AVOID THIS STORE AND DON'T USE THE MOBILE ORDER! I had a bad service previously but I wanted to give it a try again and this is closer to my house. I came here and did a mobile order. The app didn't let me put in the curbside number so I came inside the store. I asked the employee about my order and he said it wasn't in the system. He asked me to give it a few mins to see if the order went through. I waited 10 mins but he still couldn't find my order. I showed him that the app showed me the order was submitted at this location. He blamed it on the system and asked me to reorder. I checked my bank account and there was a pending charge so I was sure the order went through. Their system messed up and the employee didn't know how to fix the problem. This is their problem, not my fault. I just walked away without reordering and called my bank right away to make sure the charge didn't go through since I didn't get the food I ordered. JUST DON'T COME HERE!!! read more

This is the worst McDonald's in the country they are extremely rude even there employees want to fight with customers. Elisabeth the manager is like a dog in the middle of a soccer field she doesn't know how to run this restaurant and it's causing a lot of commotion with customers no service in the drive-through they are rude and on top of that they blame on you for their mistakes! This place moves so slow at night, you think that they are moving backwards. Unbelievable. I waited behind NO ONE for 7 minutes, saying "hello" to the machine. Nothing. Finally, I drove up to the window where you pick up your food. One woman gave me a dirty look. Another guy came up and asked for payment for a $13 order. I explained that they must have drove off because it wasn't mine. I hadn't ordered yet!!!!! The other woman told him, "I know." Well, then why didn't you come and take my order??? I placed my order: fish filet and fries, then proceeded to wait another 6 minutes for them to prepare it. Never again. Like someone said, Van Management is the worst. By the late 90's we Americans became convinced that a fast food restaurant (unless it was located in an area where bullet proof glass is required at the register) should put you to work filling, and refilling your own drink at the soda fountain. This McDonalds violates this sacred rule, leaving one with no choice but to take the top off their cup, and carry it to the counter to ask to be topped off. The amount of corn syrup this prevents Chantillyans from ingesting due to laziness is probably in the gallons weekly. The inside of this location is extremely clean by Mc'ds standards. There are very few booths though. Mostly tables, which can be a pain when trying to contain kids. At least it doesn't have a play area. By the way, don't sit in the booth by the front side window on the east side of the dining room. Stopped by on my way to work Friday morning and ordered a bagel w/ cream cheese and a large coffee. I only work a few miles down 28 and waited until I was in the office before eating. I pulled out the bagel and it was soaked in grease and had part of a slice of cheese on one side. It was obvious that they stripped it off a sandwich and threw it in the bag. DISGUSTING!!! About 10 minutes later, I take the first sip of coffee. I had to pour it down the sink in the bathroom because it was gross. In fact, when I poured it out, it looked like tea (in color). They must have re-used the beans 2 or 3 times. If they don't take pride in the product they deliver, then they won't see this consumer's business!!!! Stay away! read more

Service was excellent. Workers were very courteous, quick and accurate in taking orders. Its a great place to take your kids as there is a very "kid-friendly" restaurant. I would strongly recommend you try their salads and Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese burger. read more

When they get your order right, it is ok for McDonald's food, but they rarely get your order right in the drive thru. I have now started to check my order before leaving the window. That includes opening any wrappers and checking sandwiches and also tasting the drink provided. They don't seem to know the difference between Coke and Diet Coke. This McDonald's is one of the worst McDonald's you can go to. It takes them at least two minutes per car when you're lucky. When you open your bag your order is always a surprise. If you go inside the women are away standing around talking to each other in Spanish totally ignoring the customers. I don't think the proprietor cares about customer service. This McDonald's and the one on 28 across from Burger King really stink with customer service. read more

The worst. 6 people standing around doing nothing and we couldn't get any help. Finally we placed our order and after having to go back twice because the order was incorrect we finally got the correct order. However the hamburgers were burnt!! We just walked out. Ordered 6 filet of fish they were old left in the heat box and I complained to the manager she said I'll make new ones of the 2 that I returned but they reheated them and gave me them. I threw them away. The customer service was terrible, I had to wait to order and nobody was in line. read more

