This McDonald's located in Cleveland Ohio, it was probably the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Initially we pulled through the drive thru, but after 10 to 15 minutes it didn't move at all. We then parked, and ordered in-person inside the restaurant. What I noticed right away was how inefficient their system was. None of the workers were wearing gloves or masks. When I placed my order, no greeting, hello, or even thank you after the transaction. Quality of the food was OK, but definitely below the typical you'd expect at McDonald's. French fries were cold and without any salt. Really terrible experience. read more

The employees are very rude. And the have drug paraphernalia on their sidewalk. The food has shrunk. I ordered a fish sandwich. And they only put a half a slice of cheese. Ordered a 6 piece nugget with ketchup. Only got 1 pack of ketchup. Definitely will never be back. read more

The food was absolutely disgusting. I ordered my usually order, 2 double quarter pounders with Big Mac sauce. There was no sauce. I ordered two double quarter pounders and it had only one 1/4 pound patty and then just a cheeseburger patty even though it's supposed to be 2 1/4 Patties in each. Both of my burgers were messed up, I got the wrong size, and didn't even get a refund in my 30 dollar order. Something was off about the taste of the order and I always get it. No one even answers the drive thru speakers. Waited in line 20 minutes and didn't even get my order taken. Pulled up to the first window and no one was there. Meanwhile people in front of me were getting their orders taken. I just don't get it...how hard is your job? Ultimately left and will NEVER be back here. Now rest completely assured that this place is worse. Drive thru service is very slow even though the inside is not open so the drive thru should be faster. And on Friday the 16th when my roommate and I put in a mobile order we were waiting at the mobile order area outside for an hour we went through the drive thru and they gave our order to someone else and we had to pay for the order again. Everytime I come to this McDonald's they never have anything I ordered. If you use the McDonalds app, they will take the money out and then you have to go through a rigorous process of waiting for the manager to figure out how to get the refund going. He compensated me for the trouble with a free meal but it wasn't what I order or wanted originally. This McDonalds needs to do better in making sure they keep their stock full and that they are fully operational. read more

Went through the drive thru and the speaker didn't work. I think they should post a sign on the speaker letting customers know that they need to order at the 1st window . The only reason I went there was to get a caramel frappe and of course they dont serve those at this McDonald's....lol ! I have been to this McDonalds twice in the past 2 weeks. Have stopped by here because of being at Cleveland Clinic. The people who work here are very friendly and respectful. We are in the Covid 19 pandemic and these employees have gloves on and appear to be taking precautions seriously. I appreciate them being open during this challenging time. We walked to McDonald's from our hotel for a quick breakfast. Burger King was closer but we usually prefer McDonald's so we walked the extra distance. As we enter the location it was empty with no customers. The time was just a little after 7am. We walked up to order our food and we were told they only had Biscuits and Bagels as an option for breakfast sandwiches. My husband and I ordered biscuit sandwiches. Someone came out and said they only had ONE biscuit left. They also said out loud that they didn't have any grilled onions left as well. We ordered our meals and sat to eat. The place was a little dirty but nothing out of the ordinary at a typical McDonald's. The employees kept shouting out back and forth about items they were out of. They didn't have any napkins left along with many other items. We watched multiple people walk in and walk right back out because they didn't have much to choose from. We were pretty disappointed. This was during our first morning here. We decided to eat at Burger King and the restaurants at the Cleveland Clinic during our remaining 2 weeks stay. read more

OMG....Where do I start. I went there for lunch waited 20 minutes to get get my food from drive thru. Then when i get to the window to get my food I took my food and then the girl says don't say thank you and then as I am driving away i was called a hoe 4 different times. And the thing I never said anything to her I just wanted to get back to work because i was going to be late. Called the customer service number and made and a report and said someone would call me of course never did. Then I even did the survey and it ask do you want the manager to call you and I said yes NEVER DID. This is why people hate going to you place. I would like to leave no stars, but I can't. First, I drove up to the drive thru and it was blocked with a delivery truck. The second lane was blocked as well with carts. I drove up to the first window and explained this to the woman who had a very nasty attitude. She asked if my purchace was going to be "exact cash or card". I thought this was weird, but I went with it. I ordered and my total was $13.48 I asked her if she had a $10 bill since I had a $20 and 3 ones. She said yes so I handed her $20.50 and told her to keep the 2 pennies. She struggled for a few minutes to give me back ten dollars and then finally opened the window to give me back my original $3 Bill's, a $5 bill, and another $2 bills ... Oh, and 2 pennies!!!!! She had exact change all along!! I drove to the next window to get my food. After leaving the window my son noticed one of his biscuits were missing. I got out of the car and went inside to get it. Another rude girl yelled to the back she needed said biscuit. I waited for another few minutes to get it. I got back in the car and started driving down the road. I wish I read the reviews before I went to this McDonald's for breakfast this morning. I went to get breakfast for me and my wife. The we're out of hot cakes, they needed exact change because they didn't have change to give. I heard them say they ran out of quarter pounders and jelly . They had no sugar and my coffee came with no milk, not that they asked. Worst McDonald's by FAR. Food stopped coming out altogether for about 10 minutes. This may be the worst freaking McDonald's in Cleveland!!!!!! They have more flies in that building than they do employees!! All the girls in there have terrible attitudes. I usually order there from uber eats Bc I work at Cleveland clinic. Literally every time I order, SOMETHING comes to me WRONG!!! Either my fries are soggy and cold (mind you, it's like a 3 minutes walk from here to there! So the fact the food is in a car is ridiculous)..I'll order coke they'll send me Sprite! I'll order a sauce for my nuggets and get no sauce OR nuggets! I just ordered a bacon ranch salad for my lunch and I get the salad..the lid is off in the bag and they gave me a damn SOUTHWEST!!! Like seriously I don't understand what the hell is so hard about reading a paper and making the order CORRECT!!! They need to just tear this building down and hire a whole new crew Bc the current one is obviously stuck on stupid! This will be the last time I order from there!
