The prices are reasonable as some shops go way overboard. They do charge for the honey boba .75 cents which isn't too bad. I do prefer shops that offer free boba but like I said. 75 cents isn't bad. He surprised me with a black milk tea with house special foam and boba, and got himself a matcha&strawberry ice milk with boba. Both of our drinks were rich, creamy, and perfectly sweet! The service was good, but that's all I can give this place in terms of positive remarks as it was a bit sad inside and dark. They are very expensive especially since they're literally in one of the worst areas of Colton. The menu is expansive, but the tea itself is garbage. The tea is filled with canned fruit mixed with water, no tea at all. I know tea and this is not it! Pretty basic boba cafe menu with the usual you can get at most other places. It's neat that they have an XL size for $8+. The cup is nice for pics, just based on sheer size. I got the Tiger Milk tea, 75% sweet with no toppings. At this sweetness level it was still very sweet and as another Yelper mentioned, leans more towards a Thai tea flavor than milk tea (whereas Tiger Milk tea should be a balance). This place just opened & it's not so bad! I've been to other boba places that have watered down teas or hard boba. I ordered the strawberry milk tea with honey boba. My bf had originally ordered the tropical tea but they messed up on his order & he was instead given the taro frapp. He didn't want to make a fuss about switching the drinks so he took the taro frapp & he does like taro anyways. I liked my drink but maybe next time I'll get less sugar bc it was a bit on the sweeter side. As for the taro frapp it was decent, the whip cream wasn't all that good to me tho. My bf said it was okay but they need to work better on crushing/blending the ice better bc he would get ice chunks whilst drinking. He also said the texture was weird at times bc he'd get pieces of the raw taro in his sips when he's accustomed to other boba places that make the drink into taro slushes & there's no pieces of white raw taro. Overall the taste of drinks isn't bad tho, it's not watered down so that's the major hing for me! The boba was okay, it says it's "honey" boba but it's really not sweet at all. Texture wise it's fine & chewy so normal. Inside is super cute & well decorated. It's very clean & it is spacious with enough seating. Outside is a bit more sketchier bc they didn't really fix the outside much from the previous store. The glass still has key marks or whatever scratch marks from ppl who put their graffiti. It's also located next to a supermarket as well. The parking lot is big so you'll be fine on finding space. Customer service was good. The cashier was nice & had offered to fix the drink as well. I would give 3 1/2 out of 5 stars if it let me. But overall the tea is good & flavorful enough. Their selection isn't too bad either for barely opening. I would've given a better rating if the boba was sweet & if they hadn't messed up the order. The taro slush should be blended better to avoid the pieces of taro plant & smaller ice chunks.
