I went after a game to buffalo Mcdonald and my Meal deal didn't come with fries or nuggets

Stopped by on a Houston to Dallas drive as it was only about a five minute detour. Pro: Plenty of parking, clean bathrooms. Con: One of the saddest soft serves I've ever gotten at a McDonald's, and incredibly burnt coffee. Wouldn't expect much from this one, but it does the job. read more

Very dirty restrooms, rude workers and always lots of trash outside. Especially lots of noise, especially coming from the woman restrooms, the hand dryer is busted from what I hear. I would not recommend this fast food restaurant. read more

We tried to go through the drive-through and ask about the kind of oil they use as my husband is severely allergic to nuts so cannot have peanut oil after sitting in silence with the low IQ drive-through worker, we finally had to shout through the drive-through to get a manager, who then spoke to us in a condescending tone and still could not help us in finding out what kind of oil they use, if I could rate this -5 stars that would be my choice. I hate this McDonald's read more

I went on here again about this McDonald's for different reasons but I went back for a second chance and they disappointed me again my little sister ordered a happy meal and they come with apples and she was looking at the apples when she said are these expired so I look at them and sure enough they are so we told the employees and they went to go get new ones and it turns out there whole box is expired so they had to pull out a whole new box so over all I will not be returning read more

When our local McDonald's south of Houston still has closed dining, restrooms and fountain machines... it was a breath of fresh air to stop at a McDonald's that is BACK TO NORMAL. We stopped here while traveling from Houston to Dallas so not only did we want to grab dinner, we needed to use the restroom too. SO GLAD this location has open facilities! Everything was clean and modern. Staff were friendly and service was fast. We used our McDonald's app and had easy access to numerous coupons. Little did we know, they were already running a deal BOGO for $1. We totally would have changed up our order had we have known. Regardless... still managed to get food for 5 for under $15! read more

This is the McDonald's I have ever eaten at!!! The food was hot and fresh. Customer service was excellent. The bathroom and restaurant we both clean. Would highly recommend if you're traveling through. read more

Another average McD's perfect for stopping by on a trip to grab some food. Love the uniformity of quality regardless of what location you go to. This location can get a bit busy around lunch and dinner hours as they are very close to the highway. read more

Nothing special about this McDonald I mean it's a McDonald's lol The food is what it is, the restrooms could use a little cleaning but the service was good. Everyone was nice and they brought my food to my table. The reason for the 3 is the restrooms dirtiness and the soda was flat. Says open 24 hours but they are not at all. Tried calling and saw people inside but nothing got no answer in the drive thru and obviously doors were locked. Please update your hours if it's not 24 hours! read more

The only issue I had at this McDonald's location was the restrooms. There was not a baby changing station in the women's or men's restroom to change my infants diaper. read more

Horrible food! I get it that good help is hard to find but who ever assembled my food simply didn't care. Left cheese off the sandwich plus cold fries! Come on need to do better. Save yourself some money and go get food at the deli at the Brookshire grocery store. read more

Extremely clean and well kept McDonalds on HWY 45. Staff is welcoming and kind as you enter. Great stop if you are on a trip!

The only time this place runs correctly is when the larger Mexican lady is working And the skinny gentleman manager other than that good luck getting your order correct . Every crispy chicken I've gotten in the last 2 months has been raw. Along with the fries being under cooked, the short girl with red hair is RUDE. even the cleanliness of the place had gone way downhill in the last few months. I used to brag about how nice this McDonald's was kinda sad to see it in the state that it's in. As far as the chain goes, this one is a nice one! They are much more technologically advanced than I am used to seeing! They have nice Simple Human trash cans in the bathrooms! It felt like the owner of this location spared no expense in making this location top notch. The service & food was great too! read more

4/24/20 2pm. We don't typically stop at McDonald's, but we're on a road trip and needed food. With our meal my husband ordered a chocolate shake and I ordered a small fry. The shake (unbeknownst to us) came with whipped cream. My husband asked if he could get it without whipped cream. The clerk at the second window had the audacity to say that she wished she had known he didn't want whipped cream. It was her snarky attitude that was problematic. She did get him a shake with no whipped cream, but didn't need to serve it with a side of attitude. After driving off we realized they didn't include my small fries in the order. The crap service didn't make it worth it to go back and get my missing fries. Won't be stopping at the Buffalo McDonald's again anytime soon. read more

Just fine for a McDonald's, however, this location has NO changing table anywhere. What kind of restaurant that serves happy meals and has high chairs, but doesn't provide a changing table? The employee I asked about this just said no, they don't have one. No explanation of intentions to have one installed or anything. The owners of this place do not value serving customers that are families. read more

McDonald's depending on location is always hit and miss depending on management. This one in Buffalo Texas is a hit. Living here have eaten there quite a few times and different meals. It's always been good and the restaurant has always been clean. Highly recommend. read more

Food wasn't very good! Beef was too peppery, and the fries were under salted, and not crispy enough. The outside of the restraunt is dirty. The drive thru windows look like they were cleaned with a dirty diaper. If this is a quality they have for just cleaning the windows I wonder what the inside of the restaurant looks like. read more

Not that any McDonald's service is great but this one is terrible! Also they charge for additional packets of sauce (more than 1) then forget to put it the bag. My recommendation is keep driving. Just about any other option is better than this McDonalds even if it means having to wait to eat. read more

Probably one of the best McDonald's I've ever been too. Everything was right & hot. My only compliant would be they didn't put barely any onions on my McDouble & the mayo on the hot & spicy was so warm. They got everything out super fast. I would definitely return & recommend. read more

My friend and I stopped here to have a quick lunch before continuing on to Georgetown. The cashier was friendly and helpful. When they began to get busy I saw the manager himself delivering food trays to the tables and helping the other employees. When we finished eating, on of the girls picked up our tray to toss our trash. How often does that happen!!! When we walked out we noticed someone had dropped napkins on the sidewalk and here comes the manager and picked them up along with other trash. So, really nice McDonald's, new and very clean. But, considering that this is an interstate McDonald's, it would be in their best interest to install changing tables, since I'm sure that's the sole reason that families with young children stop there. Stopped on the way to Galveston. Just wanted a caramel mocha coffee. The attendant seemed to be ticked off about something. The only thing said to me was the price. When the coffee was finished he/she set it on the corner of the counter and walked off. Lid wasn't fastened to cup. Spilled in my lap when I tried to take my first drink. No changing table in the restrooms (women's or mens restroom). Please update this! Young families stop at McDonald's because their kids love it (unfortunately) and because it's a rest stop. Changing tables are expected. read more

We wanted to take a break from driving home from Galveston, and we were thinking we would stop to get a quick bite from McDonald's and, it took 10 minutes before they gave us cups, 30 minutes till we got our food. Other people had the problems, if you needed a sauce or a extra item, the employees were all on their phone, and would be rude to you, if you told them to do their job, instead of checking their Twitter. read more

Stopped at this McDonalds last month to pick up a McMuffin for a snack, back on the highway I noticed that it was missing the ham and cheese. On the receipt it said that I had ordered it without the ham & cheese, but I hadn't. If they didn't have ham & cheese why didn't they just say so. I won't ever stop at that store again!!!! read more

I came to this McDonald's and the service was horrible. The lady walked away before I was even done ordering. The windows are gross. Looks like they haven't been cleaned in months. The ceiling is leaking. I sat in here for almost 20 minutes before I could get any service. Worst McDonald's I've EVER been to. read more

Very nice waitstaff. They had the cleanest bathrooms I have ever been in in a fast food restaurant. Also they have enough garbage cans distributed around the parking lot so you don't have to go in to throw away trash. read more
