The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Literally told us to pull over for two sweet teas, then after 20 minutes, never showed up. Calling their store results in a terrible beeping noise. Service is horribly slow. They have frequently given us incorrect orders the past few times we've been there. Will never eat here again. These guys have no idea what they're doing. read more

I went in to this McDonald's earlier today and tried to use a Visa gift card. After to cashier took my order, I swiped and it declined. Unsure of what to do, she tried to ask her supervisor what she needed to do. This guy, however, with an ice cream in hand was too busy flirting (or that's how it looked) with another associate, and when he finally turned around all he said was "swipe it" as he went to go sit down. Well we told him we had already swiped the card and his response was "Well I guess we don't take those cards" and went to town on his ice cream. So I say thanks a lot in an admittedly snarky tone, and the guy proceeds to go on about how he "told him we don't take the gift card." I've learned not to expect too much at this location, but to be a manager of all things, and be more worried about sitting around eating your ice cream than trying to figure out a customer's issue, that's pretty messed up. I hope McDonald's looks into what's going on at this location and does some serious "house cleaning", because a guy like that has no business being in management read more

Terrible service . 1 car every 6 minutes that's enough to make fresh fries for every car yet you'll never get that . So slow I had to drive away after 12 minutes . Moved exactly 1 car . I think their goal is to slow it down so much people won't go there anymore . Well it's working . read more

Monday September 30,2019, this store is totally a mess , dirty we counted more then ten flys at the front counter no clean tables had to clean one our-self, play area should be the cleanest because children eat and play in there, all the bathrooms disgusting, needing toilet paper in the children's play area bathroom, when we asked to get some they said use other bathroom. fish was hard asked for a new one waited more then 7min and fish then was greasy soggy mess. out side the store was trash everywhere, left there with out food and dissatisfied, this store use to be so clean and service was awesome now like grandview we will never enter again to eat. read more

Sat in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes only 4 cars total in line, food sucked, it was cold as per usual here.

We ordered a Quarter pounder with cheese and a filet of fish, french fries and Diet Coke. We were asked to pull to the side to wait. Ten minutes later we got our order. After heading back on the road we found we got a Big Mac and cold fries. Not acceptable McD's not hard to have good service and fresh food. read more

It took them 17 minutes to make 3 mcchickens and then they left them on the counter. we got them cold and they tasted disgusting. we made a complaint and they did nothing at all. i would not recommend going back to this establishment whatsoever read more

It really is too bad that this is one of the only options for 24 hour junk food. I was having a bad day and sent my husband to get me some breakfast burritos cini melts hash browns and a soda so I could eat my feelings. When it arrived disappointing is all it was cold hard burritos stale hash browns and over cooked cini melts I called and was told to call ahead give my name and let them know when I would arrive. I ordered pizza and decided to try again another day hopefully better junk food from a different staff when I called the girl was rude told me to scam someone else and hung up on me. When I notified the overnight manager she didn't even apologize for the little creature. I cannot believe that company's keep employees like this just let them treat guests who are already wronged like garbage. Man when I was a kid McDonald's was the best. It was fast,hot and had the best fries. Now it's slower than slow,people are rude,place is filthy and food nasty. I don't understand where the standards went in today's food. Nothing is grilled it's microwaved giving it the flavor of a hockey puck. It's grey and lifeless...doesn't taste like beef. Back then it was juicy. The only reason I go there is for the fries. If they are hot and someone salts them properly they are awesome. But no salt most of the time. In my day all fries were salted unless you asked for unsalted. Ketchup,napkins and straws were always included or someone asked you. Now you beg for them. Customer service is a thing of the past. read more

All I can say is absolute buffoonery takes place here. Watched 6 cars proceed in the first order line while I sat behind an SUV in the 2nd line. After reversing and switching to the 1st order line and proceeding still before the SUV, I tell the worker that the man needs someone to take his order before mine. The worker says he's being helped when clearly he isn't. I beat the SUV to the front and finally a man places his order behind me. Pulling forward to the 1st cashier window, waiting for several minutes, with no cars in front of me, for someone to take my payment. Nobody comes so I pull forward and grab my food and drink, then hand the gentleman my card to which he states "oh nobody back there"? I say no, receive my receipt and drive away.
