The service here was horrible. They said they closed the dining room at 12 AM and I went at 9 PM. However, they lock the door and they said they were closed for inside guest. Little do they know, I don't have a car, so I took my bike, and then they said no bikes were allowed through the drive-through. This is discrimination and it's finest. You can't just discriminate someone because they don't drive a car and instead drive a non-electric vehicle it is so unfair to people like me McDonald's do better. read more

No dinning in the Lobby area unless you're dressed for an Alaskan igloo. It's not biker friendly for those that want to go inside and enjoy a warm meal without freezing to death, People are forced to use the drive thru which is horrible for nice vehicles with messy kids, I don't allow any eating inside my vehicle. I have seen the lobby area close as early as 8pm before and it usually 9pm. The city population is double here from my King NC location which opens the lobby at 4:30am and operates til 11:pm This location also charges people for condiments such as dipping sauces, I'm 56 years old and never been charged at other locations outside the Wilmington area. I've also seen employees at this location ignore customers at the desk wanting to place an order trying to force people to use the kiosk to order. Not everything is always on the kiosk menu such as a side of Mac sauce etc. read more

This was the most ridiculous morning I've ever had here. So me and my family walk in expecting to be served at a decent time in the line. Well, we were at least waiting for 8 minutes till the person in front of us said this was bullcrap and left with her own family, well me and my own family waited a bit more, then some lady came out of the back and said "We have several orders to do and I work in the back, so yall are gonna have to wait longer" so me and my family step out of line and then proceeded to order our own food on the screens and pay with a card. Well we did and it took even longer. The food here is decent, but the way the employees treat their costumers with time is horrible. I will not be coming back ever again and this was horrible! Waited a long time to even be able to order at the speaker. The lady taking orders started arguing with the man at the window and they were cussing each other out. We had children in the backseat, the least she could've done is turned her headset off.. didn't even get to finish ordering. When addressing the cussing when we got to the window, she didn't even apologize just tried to justify why she was cussing. Waited even longer to get to the second window and even longer to get our food. And when we asked for the sauce that we didn't get to ask for at the speaker the lady at the window rolled her eyes and walked away before my sister was done talking. Rewind to my 2 year old niece telling me she needs to go potty, we go inside and the side where the bathroom is was blocked off. Maybe because the bathrooms were incredibly dirty as we entered them anyways.. wasn't about to make a toddler hold her pee for our hour long wait in the drive thru and then 30 minute drive home. read more

There is consistently a long wait whenever I have stopped here. It could be 2pm or 10am I am almost always told to pull up and wait for my food. Despit e my order being for Quarter Pounder or McMuffin. And their Dr. Pepper dispenser has been "broken" for at least 3 months, might even be as much as six months at this point. Clearly the owner of this franchise is cheap and doesn't want to spend money to fix things or hire enough staff. read more

ICE CREAM MACHINE BROKEN ONCE AGAIN. My 2 year old daughter only wanted ice cream while we were at the beach.. she would have traded her Christmas wish list for this ice cream night from Mickey ds. Once arriving on scene to this said location, I was informed that I would have to break the horrible news to my sweet little girl. Now due to this her mother is taking me for custody and claiming I am unfit due to not being able to complete such a task as getting her ice cream. She is now terrified any time we past the big yellow arches and will live with this memory for the rest of her sweet life. Extremely rude and always tell you to pull forward and wait 15 min for your food when it's sitting right there ready to go. If they spent more time properly training the employees and focus on customer service things would go a lot smoother. read more

My first job was at a McDonald's.. from experience, this restaurant does a GREAT job for the amount of customer flow it has.. we have been several times and always get our food fast.
