I have to tell you my favorite cheeseburger is a Mc double and I swear to God anytime I come to McDonald's. I love the lobby. It's nice to sit there always comfortable. This one's really big and they got all different types of seating. They're always very friendly here they keep this place super clean, but one thing McDonald's does as they get that good food out fast one other thing after I eat the cheeseburgers would you know we should eat too many of but they are really hard to say no to but I had to have that ice sugar-free large vanilla coffee. That was a perfect dessert for me. it shouldn't surprise anyone why everybody loves coming to McDonald's I know ever since I was a kid the minute we found out we're going to McDonald's. As is the case with my other McDonald's visits and reviews, I only stop by for the any sized iced coffee deals using the McDonald's app. I used the app to order, and the drive-thru to pick up. The order was placed easily. The layout of the drive-thru is a bit different than my usual location, but all was well. The service was a bit slow for the order considering that there was no one in front of me, but the order was correct. Everyone that I interacted with was friendly. read more

It's a McDonald's. There's nothing great about it, but also nothing wrong with it. I appreciate that it is located on a busy intersection which means it's not only convenient, but easy to get in and out of. The Drive Thru can sometimes take awhile so I tend to order ahead for pickup. Especially since this location's pick up spots are right out front, not tucked away in a corner like other locations. I will say I have never dined in. But things appear to be well kept from what I can see from the parking lot. it's also usually empty so it seems like most people are taking food to go like myself. Food has always been fresh tasting. It seems like it's always made to order (which would explain while the drive thru can take awhile) which I appreciate. Honestly, you know what you're getting when you order from McDonald's. You're eating it for convenience or nostalgia. This locations no different than other locations. This is by far the worst Mc Donald's I've ever been too. First off, I've never been to a fast food place where their fountain drink machine doesn't work or have refills.. My only option for a beverage was a slushy or iced coffee. The manager is very unprofessional, the whole place can hear how rude she speaks to the customers & employees. Horrible! read more

First, to avoid a wait in line, I ordered via the app. But then the app wanted the table number inside to bring the food to. So went inside, and all the tables were filthy. After cleaning off a table I got the table number, entered in the app and waited for my order. Then hear the table number being called and my tray of food left on the front counter. So went and got it myself. If you are not going to follow the program, don't make me use the stupid app. Then they had a sign limiting tables to paying customers eating to 30 minutes. If the homeless and vagrants are taking you tables, fix the real problem folks. It's McDonalds so my expectations were already low. Just not low enough. Clean up your act! Came here on a Friday night around 11:30 PM and ordered the Oreo Shamrock McFlurry. Everything seemed fine at first--until a few bites in, when we noticed a long hair stuck to the spoon, mixed into the ice cream. Genuinely disgusting. Totally ruined the experience, and honestly, I lost my appetite after that. I get that mistakes happen, but this is just unacceptable. This McDonalds still has the worst service! Rude manager at 3:00 P.M. on Friday October 10. The younger girl manager with glasses was super rude to me and others! Came to get some quick food and went with the drive thru. We asked the server for a special request but she pretended not to her us THREE TIMES. We said it again face to face thru the window and she pretended not to hear us again and finally acknowledged when we insisted. At the end of the order, our order was missing 3 mccrispy strips meal and the special request was not done despite it being written on the receipt. :( read more

Again, this establishment hasn't improved. Thus by far the prices are still high, the cashiers and employees seem to not enjoy their job and still charge extra for their sauces. I've called corporate and still corporate doesn't acknowledge their staff and the food. I've ordered several times thru the App and have waited for several minutes sometimes even 15 minutes just to go inside and retrieve my food. I honestly don't understand the gimmicks of their service but STILL after a year of coming here they haven't improved they're services.i don't recommend eating here due to the strict 30 minutes policy and the dirtiest counters ever. horrible service. i live in arizona and its my first time going here. i ordered sweet and sour and honey mustard, they gave me hot mustard and spicy buffalo. i get it sometimes they run out but they could've at least told me or asked if i wanted anything different. My visit today, there is a handwritten sign that sodas were unavailable, sweet tea, unsweeten tea, Hi-C, and Lemonade available. I ordered on the app not knowing the refill rule here. Then I saw in the app there was a new menu item s'more McFlurry, they didn't have it yet.... I chose an Oreo alternate, but tried to use this opportunity to get a refill. This location absolutely SUCKS! Although they weren't rude they were being very ridiculous with their so-called "breakfast policy". I ordered over $50 of breakfast items during breakfast at approximately 10:45/10:50am through the mobile app which was still offering breakfast for sale since lunch didn't start til 11:00am. So after I ordered ahead, I drove over there and arrived with my pick up code only 5 minutes after 11:00 which during that time frame it took me to drive over after ordering they shoudlve prepared and had my order ready for pick up in those 10-15 minutes. But at just 11:05 they refused to give me my order and said breakfast ended at 11:00. I told the guy I know but I ordered it BEFORE 11:00 he said but if you're not here at 11:00 to claim it we can't give it to you. I drove around and went inside to speak to what I assumed was a manager and I said it didn't say anything in the app about a time restriction or a deadline to pick up my breakfast that I clearly ordered during breakfast time. The woman gave a different answer then the guy at the drive thru and said I know the app doesn't say anything but you have to be here at least 10 min before 11:00 or we just can't do it. So I asked even if I paid BEFORE 11:00?? I think if the app still offers it and I paid for you, you should still be obligated to prepare my order and give me what I paid for. She still said sorry we can't do it. I said then how do I get my money back? She said many unclaimed orders automatically get refunded to your bank. I asked how long does that take? She said it could take up to 7 business days but today is Sunday so you'll have to wait til tomorrow to check your bank account to see if it shows up. They really willingly inconvenienced me that badly when they just could've handed me my f***ing order. And I can bet since they deemed it an "unclaimed order" they gave my food to the one/some of employees. Total garbage customer service! I don't eat their food so can't say anything about that but their coffee is horrible hot or cold It's awful I don't even think they use the Arabica beans that McDonald's is so famous for, the hot coffee is always horrible and I always complain to the manager and now they don't even pick up the phone at all so I call their customer service number.