First problem was the payment window. The clerk was super weird and slow. So frustrating during a 1 pm lunch hour. Then the 2nd window told me my hamburgers and nuggets would be a bit and to go park. Been going to this McDonald's for over 10 years, love the AM crew that usually works here. I have seen so many Managers and crews come and go. My gripes are with the night crew, for some reason this place turns into a zombie land between 8:00PM till Sunrise....and tonight was no exception. The so-called Manager on duty tonight was a disappointment at all levels. No customer service skills at all, no sense of urgency was being shown by this Manager and his crew feeds off of him and they themselves were moving in a snail pace manner. He made me feel that he didn't want to be there. After waiting for about 5 minutes behind the car who was picking up his order, I drove up to the window expecting my order to be ready, ( 2 oreo mcflurries ) the lady who took my order, was still taking orders from the cars behind me, and while this is happening, NO ONE WAS MAKING MY ORDER, I talked to the manager and asked him how long does it take to make a Mcflurry and with a stupid attitude like I was bothering him replied, "it takes awhile" and walked away. The lady that took my order was the same one who took my money AND made my order. She was the only one working it seems, while they had a total of 5 crew plus the Manager. Had to call the manager one more time to tell him that they were moving so slow and again, with an attitude said, "Then don't come here and go somewhere else"... WoW!! Just wow. Thanks to this Manager with a name tag Leo or Leonel, but gave his name to me as JOSE, I and my family will never come back here again. Slowest McDonald's on the face of the earth. Can't get simple order correct. Employees are rude and lazy.

Never mind... This place is awful. ------------/ I arrived right before 11 am for lunch. I ordered a "medium #1 with coke to drink" That's the Big Mac Meal for those of you who haven't memorized the McDonalds menu.... I drove away with a Big Mac only - no fries. I checked my receipt, it was listed as a meal. Was I going to go back and argue? Not for that. It is on my way so I will probably go again. But - this is just a warning for anyone who gets behind the red jeep in line there. I'm going to sit there after they give me food and go through my bag every-single-fricken-time from now on. And then I will probably ask for ketchup and honey mustard sauce. Then I will put it in first gear and drive away real slow...... I will continue to do that until balance has been restored in the universe. Aside from that - the food was fine. *Update - June 2013: OK - I've been several times since. This is one of the better run McDonalds. All my food has been good. That said - I still check my orders every time. I might have caught them once since then, but they fixed it quickly. Drive through - too slow to be good, too inefficient to make up for it. This is at least the third time that they have shooed us away with claims that they got everything right. Quick checks in the bags do not help. You need to sit there and pull out EVERYTHING they gave you because they DID get it wrong. This time, missing lots of chicken nuggets, fries, and straws. No straws, but got a lot of sauce. ???? Calling the place just confirms the mess. They must get a lot of calls, since they blew off my angry wife with helpless protests. Not going back. read more

I wish I can give this 0. They always say my coupons don't work when at other locations they do! Also the food is always COLD. Eating cold fries is the worst and this Indian guy with glasses is always rude and disregards any changes to an order. Many of the staff look like former prisoners. Another time they were not accepting credit cards for a few hours and did not tell people at the drive-thru. So people would order and then when they get to the window they cannot pay if they don't have cash. read more

Whoever was working the driving through window taking orders on 7/16/17, around 10PM, should be fired. The guy gets on the telecon and says "Welcome to Taco Bell, how can we give you food poisioning?" I was thrown off guard, and felt that was strange, and rude. I said "Did you say Taco Bell?". And he says "Yes" and repeats "how can we give you food poisoning?" I ignore, and place my order, and he says at the end "Is this all the toppings you want on your pizza?". Again, i'm speechless. I'm fine with someone wanting to be funny, but this guy was NOT, and just rude in my opinion. I'm deterred from wanting to go back to this McDonalds. read more

It's obvious McDonald's does not trust their employees to properly handle food, and with good reason!! How else would you explain a clearly marked "use by" label on a pre-packaged that was served to my son? I might be willing to forgive something that was expired the same day, but when it is 72 hours beyond expiration date that is unacceptable! read more

I never go to any fast food restaurant expecting anything more than sub-par service. But this particular place ALWAYS gets something wrong in the drive-thru. I ALWAYS get Diet Coke when I ask for Dr. Pepper. I NEVER get BBQ sauce when I order nuggets despite them asking me if I'd like sauce - if I catch the error I ask for sauce again but often I don't notice until I get back to work. I OFTEN ask for a combo meal only to see that I've been charged for and given a burger and drink - no fries. I OFTEN get differing sizes of drink (and fries if I'm lucky enough to get them). This place seems to have an accuracy rating of no more than 15% when it comes to getting orders right. Part of the problem is the limited ability for most of their employees to speak and/or understand English but I'm also certain that part of the problem is the order taker's ability to stay focused and listen instead of goofing off with the other person who almost ALWAYS seems to be hanging out with them when I pull up to the first window. read more
