This is the first standalone Jersey Mike's that I have been to. I went at an off time when they were not busy. There is plenty of space at this location with indoor and outdoor seating. I was greeted quickly enough, and my sub was made in sufficient time. My sub tasted consistently good, like other Jersey Mike's subs I have had. I would return to this location again. read more

Ordered a box and a whole sub today, what a mistake. We didn't get what we ordered, the tags on the wraps weren't what they correct, no club supreme, they were I guess the veggie, one piece of chess and lettuce, nothing else for $105.00. We arrived at 8:50 with 1 order for a simple sub. We were met with extreme anger. To describe the service level would be extreme discomfort. The young woman behind the counter was angry we came in, and place an order she promptly yet angrily (similar to my teenage rather when ai make a simple request) made our sandwich. Excellent Gluten-free option at Carolina Beach! when i asked for GF sub roll and told them i have Celiac and so cross-contamination is a concern, they wiped down the counter and slicer and changed gloves and used a clean knife to prepare my sub. excellent service, highly recommend! read more

Great new place to grab a sub and hit the beach. My only gripe is during lunch rush you have 2 people hustling and everyone else standing around. Might want to get two slicing stations. Have been here three times so far and each time loved my sub. I won't go into detail on which ones as its a chain and same menu at all locations but if I had to choose the #9 mikes way hits the spot. read more

I was just there and the 2 girls working at this store were a little upset that we walked in. They seemed upset because they had to do work. They were pouting and giving attitude. They grabbed the bread that was sitting out on the counter for I don't know how long. Then I asked her for a different bread. She grabbed it from the rack where all the other breads were stored. Then she started coughing on the cheese she was cutting. Like sorry I don't want bread that's been sitting on the counter but you don't have to cough on my food that's disgusting. Other things started running thru my head like the bread could've fallen on the ground and that's why it wasn't put back. THIS SUB WAS NOT ABOVE THE REST. I ordered Uber Eats for $70. I went to put my young daughter to bed and didn't hear them call. They cancelled my order and charged me the entire $70 for sandwiches. They have great subs with abundant meat, super soft bread baked daily, fresh toppings and great customer service.
