This McDonald's is located inside of a truck stop. I ordered 2 pumpkin & crème pie's which were fresh. The cashier told me that I had to wait for a few minutes since they had ran out and I didn't mind. I sat down in the sitting area drinking my smoothie while I waited but the lights were dimmed. This McDonald's is located just off I-94 in Battle Creek between Detroit and Kalamazoo. They share the building with a Pilot truck stop / convenience store / gas station which could make it really easy to hit up a bunch of road needs in one shot. They also have a drive through. I was eating inside today. The lady who took my order was polite and understood what I wanted. Yeah, no kiosk ordering here. My burger (no bun, please, as I'm on keto) was prepared properly and provided in a plastic container for easy eating with knife and fork. The condiments area was clean, the dining room area was clean with no dirty tables. Trash cans were okay and there was no litter in the parking lot. As McDonald's restaurants go, this one is good. Bro how does it take almost 20 mins for just a large fries order, and when you get them they taste like they are 3 days old.

I went through the drive-thru I had my pajamas on I like the convenience of that I asked for a certain sandwich and then I changed the order so they told me to come up to the window so three times I repeated the sandwich name when I got the sandwich it was wrong so the line was so big I didn't want to go back to the line so I had to go inside with my pajamas I let the young girl know she took my bag with the sandwich in it in the back brought it back to me and said no you ordered this and just set the bag on the table like oh well so I got upset and said the heck with it went out to my car took two bites and I was like no I took it back in and I asked for the manager and she came aggressively instead of like a professional and told me I ate all of it I said no I did not I took two bites and realized that I don't have to settle for something I didn't order I'll pay the difference she basically was trying to make me look like I was being the bad guy is just there's no good customer service there at all they messed up three orders before mine with other people and a guy came in and had to get the right order with his as well so I'm just letting you know the all that was unnecessary all the young girl had to say to me is Miss I'm sorry about the mix-up I will get you the right sandwich you might have to pay a little more and I wouldn't have had no problem with it at all it's just that's not the way it went down no good customer service keeps people coming back read more

This McDonald's is in a truck stop so it stands to reason that you will get out of town people. With that being said the management here has found a way to take advantage of this. They short the order items on to go orders and when you realize it after leaving their response is to turn around and come back to get a coupon for the next visit. I am on a schedule and fuel cost money in the big truck so I suggested they refund me the money via mail. Absolutely not only by coupon to be used at this store they said. For the third week in a row this store has managed to incorrectly serve a standard menu item. We always order sausage bisquits with egg. No special order. Week 2 cheese was added. Week 2 looked like a sausage muffin made with folded egg again with cheese. Week 3 cheese was added. This is a continuously cyclical issue with this store. Went thru this about 9 months ago. After a few interactions with manager she seemed to have cleared up the order accuracy. She was transferred and it's right back to order inaccuracy. Always check your order before leaving this mcdonalds. It's in your best interest. Management is always willing to replace food on next visit. How about getting it right the first time. read more

I ordered a caramel macchiato and was given a caramel frappe. I politely made this aware. The McDonald's employee said in a rude tone, "She ordered a caramel frappe." She then continued to ask if I wanted the frappe and I said no because it wasn't what I ordered. She notified me that the machine was broken and rudely gave me a coffee. read more
