Very clean Mc Donald's even the toilets were good. They cleaned the tables all the time and the staff was very friendly and worked fast. Their burgers tasted fresh and were freshly made. read more

McDees for breakfast... had the big breakfast, sausage mc muffin, and a small cup of coffee. Overall service was okay. They forgot my sugar packs tho. The place is pretty clean. I suppose this McDonald's is better than the one on Beaumont Ave. I usually have pretty low expectations when eating at Mickie D's. This one lived down to those expectations. A homeless guy pestered everyone who came in, the staff was emotionless and indifferent, bathrooms relatively clean. Just eat your food and don't make eye contact was the vibe here. The place looks nice because it is newer. The tables are packed in together too closely, so it makes it hard to have a child in a high chair. Especially when packed, or no high chairs are available. Also totally unrelated since it is a hard for my child to sit in a high chair properly, I didn't use it. My daughter was standing on the bench so she could eat. If she sat down she would be too low to eat. She was not jumping or moving around. To my knowledge they don't have booster seats. While eating my dinner one of the workers told me that my daughter has to sit down. I didn't feel too happy being told by a worker how to parent. I bit my lip and just left as soon as possible. I've gone there multiple times and most employees never smile, and seem to hate there job. I did have a good experience yesterday though with a new employee. So hopefully he might make if for a better experience in the future. read more

Went through the drive thru and the manger literally took the ice cream cone back from me because they said my "kids treat coupon" was expired. The coupon has NO expiration date on it. Bye, bye, Beaumont McDonald's!!!!! I am done with you!! One of my favorite things for breakfast is the Original Egg McMuffin, and I have enjoyed them for years at other locations without a problem. But, for some odd reason, this McDonalds cannot serve one that does not have a hard, stale, English Muffin. After my first bad experience, I thought it might have been a fluke, so I thought I would give them another try. Unfortunately, it happened again. The muffins were hard again, and for some reason they messed up my order. When you order two of the same item, you should receive items that are the same. I received one Original Egg McMuffin and one Sausage McMuffin. Never again at this location!!!! read more

Just left the drive thru... food is cold and no straws, they were completely lost. We ordered our food and was handed drink by drink. Had to ask for a cup holder, than handed a bag with the chicken nuggets (3) and double hamburger (2) but no fries but she said here's your order. I asked for our fries (4) and was asked for my receipt and the bag of food back. Ok we're on the drive thru with our dogs and they take the food back into the restaurant via the dive thru window. The manger looks in the bag and shuffles the food around, the person who helped us does the same and after everyone touches our food we get it back without any thank you have a good night just the bags passed to us and the window closing as I was asking a question... sorry but today this is a complete fail. And I am sure some sort of health code issue to boot. Hope no one gets sick tonight or our dogs hair does not end up in anyone's food... and yes for the record our food is cold and depressing. read more

First of let me start off by saying this place should be shut down. Every single time I come and order food they find some way to mess it up, I mean it's so simple. A cheeseburger with extra pickles and I always only some how manage to get 1 pickle (I will not touch a cheeseburger without extra pickles) especially being pregnant I crave it, mind you that there should at least 2 pickles on every cheeseburger I ask for extra at least 3-5 would be okay I always get less then what I paid for. I ordered 2 big Mac meals for my husband and I asked them to add cheese and no onion that way they are forced to make it fresh. I get home to 2 plain ass big Mac just cheese and meat no Mac sauce or nothing. The fries here suck, they are cold and stale everytime. Everytime I go in to complain about my meal which clearly states on the receipt EXTRA PICKLES or EXTRA CHEESE or NO ONION they can't seem to get it right, there's people standing in line in front of me complaining about there food and there is people behind me ready to complain as well. I have given up on this place for good!! Terrible management. She thinks by her remaking my meals fresh is gonna make up for all my screwed up orders it does nothing if you don't train your staff properly, it's not the managers job to prepare the food. They must all be high or drop outs because they clearly can't read what people want. It's simple!!! I've read so many complaints and reviews that are like mine and corporate doesn't do shit that makes them look even worse.
