I visit this McDonald's and the cashier was super unprofessional I asked if I can substitute the combo number seven which comes with two cheeseburgers and a french fry and a drink I asked if I can switch it for a Mcchicken and she has said they are not allowed to do that " i've done this multiple times in other McDonald's and have done it for me " And then she did a hand gesture over her neck letting me know that she cannot do it it made me instantly uncomfortable because she did not use her words and saying the word no she look like she was bothered that I was asking. All of the sudden the male staff from the pay window ran to the pick up window and accused me for noting paying. I told them I have a $20 bill and 71 cent in my hands ready to pay. Why are you accusing me of not paying? The female staff at the window also was a bitch because she was laughing at me complaining. I demanded the male staff name and the lady calls the manager and the manager refuses to give me his name and didn't want to hear my complains. I already reported this matter to the cooperative office and I demanded a response. I own a restaurant business which means I have money to pay for McDonald's. You know this is a McDonald's - how hard is it to screw that up? Apparently very easy - always busy, jammed up in a strip mall, this location is avoided at best, but sometimes you can't help. Driving through here, and merely asking for water, they charged $0.25 without informing us before we got to the window to pay. They claim it is because they are franchisee, but really it is fault of years of poor planning by federal, state, and city government that's lead to water shortage and people's (mis)guided perception there's always a shortage and we should accept this fee. Rather than build actual damns, those slush-fund-masters at the DWP would spend it on advertising on how they put people first. Meanwhile Mr/s.Franchisee gets away with nickel and diming you just to just to pay for the exorbitant workman's comp, city, county, health taxes. read more

Damn, it sucked here. Slowest cashier I've ever experienced. When it was my turn, she turned and walked away as if I might somehow disappear. She walked to the drive thru window and turned to Chad king of was still there, I was and she came back. Then it took an eternity to take my order and give the change back. I paid over $12 for a quarter pounder combo. Never again will I do that again. The place was in total disorganization. I think management needs to make some changes here. My recommendation is to put someone with charisma at the front. Don't rely on disinterested teenagers who don't give a damn about their job. It looked like the staff prepping the food were on point because they were hustling to get the lunch rush served. You guys need to work on the front counter. Ordered a large Postmates order last night for delivery this morning between 6:30am-7:00am to support UTLA teachers and LAUSD students on strike, the order has showed being prepared for over an hour and when I called the restaurant the manager tells me we have no postmates orders and hangs up on me. Firstly I want to urge everyone to ignore the awful and BIASED reviews. For the area, this McDonald's is a perfect go to whenever you need a quick bite. In my experience, the workers are always friendly and fast! I applaud the workers for being so hardworking especially during the hard times we are going through right now. I really appreciate that all of the workers wear their masks correctly and their lobby is always clean. I was disappointed with the caramel frappe with the amount of drink, whipped cream and caramel. The coffee was below the cup, the whip cream was just above the level of the rim about 4mm and 2 thin strips of caramel. I would have asked the attendant for a "properly made caramel Frappe as advertised on the picture" but the line was long and its over 100 degrees. The large fries for paying $4.50, again was disappointing. Advertised as "Tightly packing the fries" it was not. It was Medium fries in a Large Packaged container. They used the bun from the $1 McChicken. The Big Mac usually is made with the sesame bun! There was also no middle bread. I'm not a fool...it was such a tiny sandwich. Saturday morning only one person working the register. I came inside because the drive-thru was busy. I came inside and there was about 10 people in line frustrated trying to order. The manager Elida didn't bother to open another register. The employees were just laughing and fooling around. Well.. I went to this location about 3 weeks ago. I went through the drive thru, when I got home I noticed my order was wrong. My bacon burger didn't have bacon. Also, I guess someone in the kitchen may have been hungry because someone decided to take a bite out of it before the wrapped it up. Still decided to give this place the benefit of the doubt. Okay, my original review for this McDonalds was basically that it was way too expensive (and it still is) but I've come to expect that now that I've lived over here for 2 years now. What I haven't come to expect is whatever chaos was going on today. I walk up here all the time to pick up my food, in and out, then i walk home, no issues. Today I got here and theres a handful of people waiting, no big deal I already ordered on my phone so I'll still be in and out. I end up waiting around 10 minutes for my food and when I was there there was this lady that was getting more and more frustrated because she had asked for a large fry and they kept bringing her a medium. By the time I got my food I just wanted to leave because I was already pretty hot from my walk over there and my mask really wasn't helping, didn't want to pass out in the McDonalds. I really wish I would have checked my food because when I got home the 40 nuggets i had ordered came up to only 20 nuggets total. I also noticed on the extra medium fry I got had this weird red lipstick looking substance on the very top of them and it is NOT ketchup. When I looked at my receipt it was also on the back of that so I truly have no idea, maybe it came from the fry boxes but who knows, it's still disgusting nonetheless. Very disappointed that this is another local fast food joint I can't safely revisit, I would probably be with that lady in the McDonalds right now going off on the employees if I had known my meal was gonna be this trashed. read more
