She helped me perfect my order and even mentioned I can get my food menu onion wrapped which I didn't know was a thing! She also let me know this location served root beer floats!!! I'm not that into french fries so I asked them to substitute with onion rings, which they gladly did. The fish, a big no for me. Tiny frozen fish that had no meat in them at all but the onion rings were excellent (I like mine well done). The service was excellent, very accommodating and very nice to speak with. Sadly, this location has chosen SPEED over quality......just like almost all burger places these days.....who are under pressure to move the drive thru along FAST.....regardless of what they are delivering to the customer. I will NOT be returning for burgers unless this location changes its attitude. For the SAME price, you can eat next door at Chili's on their Three for Me burger promo, that is HOT and made fresh to order, and even comes with a bowl of soup or salad. Why would anyone go to FB IF they knew about the promo at Chili's? However, I do enjoy their Cobb salad.....but only when it is on sale for $9.99 including a drink. Most food if not on sale here is grossly over priced for what you get.....similar to what has happened at Denny's where management has decided NOT to honor the Slams specials starting at $5.99 that are promoted on TV commercials. They have lost my business as well....
