I ordered breakfast online at 10:00 and waited in the drive through for 30 minutes to get to the payment window. Because it was past 10:30 they said they wouldn't make the breakfast that I ordered and paid for 30 minutes ago . So I had been in line for 30 minutes and they waited until I got to the window to tell me that they would not make my food even though the only reason why it was past 10:30 is because the service is so poor there. read more

I'm not sure the service could be any worse. It's all about the attitude that starts at the shift manager. While staying in Biloxi for a week I went here 3 times. One inside order and two drive-thru orders. The shift manager couldn't even get my order correct. When I had 4 burgers in the bag I questioned why I didn't have 6. "Oh, you mean you wanted 6 burgers". (Yeah, I paid for 6 burgers; remember you just took my order.) I simply showed her the receipt and she ordered me 2 more burgers. There is never a Thank-you or an offer for condiments. The food is handed quickly out the window before you have time to ask for anything else. I ordered 2 McDoubles at the drive-thru and she charged me $1.69 each and they were 2 for $2. I had to correct her and she quickly changed the price. Just sad. Another time at the drive-thru I was asked what type of sauce I wanted with my nuggets and I said "BBQ". I was told to pull to the parking lot to wait for my order. When the order was walked to my car I asked the girl to check that BBQ sauce was in the bag. "No sauce" she said. She went back inside and got the sauce for me. During my 3 visits, my orders were always quality controlled by ME. Besides incorrect orders, no one is friendly. It's grab your money and toss your order at the customer. The owner of this restaurant is suffering in sales because no one cares about customer service. A little kindness goes a long way and costs nothing. How about some quality control as well A culture change is certainly needed at this restaurant. read more

The staff at this McDonald's needs training on customer service. Their responses to customers questions and concerns are rude. They stood around talking amongst themselves and pay no attention to the customers. We waited for 30 min for our food. It shouldn't have taken that long because there no line. read more

This is the worst McDonald's that I have ever been to. Unfortunately, this is the only fast food restaurant that is close to my place of employment. And they do not know how to follow directions. Every time I go or send someone, my order is cold or wrong! Today I asked specifically for extra tartar sauce on the side and extra pickles on the side they gave me the pickles but did not give me the tarter sauce on the side and my fish sandwich was cold. What can i say about this place? Well, first of all I was drawn to this establishment because of a friends recommendation. She spoke highly of their spicy chicken and even described it as "bom.com." My first impression was.. what's so special about this McDonald's. I will share my favorite thing, but i could share 1 billion (which is also the amount of burgers they have sold "fun fact.) After an exhilarating night at the casina, playing games and making friends.. 2 ladies in my party staggered down the street in search of nourishment. McDonald's welcomed them with open arms and even allowed the to "walk" through the "drive" thru. Thank you McDonald's for all you do. The worst possible service. We ordered out food and didn't receive it for half an hour because we chose to be an actual patron and eat inside they restaurant. Several people got to-go orders and came and went in the time it took us to receive our food. read more

Sunday, Aug. 13, 2017. 6:30pm I stopped here after work, to get a large sweet tea for a $1, which I love! This McDonald's has the double drive-thru, which I don't love, and I will tell you why. In an effort to get the line to move as quickly as possible, one employee was taking my order, and at the same time a second employer was taking the order of the car in the other drive-thru. We both finished ordering around the same time. I was told to drive around about three seconds before the other car was told to drive around. The lady in the other car jumps on the gas and almost hits me!! I guess in an effort to "get there first", even though we were the only 2 cars in the drive-thru. (And honestly, that's on her, not McDonald's, but I probably could have brought legal action against McDonald's if she had hit me.) So, I guess what I'm really trying to accomplish with this review is this: (to McDonald's-) please be mindful of your co-workers actions when there are 2 of you taking drive-thru orders. (To McDonald's drive-thru customers-) be aware of your surroundings! Pay attention! You don't "lose" if you're not first in line! You will still get your order for the quoted price. You will not have to pay extra if someone gets in front of you. I promise...... read more

This McDonalds has the worse service I have ever had at their chain. The order is never correct even though we order regular menu items. The good is the standard you expect McDonalds. It is close to our home so we continue to go. The drive thru window is always backed up and the workers really need better training. If there was another fast food close by, we would go somewhere else. The manager is nice, he just needs a better crew. read more

If you have the choice to go to a different fast food place, do it! As a local, this McDonald's is very known for being the slowest, most terrible service in Biloxi. Every single time I've ever been to this location the food was wrong and took WAY longer than you'd expect. Today my sister sat in line for 30 minutes. She asked if I wanted anything and I said "No, that McDonald's is so horrible! Don't go there." Then she gets back and says she waited for 30 minutes AND they forgot to put syrup in the bag, and butter for pancakes. She was so frustrated when she got back. I told her that locals don't go there bc we all know it's a joke. The management clearly doesn't care bc it's been like that for years. Trust me, don't go there if you can help it. read more

Co-workers wanted me to make a quick stop at McDonald's after my dental appointment and get a couple breakfast items. Was hoping it was gonna be a quick stop and go type of run for some food but it wasn't. Drive thru was blocked off by other cars waiting for their orders at the parking lot. So I decided to get out and order inside. It didn't get much better in there. They have way too many workers to be behind orders. People that ordered from the drive through have to park and go inside to wait for their orders. Anyways I was trying to get my order in before the breakfast menu ended. They only had one cashier and you can see everyone in the back just all over the place. Placed my order and the woman at the register made a mistake and needed the manager to fix it but no where to be found. So I told her to keep it and add the ones I wanted to get. I was able to get my breakfast order in before it ended. Woman at the cash register was nice enough to give me complimentary drink since I was patient enough with all the ruckus they got going in the back. Service and management can improve better. Maybe just one of those day where everyone was off. They pulled through breakfast even though it was hectic. Wonder if they made it through lunch though.. read more

Went in to get food to go. Super slow service, the 3 ladies behind the counter had no idea what to do and the manager kept yelling at them to do various tasks which she ended up doing herself. I watched food come out half wrapped up and the same look of disappointment on the customers face when they got their tray. Mine came, 15 mins after I ordered. They forgot my coffee, the girl that made it was laughing with her friends in a "I don't know what I'm doing" childish way and just started pumping all these random flavors into the cup. I took it because I just wanted to leave. Got to the car, cup was 3/4 full and the coffee was awful. Grr. I know it's fast food but you go in there and pay for a service. Terrible service, lets just say hot cakes were really cold cakes, no condiments had to ask for them, you would think if you order hot cakes they should automatically give you syrup and butter and utensils to eat with, asked for coffee with sugar and got sweet and low in my coffee, why not just let people add it there self.
