You have to calibrate your expectations for Taco Bell. I mean, really, it's a place where a human can fill himself up for about the same price. So your main criteria are cleanliness, speed, consistency and quality. This Taco Bell ticks all my boxes. I stopped in on my way from Dulles airport towards Manassas and got a decent meal.
