After back and fourth we were given a pre-made cake in a box. If you do not accept these requests, then get with corporate to get that option removed from online ordering for you location. Again, I'm not a frequent DB drinker. When my daughter and I saw that there were stickers earlier in the day, we planned to come to this location once I picked her up from school. Unfortunately, Will let us know that stickers go quick and that by the time he clocked in, they were gone! He did let us know that next time, it's best to go early. Understood. Well, much to my daughter's surprise, Will sticks his head out the window and gives her the sticker he was able to snag that day! When we entered the store, we were not greeted. After waiting for some time, an employee came to take our order. As I asked questions about menu items, the employee appeared visibly annoyed, repeatedly rolling her eyes, shaking her head, and giggling while I was speaking. Her behavior made me feel as though my questions were an inconvenience. After taking our order, she began slamming doors, equipment, and machines while preparing our items. Her actions and demeanor made it seem as though she was angry that we were there. When our order was ready, she placed the items on the counter and walked away without saying anything. I had to ask if the order was ours because there was no communication from her. When I politely asked for her name, she responded, "Bye, I don't have to give you my name," and walked away. I found this response unprofessional and disrespectful. The entire interaction left both my daughter and me feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. I have visited Jamba Juice many times in the past, but this experience was unlike any I have had before. I hope this matter is addressed so that future customers are treated with the courtesy, professionalism, and respect they deserve.

I stopped by planning to grab a coffee and work remotely for a while, but the experience was…read moredisappointing. My iced vanilla Americano wasn't mixed, so I ended up drinking concentrated vanilla syrup/sugar at the bottom of the cup. On top of that, the drink was filled so high that it was already spilling over when it was handed to me. The bigger issue was the Wi-Fi. The internet appeared to have DNS problems on both my phone and laptop. I have some networking experience, so I spent time trying to troubleshoot and reconfigure my computer before asking the staff. A barista acknowledged they were aware of the issue but said they didn't have access to the router or anything to fix it. If this location wants to attract remote workers and people staying for a while, I'd recommend looking into the Wi-Fi reliability. It made what should have been a productive visit much more frustrating. The staff was polite, but the overall experience could definitely be improved.
