Surprised this place has such a low rating. This location has the most modern decor in any McDonald's I've been to in Georgia (not that I've been to that many). Only thing they're missing is a playground. I ordered from the menu board and the food was brought to our table in a few minutes. Oddly I couldn't find how to order a cup of water on the board, so I had to ask for one. Another interesting point is they play Christian music (which I don't mind). They wrapped my sandwich with the outside of the paper on the inside. Overall, nice location and glad I stopped by this location. read more

Sometimes it's good and they get your order right the first time and sometimes you sit at the speaker for 45 minutes while no one takes your order but takes 5 other car orders who are at the other speaker while you're still sitting there waiting to order. It's okay. It's right next to the University of West Ga and gets a lot of college off campus commuter traffic, trying to get a cheap and quick meal before class. One thing I'd like to mention is that I wish the outside parking lot was cleaner. I've come by and seen trash bags just laying in the parking lot - no where near a dumpster. They employ many college students which is a negative and positive. While I'm happy to see them offering jobs to students, they don't seem to be the most dedicated workers. I've come by multiple times and had my orders completely wrong or missing things I ordered or my party ordered. An example of this, my roommate ordered a burger in the drive thru and when she checked her bag a few minutes later we realized fish sticks were in the bag instead. Eww. read more

Service this morning was horrible. Had to sit at the order box for two minutes before someone came on with only one other car ahead of me.
