This place is sorry as ever! 100% of the time they get our order wrong! My wife just left knowing they would mess up the order, but she went on and gave it a try with specific instructions to make sure not to put mayo on one of the sandwiches! She even took her time explaining it to the drive-through clerk! When we pull up to the window, she asked the clerk can she check to make sure there isn't mayo on the other sandwich. She left and returned with a "NO" you're good! My wife started to pull off, but chose to check anyway! And there was mail on both sandwiches!! but here's the kicker that there's still mayo on both as nicely as she could, in fear of getting our food tampered with she told the clerk and the manager came back with our food only to tell us to "make sure we tell them that ahead of time" with an attitude! The drive thru is unique for its configuration and the fact that I could perfectly understand the read back of the order, my breakfast was hot and the service was pleasant. This place is circus place, as a delivery driver at least 7 out of 10 order the customers called me because of the missing item or wrong items on orders and I did try to explain to the store manager to improve and she been very arrogant like I really care. This is what I call a gas station McDonald's with a bathroom in between so kind a like a truckstop. Not really keen on these set up but needed a couple burgers. Definitely short handed, the manager seemed frustrated and unsettling delaying orders and maintaining order. Food came out ok and hot so offering up 3 stars for when you want some Mc Ds! They are not wearing gloves at window or handling food . Advertising on board and menu 2 for 2 but night manager said she can't honor what prices are on the board in drive thru. The gentleman at the window said he's not worried about the virus and sees no need to wear gloves and kept trying to create hand contact with food bag. This Mickey D's shares a building and connection with a Pilot Travel Center - you can walk back and forth between the two businesses. If you want to use the restrooms - you need to enter the Pilot Travel Center store as the McDonald's does not have restrooms in their part of the building. Ordered the Filet-O-Fish value meal with a Diet Coke. Food came up fairly quick - I was famished as I had missed breakfast. The fish sandwich was fresh, hot, and tasty. The cheese was melted perfectly and the tartar sauce was yummy. However, the fries were way to salty - and not very hot. Place was pretty busy at 1:15 pm in the afternoon. read more

Awful location. This is about the 5th time I have been to this location, and their is always an issue. I will NEVER go back to this location. My food is always wrong, or cold. Today, my son had to spit out his chicken nugget because of something hard in it. Turns out, their were multiple pieces of hard rubber stuck in the chicken nugget. I really don't like coming to this McDonald's location. The drive thru wait time is way too long... about 10 minutes no matter what time of day that it is. The service is sub par as best... inexperienced staff and a serious lack of management. It has been this way for a couple of years now. The service today was poor enough to make me want to write this review... which I typically never do. Takeaway? Our family of 6 will start going to the Wendy's next door. This place is absolutely horrible me and my two friends went in for a quick bite to eat while on our way to winder. We went in and began to order while in the midst of our order the cashier began to shout things to the people in the back when we finally got our food it was terrible I got the artisan grilled chicken sandwich the bun was charred black and the chicken was so dry my friend got the quarter pounder and the cheese wasn't even melted our fries were very dry. We then decided to take the fries back and the lady at the cash register was so rude and complained the entire time she got us our new fries. Later on we wanted an ice cream cone we went to the register and the cashier was on the phone the entire time just talking to one of her friends.
