I rarely eat at McDonald's; however, this location is across the street from the Hotel Legends that we are staying at and wanted something quick and easy for breakfast, so decided to download the app and order from there for pick up since they have better deals. My friend got the sausage mcmuffin (sausage and cheese) for 2.49 and for 1.00 more got a hash brown. He also got a large coffee and said it was pretty good, except the biscuit was too small. I got a M diet coke and was disappointed at how small it was compared to the M size in the past. I also got the egg mcmuffin for 2 bucks and although tasty, was disappointed with the size of it. Drivethrough breakfast this morning as we are on a day trip to New Orleans for gambling (my friend) and sightseeing (me). Easy enough to place our order at the speaker and at the window, everything went smoothly. They got our order correct and even handed over a coupon that I used later. Egg McMuffins, check. She picked them up and put them back on the food line instead of taking them to the back and put them fresh new plastic bottles out there. We were hungry & decided to stop at McDonald's. We struck out at 3 places before McDonald's... but didn't expect to have such horrible service. First, it took a solid 5 mins before anyone decided to ring up our order. Second, it took about 15 for our meal at a "fast food" restaurant. It took my family and I to go up there to ask for our order. It then took another 5 minutes for someone to decide to ask what we were waiting on. The staff was standing around in their phone & lazy. Easily the worst McDonald's in Biloxi. Lazy staff, poor food prepping, and the likeliness of them cutting corners on orders. On 23 May 2018 I ordered 3 hot fudge sundaes. I received all 3 with chocolate smeared on the cups and barely any ice cream in it. I went inside to process a refund and saw the shit show that was the fudge used for the ice cream. The metal dispenser was propped open and a spoon was in it along with an unopened bag of new fudge syrup. Putting 2 and 2 together it was obvious the employee in charge of my order was too lazy to open a new bag and refill the dispenser and so decide to scoop that into the sundae. Not to mention the ridiculous wait times in the drive thru, expect to wait 15 minutes plus. This place is disgusting. And these kinds of employees have the audacity and entitlement to be paid $15 an hour? NO. read more

Really need a zero star capability I pretty much NEVER eat or stop at McDonald's. After dropping parents at church this morning I had to kill over a hour and decided I wanted a Frappachino from Starbuck, but didn't want to waste the gas to get to the one I knew of in Gulfport, and couldn't find one easily in Biloxi, so decided to try a McD Frappe. Well, their Frappe machine was down (whether for cleaning, or was broken the counter person wouldn't clarify, and after telling parents about it later, I was informed this location's ice cream and shake machines are reportedly always down as well. So makes one wonder if they just don't want to be bothered to have to do required breaking down to clean, so machines are always "out of service"). Can say that I MAY decide one day to try a Frappe at another location if there's no Starbucks to be found, can guarantee that I will never return to this location. read more

I decided not to wait for someone to come on the speaker (as we had sat at the speaker box for like 20 minutes). When I pulled up, we were there for another 20 minutes. We saw female employee just walking around. A male employee finally came to the window, and asked if we had already paid. I jokingly said yes, but then said "no, we haven't even ordered yet. When we, too, decided to pull up, we notified the employees that it would have been polite to tell us it would take a while. When I came in to get a refund, the young man at the counter argued with me, saying they are not obligated to tell me they are out of ingredients for the oatmeal before I pay for it. The second and last time that I will ever come here was today. I ordered 3 simple things and only one thing was right. The soda machine was out of the majority of the soda offered. There was no sweet tea.
