I have 3 free large Mochas on my mobile App., I go to the Colleyville store on 26 to the drive up, I order 1 large hot mocha with carmel, and non fat milk. 3.89 2nd window get to window, tell employee that I have 3 free mocha,s on my phone. punch up App., It says not avaible. I ask her , how did you make the carmel mocha? She gets the manager, I ask her the same ? She says she put it in machine and made it. I asked her if she put 6 shots in before the machine, and she knotted yes. at this time, like always ur supose to turn off wi fi and use only data. try again and it comes up, show manager, she scans cbar code and says it dosent register, she goes get her phone and says all the punch es 12345 have to be filled in black. I told her it said free drink on the bottom with a cup full. she wants to argue about it. she pushes my cell phone to bring up the code, scans it, nothing, I turn off the App. bring it back and scroll right, and a green worded app comes up show employee she scans code, than asks me what the code is ? finally she gives me my carmel mocha, I take the cover off and see theres chocolate drizzel on top. The manager that I talked to, first told me she made it, Now after the wrong drizzel , she said she did,nt make it.. Smaller McDonald's but it was build after most of those fellow structures in the shopping center were already existant. It's a newer building; they are trying to take advantage of the lack of drive thru options in that immediate area; so honestly there seems to be a lot of drive thru traffic but not a lot of dine in because there are a ton of other options in that immediate area of sit down food. The only reason I give it two stars .. it was going to be three because they usually are clean, not busy inside, and are convenient to where if I get to my daughters gym class to early I can usually take my daughter in there to kill time without really having to get anything; at worst a juice box or something ... but the last time First off it took about 5 mins for someone to actually come take my order, secondly someone had spilled a little bit of what I assume was an mini m&m mcflurry on the order counter right where they put the trays. As with the McFlurry's the coloring of the m&m comes off in the ice cream and so the m&m was lack of color and all of that color was in a little pool under the 2 or 3 red m&m's sitting there. It really wasn't out of site of the workers because it was right where they put trays and cups. I ended up getting red on my fingers and had to say man that's gross as I saw that my attempt to avoid it had failed. But I don't even think she really noticed what I had meant by that cause I assume she had tuned me out after she said thank you. So most of my killing time trip was waiting for them to take my order and trying to clean off my hands while my daughter wined about not playing. read more

I know this location probably has a busy breakfast crowd but there is no excuse for not cleaning. I paid in cash because the credit/debit pad was so gross. And the donation container for Ronald McDonald House was worse. I took a chance that my money/change was cleaner than the donation container. These items had not been cleaned in some time if ever. It is not busy now but all of the tables were dirty...the floor was dirty...the windows were dirty...the trash receptacles were dirty. I wonder what the kitchen looks like? This place is awful, there's a young girl that works there (long blonde hair, whipping it all around the food, taking money then serving fries with her dirty hands) who has a nasty attitude. When I asked to speak to the manager she said: Yeah I know he's coming but he's busy right now, he'll come see you when he's done. When the manager did come to speak to me the customer service was AWFUL. I got my food at 6:47, I spoke to the manager at 7:04.....that is ridiculous. Great building, rude and subpar staff. Don't expect good old McDonalds here. After getting my daughters burger wrong twice in in drive thru, I have to come inside to have the rude very young male want to argue that with cheese is plain. Once completed the washed up looking older female, pretending to manage hands the burger to the under age young black man with a roll of the eyes whereupon he stuffs it in a bag shuffles over the counter and drops the bag before just turning and walking off. I am in the restaurant business and just love to see such a well oiled machine at work. I also have young children at the elementary and middle schools who will no longer be going here. Every time I go to this location something goes wrong. Wrong food, missed items you name it. I thought it was just me... Not so. My friend picked up food here for us tonight. She had cash but was a bit short so gave a card for the difference.... Mr. Faux hawk at the drive thru charged her card for the full amount and NO receipt! We went back to find out what happened...
