They are extra tasty and salted just right. Even their burgers are always hot and fresh and never cold or soggy. I really appreciate that. The staff members here are always alert and busy and are continually cleaning, filling up the straw containers, filling the napkin holders, and keeping the floors clean of debris. I understand that some locations are busy and will have you park in a designated area. Simply ordered a 6pc chicken nugget meal with a cheeseburger , no onions ( because I'm allergic ) extra pickles. The gentleman took my payment and politely asked me to park. I waited for 15min. Thinking I would get hot food. Once I received my food, it was cold and the cheeseburger had onions. Ordered food on the app. Went through the process. When we pu the order the cashier disappeared quickly and we noticed we were shorted an apple pie honked our horn no one came back to the window. Waited another few minutes honked again, there was a camera right in front of us by the window, so they knew we were there. Though this location is close to my home, unfortunately, it was a true disappointment. My husband and I had planned to dine inside the restaurant. However, every eating area was dirty. Either the table was dirty, the seats were dirty, some of the booths had food and napkins covering the seats, the floor around it was littered with trash and food, or all of the above. I will stick to the facts so viewers can judge for themselves how horrendous my experience was. I placed an order through the app at 9:15pm. According to the app AND Google Maps, the store would not close until 10pm. I arrived at the store at 9:40pm to pick up and parked in a "curb side" parking spot, as instructed by the app. At 9:50 I exited my car and attempted to enter the restaurant. All 3 exterior doors were locked. All 3 doors had signs that showed the restaurant was open until 10pm. I Google searched for a phone number and called. A woman rambled on and on about how they closed at 9pm and the app probably had my order "on hold." I advised her that, no, I had a receipt and instructions to pick up the order, and was instructed to wait curbside in a parking space. She then rambled on for several more minutes about how the restaurant stopped curbside service at 9pm and only the drive thru was open. So I told her I would enter the drive thru and show my receipt. The drive thru cashier told me my order probably had not "made it through" because it was almost 10pm by this time. I showed her my receipt and told her what I told the previous imbecile on the phone. She also told me the restaurant dining room closed at 9pm. I asked her if she knew the doors were all locked despite the signs on the doors saying they should be open. I finally got my food. This place is ridiculous. read more

They always promote their new hours on being open later saying it closes at 12 on weekends but always end up closing hours early than what is said such as the inside they always close early you can never order on the app it's always closed then it is said to close so many people always come and just wait at the speaker and no one ever says anything just for it to be closed so you just have to drive off. read more

Horrible! I had not been to a McDonald's in forever, but my grandsons wanted fries. I should have left immediately but we were there and managing two toddlers that wanted food was a bit much already. The dining room was dirty and I had to clean a table with my baby wipes. As we sat near a window seat, we were constantly swatting mosquitoes! Moving didn't make a difference. I stood at the counter for awhile and no one even appeared although I heard them talking in the back area. I then went ahead and used the self serve screen to place my order. At the end it asked our table number and said that an employee would bring the order out to us. We waited 20 minutes and no one ever came so I went back up to the front and found my order now cold just sitting on the counter. I would have asked for a re make but by now the kids were getting fussy waiting. The order was not only cold but the fries were over done and so crisp that my 1 1/2 year old had trouble chewing them. The dining area was practically vacant and therefore I couldn't even attribute the lack of service and quality to it being busy. Bad McDonalds experience today. I wait in line for my breakfast and as I drive up to the menu and wait for the person to acknowledge my presence and begin taking my breakfast order, the screen went blank and it switched over to lunch! All morning, all I could think of was a McGriddle, and right when I was about to fulfill my hearts desire, boom! My life changed forever. Now, as I sit in a dark corner of my livingroom I think to myself the butterfly effects that can happen from this. Will it end covid? Could it affect Trump's reelection? Who knows? But I do know this.... the kid that took my order laughed at my misfortune, spilled soda all over the cups and tried to hand them over to me with soda all over them, and then forgot my straws! I like McDonald's sure but when done right. This time though I had a breakfast deluxe meal the one with pancakes. They added butter yeah but... No syrup...
