Part of a uncooked chicken nugget
    Nathan B.

first of all, literally some of the chicken nuggets were uncooked well part of them the rest of the good food was fine, but the service was slow as heck, finally it was so disgusting in there the bathrooms were messy, the floors were dirty, I even saw yellow spots in the bathroom coming from where the water refills the toilet. this place is a medical hazard, should get checked by a health inspector.

McDonald's, the place that claims you'll love it.  I like it but don't know if I'd say I love it.  If I was Beyonce I wouldn't put a ring on it but mostly because they don't even sell onion rings. I am a fan of the $2 triple cheeseburgers.  The prices are hard to beat but the food is extremely easy to beat.  The assembly isn't exactly on point- I've never had a burger look close to a picture displayed on ads or signs. The staff is inconsistent, sometimes they are amazing but other times they are absolutely the worst.  It really depends on the time of day. The location is pretty great though.  It's basically right by the highway and super close to the downtown area.  If you're looking for a fast food option in Coloma, I would probably say McDonalds is your best bet.

    "Sausage" Mcgriddle

I don't even know what they were doing here... it was supposed to be a sausage mcgriddle

Easy off from the expressway and next to a Speedway station. FYI, Grandpa's cider mill, Contessa wines & the Chocolate garden are in the opposite direction just a few minutes away so since you've got the kiddies settled, time for the adult to get their groove in motion. This restaurant has a play place and per the kids it's the biggest play slide thingy at a McDonald's they have ever been too. (They have been to many many locations.) On this the 26th of December, service was tediously slow. They were equipped with cashiers and cooks but only one cash register open! Five minutes in line and I pondered the menu fully. Ten minutes in line and I wondered if yet another McDonalds burger was necessary. Twelve minutes in line and I decided an Angus wrap and grilled wrap might quench my light appetite, also a coupon book of kids treats for a dollar is a great deal. Fourteen minutes in line, three customers unknowing the line process and I... fed up with standing in a line that is taking obnoxiously too long. Sixteen minutes and I'm back in the play area bitching about my time in line with nothing to show for it. Instead of more money and time spent wasting in line at McDonald's I opted for cider at Grandpa's Cider mill. Wi-FI available.

    Playplace for three and under

Visited the placeplace for the first time today, it is simple but nice. It is for kids three and under but there were older kids playing and it didn't seem to be a problem.

Moldy, days old chicken on my salad. Yum.

Amazing views, food, service, and wonderful experience here at the Waterfront!…read more Very accommodating to large parties & walk-ins. A great place to lounge by the lake -- even if you'd just like to have a drink and stay a while! Very welcoming environment with open choice of seating -- shaded, beachside, inside, or bar-side. I greatly appreciate the Family-friendly atmosphere here! Beach access with space and toys for children to play. Dogs are also welcome to the outdoor patio areas! **This location is wheelchair and mobility-aid friendly, the bathroom area has a ramp for accessibility, as well. This is the only boat-accessible restaurant I have ever seen in Michigan! Plenty of doc space to park in straight from the water to dine in or grab a drink to-go. A wide menu selection, seafood, weekly specials, and live music. My personal favorite is the Saganaki! Largest martini menu I have ever seen-- and half-off on Thursdays, which is a nice touch! Hospitable staff and professional service. Ray-- the live musician "the Breeze," is incredibly talented--; playing live music on weekends! He is very personable and really adds to what makes this place special. Great place to host events or gatherings. Recently moved to the area and had family visiting from out of town and wanted to spend time on the lake. The Waterfront was just the perfect place! Came here with a family of 32. We are all very appreciative of the welcoming & accommodative staff; --for taking us in on a birthday reservation. We had a great time and will be back next summer!
