I'd give this place a 5 Star Only for Elizabeth she is so attentive!!! She deserves to be treated better there with more respect. The reason this place is so spotless is because of Elizabeth. She is a multi tasking while she cleans she has here ears and eyes on everything making sure each customer is being heard for every single one of they're needs. She should work somewhere that she can get tipped she would make the money she deserves elsewhere. This location is terrible in all aspects. I use to go here about six months ago until I desided to try the oatmeal. I waited in the drive through 10 minutes and when I got to the window, they wanted me to go park while they prepared the oatmeal....really!? 10 minutes was not enough time to put hot water in dried oats and stir it? Since then, hey have remodeled the location so I thought I would give another try. I waited in line for 5 min while a women and a child tried to figure out what they wanted and then an employee ordering food. Once I ordered I waited at least another 6 minutes for the food to get there and it was totally wrong...not what I ordered at all. I asked for my money back. While I was waiting I could hear the manager telling the worker to park cars...what this means is you order your food in drive through, pay at the pay window, then when you get to the pickup window they ask you to go park in a designated spot for them to bring it out to you. As I went out to my car I saw another car that they had parked and I asked what she ordered........a mocha coffee!!!! Are you serious? This place is the worst! Now, if that wasn't bad enough....you walk in and get attacked by flies....everywhere!!! And this is before you have any food. I got my cup for some coke and the entire soda station is infested with nats flying around and landing in your drink as you fill your cup. Typical McDonalds location. If you notice longer drive thru lines, chances are they're experiencing a delay. They'll never acknowledge it, but i've been held hostage in the drive thru a few times for over 10 minutes as they struggle to meet demand. Only accepts cash throughout the night whenever I go there; that was quite unexpected and seems to occur at any time of night.

It would have received a 1 star for messing up my order and I ended up not being able to eat for hours. When I took the food back hours later the manager saved the day, gave me my money back AND gave me a free meal. I know people mistakes with orders all the time and it doesn't usually piss me off so much but this girl wasn't friendly in the first place, the mess up shouldn't have happened AND no one answered the phone the 400 times I tried to call. Horrible service all around but that's no shocker when even the manager seems to not give a shit at all. I walk my dog with my boyfriend about every week around Colton and we usually just stop at McDonalds just to get a water cup for our husky. I don't know how it can take more than 10 minutes to acknowledge you have a customer that only wants two water cups. Everyone who works there would look at me and hear me say excuse me and blow me off the same way I've seen them blow off homeless people asking for a water cup. Any other time we go just to eat the service is slow and sometimes you have a sassy young adult who you can tell is done with the job and putting up a fake attitude to appease the customer. The wait is always long, they're severely understaffed (I guess since they have order kiosk that you're supposed to order yourself). I was at this McDonalds location yesterday,1/09/2014, and I ordered a McDouble burger without ketchup but with Big Mac sauce and they charged me an additional 30 cents without even asking me if that was ok. What a rip off! It can't cost them any more and they make each burger individually anyway. I have been to this location before and the service is always sloooooooow and the employees are not friendly. I would recommend you try another location. I love eating late nite but lately there closed around 2:30 3:00am. Well today i managed to catch them open on the late night, tryed to order a salad with grilled chicken. If I COULD I would give it ONE star!!! first of all let me start by saying I HATE McDonalds, never was a fan but my BF and son LOVE it, anyways we use to live close by to this location and would go there at least once a week, and every time they PROVED to me why I HATE it, so my son usually get the happy meal, and the BF get the 20 piece nugget. so we go through the drive thru and order and they ask you what kind of condiments you want, and we say Ketchup and BBQ sauce...when we pull up to the window we pay and they hand us the food. we then drive home and when we sit down and they begin to take the food out only to find out that there is NO KETCHUP and ONE packet of BBQ sauce O_N_E it drives me CRAZY I immediately CALL them and I go off on the person who answers I mean WHY are you going to ask me what condiments I want and fail to give me enough I mean SERIOUSLY you expect my BF to eat a 20 piece with ONE damn BBQ sauce smh and all they had to say when I called was SORRY WTF!!!!! my BF drove all the way back for BBQ sauce cause we didn't have any in the fridge! and they gave him 2 free apple pies but that's besides the fact, they shouldn't be STINGY I mean WTF! ugh just make me angry! read more

On Friday, 1/22 en-route to AZ, my daughter and I drove thru for a quick snack. We both ordered a chicken snack wrap, mine grilled, hers fried. We also ordered some fries. Within 30 minutes we were both hit with what I believe to be food poisoning. We made it to our destination Friday night, but we were both down for the count on Saturday (all day & night). Finally able to somewhat function on Sunday, we had to get back in the car and drive back home, as I had to be back to work on Monday. Needless to say, not a good weekend and that will most likely be the last time we dine at any McDonald's. And I'll be reporting this to the Health Department.
