Honestly pretty good. There was at least one time when I asked for sauce and they forgot to give it to me, but otherwise it's generally pretty good. It seems people have been having bad experiences with some of the workers there but I can't say I've had any. Maybe I just don't interact with them enough though. I go here time to time for quick meals and/or just a quick milkshake or an order of fries. A lot of the menu is a little unappetizing, I usually stick with the chicken sliders (just a chicken tender on slider buns). If you're looking to get a really good side or a tasty snack, I'd recommend the loaded curly fries, topped with shredded cheddar, cheese sauce, ranch, and bacon. If you're looking for a milkshake, Arby's also does not disappoint! I recently went to try their Orange Cream Milk Shake and it tasted just like those Orange Dreamsicles I had as a kid. I used to go to Arby's back in college (quite a long time ago) and always remember having such positive experiences. My roommate and I would devour beef-n-cheddar's on a regular basis. After seeing some commercials recently, I decided I would try out one of their new sandwiches in a dine-in experience. When I walked in, I was the only customer in line and there were three employees near the front counter. After a decent wait period, one of the employees finally engaged me.... note that I did not say "greeted me." I got the feeling that I was interrupting social time and the employee was not to happy with me. Since it had been many years since my last visit, I asked her some questions about the menu. She did not appear very knowledgeable regarding the products. To get the ordering process over with, I just asked for the trusty beef-n-cheddar meal. The food was as I remembered, but the service absolutely sucked. I did not want to judge Arby's by one experience, so I eventually went back one day after work. This time, I went through the drive through and ordered one of their limited time sandwiches (brown sugar bacon roast beef). While the employee was cordial, the service was extremely slow for a drive through experience, especially so since I was the only car in line. When I got back to the house with my food, I was again disappointed. The food did not look at all like the picture. I know it never does, but the cheese wasn't even melted and the bacon bits (not so much strips) were over cooked. If it wasn't for the heavy amount of sugar on them, they probably would not have been eatable. Overall, I can't say that I will never visit another Arby's; however, I highly doubt that I will be visiting this location. In two visits, It had both poor service and poor food quality. read more

The line for Chic-fil-a was too long, so I hit the Arby's drive through instead. The fries are pretty damn good! The chicken and bacon sandwich was a huge disappointment. And it was prepared correctly. It was this boring sandwich! The bacon has absolutely no flavor. I suppose it's there for texture. About halfway though, the honey mustard sauce started oozing out the back. It's been so long since I've been to an Arby's, I forgot to ask for no sauce. I think they have sauce on everything, hehe! Before I start my review I just want to say that I only go to Arby's when they have their seasonal or limited time items on their menus. This Arby never fails to disappoint me and my friend who come here. We recently went and ordered the Smokehouse Brisket and the Smokehouse Porkbelly sandwich. Both where delicious and made fresh. This place was nearly empty when we visited, so I was confused to (1) why every single table was dirty (food crumbs, drinks, ketchup, straw wrappers, etc), and (2) why no one was at the register to take our order. The employees didn't seem busy at all. I could see them chattering away in the back kitchen area. Every time I get someone's attention, the answer was "someone will be right with you..." We ended up having to wait for the cashier to come off her smoking break to order, and clean the tables ourselves so we could sit down to eat (otherwise, we would have had to stand there waiting for the "someone" to come clean it)! I'm sick and tired of Arby's cleanliness and service. Last time I was there I suggested that she/they clean the buttons on the soda machines. Looked like they had never cleaned them. Grossed me out. I've always loved Arby's, but this location is terrible! The man at the counter was overwhelmingly rude. He rushed me through my order, and there was only a line of one person behind me.. I asked for sauce while I was ordering, and then when I got my food I saw there was none in the bag and asked again and he told me I should look before I spoke.. I showed him the inside of my bag and he said whoops, gave me one sauce packet and asked for the next customer. I got back to work with my food to find my Small curly fry literally consisted of 5 fries, and my ruben only had meat on HALF of my sandwich!! I paid almost way too much just to get half of the meat I was supposed to.. Will never eat at this Arby's again !! First the manager is rude as well as her delivery driver. Was comfortably parked trying to enjoy a very average tasting lunch. Next thing I see is a grill of a semi , looked up & driver rudely motioned me to move . In my industry we respect our customers , at least when you ask them something a polite way works much better. At time decided not to make much of it, then decided to contact manager thinking maybe she could counsel driver at common courtesy via phone call after leaving. She was about as rude as the driver, even denied semi was parked at her rear exit delivering . The rear door at Arby's was open as well as driver's ramp was down on trailer .. how could she not miss that ? Certainly she must sign for deliveries . Trying to not make something out of nothing but as a manager you must have better customer service skills. Actually more upset at manager than I was driver , she shouldn't be in that position. I'd fire her if she handled customer service like that if she was employed by my company. Arby's Chantilly lost my business unless she is fired !! read more

Every so often, I just HAVE to have Arby's potato cakes, which are crispy golden brown and wonderful, always consistent from one Arby's location to another. They take 3 minutes to fry, but are well worth the wait. The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that, at least at this location, coffee is no longer available at lunch time. My order was incomplete: 1 of the sandwiches (from the meals we ordered) was missing. I saw this when I opened up our bag after we got home. (2) When I called in to let them know the slip up, the phone was finally answered after many rings. The guy could not wait to get off the phone, just kept saying "thank you, thank you" in a very rushed tone. He said I could "come in and get the missing sandwich next time you're in." To which I replied (all in a nice tone, mind you): "well it's my lunch so I need to come get it now." (3) Although it was apparent he was busy and could not wait to rush me off the phone, I was in the process of asking him his name (so I could have it as reference when I went in) when I heard a click on the other end. He had already hung up on me!! Talk about adding insult to injury. (4) When I went in, the gentleman just said "Sorry, Ma'am, Sorry, Ma'am" 3-4 times. Filled the order and handed me a brown bag. Before I left the premises, I peered inside the bag: no napkins in it. So in other words, I would have to wipe my mouth with my hand? (5) No credit issued for my sandwich to make up for the lost time (my sister, whom I infrequently get to spend time with, had to eat on her own while we ran back out to go get the missing sandwich) or extra gas spent.
