It's crazy to me that this McDonald's can charge the prices they are charging and your food is NEVER fresh. I just paid almost $11 for a McGriddle and an orange juice, they handed me an old sandwich. They always hand me an old sandwich. The women who work drive through are rude as well. Pulled up to the pick up window and there was a worker on break outside in the eating area, next to the drive through window, smoking, close enough that all her nasty cigarette smoke went into my car at 8 AM smh. I would give zero stars if I could. Ambience? Hostile. Service? Terrible. Food? Slapped together haphazardly with the hostility in the place making you wonder if they did anything to it before they gave it to you. I went in the drive-thru and ordered a double cheeseburger. After I paid, the staff holding the bag was looking at me and laughing. The other staff that were with her in the kitchen we're also laughing and calling to her to give them back the bag. They went back and forth with it, in and out of the kitchen while staring at me. It was really weird. They gave me my bag and were kind of rude to me and then I noticed my burger was all messed up and was missing part of the bun and it looked like somebody just threw it in there. So I went back inside and asked him to remake it and they were still standing around looking at me and laughing and talking inaudibly. Whatever it is they wanted me to eat, they didn't get to make me do it that day, but who knows if it happened some other day and they were more intelligent about concealing the behavior? McGriddle is the best if you like sweet & salty. You can taste the sweetness of "pancakes" and the saltiness from the cheddar cheese, egg, & ham. Because our food tasted great, I rated it 5 stars. But since we stopped by here to use the restroom too and it was closed, I had to take away 1 star. I understand that the tables were closed off to avoid people dining, but during the pandemic, bathrooms should be OPEN to encourage people to always wash their hands. read more

I mean...It's McDonald's. As a franchise it's never going to be a 5 star restaurant, so 3 is pretty dang good considering it's fast food. When I entered the drive thru the attendant simply said "hi" ... I haven't been to a mickeyd's in years, but I believe the line is more like: "welcome to McDonald's can I take your order?" Interaction remained weird but awkward ordering apart, we paid, drove to the next window and it was already ready. While staying overnight in Cloverdale at the Best Western and missing our movie due to a stink bomb, I was craving some salty and sweet however nothing was open except this place. I'm not a big fan of McDonald's but if you're hungry you have to make do with what you have. It was cold and rainy so we were grateful for the drive thru and the quick service. I opted for the apple pies and fries. I love that you can get 2 for a $1. Unfortunately, the pies weren't all that hot but rather lukewarm. Bummer. The worst McDonald's I've ever visited. It was 95 degrees today and their AC wasn't working. So you had a bunch of employees working in literal sweatshop conditions. An employee was ladling soft serve mix into the machine with a little plastic bin, using bare, ungloved hands. It took 15 minutes to get served with only one person ahead of me. 5-8 customers were standing waiting along the side to get their orders, which were taking a long time. The timer for the first car in line at the drive through had racked up 9 minutes of wait time. The chocolate from the McFlurry M&Ms was completely melted due to the heat inside the store. They did not use the McFlurry machine to mix the ice cream after scooping the melted chocolate in. Lastly, the service counter and foundation donation box were absolutely disgusting, covered in soda and food stains. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. read more

This is the worst McDonalds ever. The last two times i have been there it took an hour to get a sandwich. The staff is totally clueless, and the counter help cannot speak English. There never seems to be a manager to direct the operation. Several weeks past i tried to use the drive through. This is the absolute worst McDonald's that I have ever visited. Often they refuse to take my deals on the McDonald app, say the deals don't exist, or just straight up use my deals for themselves in front of me and tell me the mobile code doesn't work. The owner and manager Ana, chooses to charge my family for free items such as ketchup packets and spoons. Whenever I order ahead on the app to minimize the time I have to spend around the employees I consistently find items missing from my food. These items include things such as sauce packets, napkins, receipts, and even entire food items such as 20 piece nuggets or Big Macs. I have been in the back of the store many times and I can say one thing for certain, the kitchen is the most filthy and unsanitary food space that I have come across, with people handling money at the register going straight to preparing food without washing their hands or putting on gloves. The manager Ana is constantly dripping sweat all over the kitchen and yelling at the entire staff all day long. I find the only time that this location is acceptable to go to is during late nights when Ana is not there. I hate that the only food place that is open 24/7 on weekends in Cloverdale is ran by such a horrible person who puts her own needs above that of the customer and the employees read more

What we got: double quarter pounder with cheese, missing the cheese and none of the veggies that we ordered. A chocolate chip frappe with whipped cream. We tossed half of the frappe as my husband isn't into Oreos and fed a lot of the overabundant meat to our dog. I would have returned the food but there was one register open and the line was about 10 deep. Lesson learned. Second revised/updated review: I am so tired of never getting anything correctly in my order! I give you so many opportunities! Y'all are incompetent! We order multiple orders of hot cakes- get one syrup, own butter and one partially opened fork and knife. Not a single sauce for any nuggets that were ordered, cold fries, and my soda has been coke lately instead of Dr Pepper (which I usually ask for). They don't give you a god damn second to finish a phrase before it's "anything else?" You have literally one person working currently that speaks CLEAR ENGLISH! A foreign man (actually very polite guy) had to use google translate at the fucking window because "he's sorry his English is no very good" which is the case with everyone!!
