It should be obvious by the revues prior to mine that this place should be closed down. Eventually it will close due to lack of business as anyone who has been here once will most likely not come back. McDonald's for the most part isn't my favorite fast food joint, but at least most are consistently decent and the food is edible. Not this one. I will quote parts of other revues that I absolutely agree with. "This is the worst McDonald's ever". No doubt in my mind. "The worst service and food quality I have EVER had at any McDonalds". "Absolutely disgusted ". I was too. "The staff is totally clueless, and the counter help cannot speak English." Neither can the person taking your order at the drive thru. "I will drive the extra mile and a half in the future rather than go to this establishment". I will as well. No reason to stop here again ever. The above are actual quotes. This place is clean but, it kinda grosses me out that one of the workers hair is down. I'm just happy that I didn't have hair in my food. This place has wifi and it's free! The bathroom is ok but could use some work. I ordered the sweeten iced tea and the lady in the front gave my just regular ice tea. The lettuce tasted like it was 4 days old and soggy. Horrible experience here. Came in around 2pm today for a large iced tea. I watch her make it. She uses this little scoop, reaches down into a small crevice where the ice is kept. She hands me the large cup of tea and it feels warm, there are maybe two cubes left. I ask for a cup of ice, no, she cannot provide that for me. I ask her to pour out half and fill it with ice. She gets frustrated and tells me she'll give me a tiny kid cup of ice. Oh boy. There are maybe 5 cubes in it. I toss the entire warm cup of tea in the trash since it undrinkable. I realize it is hard to find employees these days but this McDonalds has to be one of the worst. Hideous service. And good luck finding the straws that she rudely says are in some corner. Absolutely disgusted with this location. I ordered soft serve ice cream here. The cashier took my order and then turned around and got my ice cream without washing his hands or putting on gloves. Not one worker who was handling food was wearing gloves! This place is a health hazard waiting to happen! read more

If i could rate this McDonald's 0 stars, I would. the customer service gets worse everytime. I constantly get the same mango pineapple smoothie and everytime it is less full. Next time instead of ordering a medium and paying for a medium, I might as well order a small because thats how empty my medium size cup looks. Might be the WORST McDonald's Ive ever been to in my many years. The manager Maria is way too busy with other stuff to be at work. The young Hispanic girl taking orders, KS, has an attitude like we are bothering her. I noticed she peeked up big time when a Spanish speaking person ordered. Maybe she doesn't like English. Went here after long drive on 101. Needed to use the mens restroom, but when I entered I noticed a strong, awful urine smell everywhere, and the entire URINAL was off the wall and laying on the floor. What a turn off, and my appetite went away & I left without having lunch. read more

I am very disappointed in my experience with this McDonald's today. In general the food quality is very inconsistent, then today I paid almost 10 dollars for a Quarter Pounder deluxe meal. They never have more than one apple pie. My kids like them and we always want to order 4 or more before we go to Lake Sonoma. Tpyical reponse is: We do not have that many, that will take 12 min. We always had to wait more than 20min. We tried to call ahead: Nobody picks up the phone. Tried the McD app to order but that did not work either. The absolutely Worst McDonald's I have been to. This is my fourth and final time. 3 of 4 visits they are out of an item I ordered. All 4 times the wait is ridiculous. 2 of the 4 visits had to go back due to servers forgotten items. You can barely understand the servers, very heavy Spanish accents. read more

Here at 8:00am and both bathrooms are trashed like they haven't been cleaned in days. Paper products all over the floor, mirror and sink are filthy. Dinning room windows are gross, handprints all over. No napkin dispenser and condiment area is trashed. The whole place looks like no one cleaned the night before. Food was fine and building looked new, just needs to be cleaned. read more
