotta do is pour the coffee into the cup. The coffee was there, I know it wasn't because they had to make a fresh new cup. Why it took 10 minutes? I will probably never know, but they just lost a loyal customer at that location. The second star came from the ambiance. I'll give them that. It is a very nice looking McDonalds since they remodeled it to make it look all chíc or whatever. But, I should probably subtract that star because they also didn't offer me an apple pie with my coffee, which is what every McDonalds has ever asked me when I order a coffee. I don't generally expect much from McDonald's cuz it's McDonald's. But I especially don't expect to get ripped off by a McDonald's. This particular McDonald's is more expensive than every other McDonald's I've ever been to. Except for the ones in Vegas. My boyfriend likes the chocolate chip cookies from McDonald's. We've been to about 4 different restaurants to get the cookie tote and the price has been the same $3.99+ tax which comes out to $4.35 total. When we came to this McDonald's to get the cookie tote we had our $4.35 ready to go so we didn't have to wait for change (and I was trying to use up some of the pennies that weigh my purse down). When we pulled up to the window the associate said our total was $4.77. We were both shocked and had to rearrange. I handed the money over and my bf asked if the price went up since it's usually $4.35. The associate said that the tote is $4.34+tax. When we commented that every other McDonald's is a different price he even said that he's heard from other customers that their prices are higher than every where else and he's sorry but didn't know what tell us. read more

This particular location sucks. Always "out of ice cream" regardless of what time you go. Went today at 3:15 pm waiting in the drive through only to be told "sorry no ice cream right now" So I'm stuck in the drive through and when I get to the pay window I told them they should at least out a sign up on the order screen so that people KNOW there's no ice cream YET AGAIN. The manager said "We have to clean the machine every 15 days" but why on a day it's 101°and at 3:15 in the afternoon?! Mind you this is a 24 hour McDonald's.
