This is my second time waiting outside them to open the store. It is like a joke, it says open 2 pm everywhere, it is 2.10pm and no one is here again. Just visited this place last night for a night cap and could not have been more satisfied. This is a REAL hookah bar, not some wannabe club that sells hookah. Very laid back and relaxing place. Best hookah I have ever tried. I am new to the city. But I found good vibes there, to study or to chill.

I went to this place yesterday for the first time after hearing about it from a family friend. Usually I go to Anaheim for hookah, but wanted to test drive a place closer to me. The hookah and service were fine. It was only $10 for the hookah. This place was TERRIBLY junky on the inside. It looks like its full of germs. I sat on a thirty year old or more dusty couch. The bathroom's toilet was clean, but the walls had tons of graffiti. Peeling paint. Not impressed. It needs a face lift. The hookah was yummy, but I do not see myself going back because of the terrible ambiance and fear of catching a skin infection from one of the couches. Looks like I'll keep driving to Anaheim! read more

Love this place! Hookahs are always on point and I am so so glad they haven't gone for the club vibe. Nothing worse than trying to smoke and enjoy the company of your friends while music is blasting and strobe lights are flickering. My cousins and I come here, order tea, smoke hookah and play cards and its perfect. Gives you that traditional middle east feel. The outdoor seating is perfect when its nice out and during the winter they have it covered with space heaters. I came here because it was close. Bad idea. First thing I noticed was the horrendous bathroom. Looked worse than a back alley. Made me question everything else in that place. The lounge past the patio was so dark I was afraid of sitting on those couches afraid of what may be on them. Yeah its cheap. But cheap comes with a price. I will never return. Oh the Nile. Ok so pretty solid hookah selection with good quality tobacco (starbuzz) and mesquite REAL coals! Listen kids, instant lights should only be used at home and never at a hookah bar, this place is authentic. The downside would have to be the bathrooms, the Nile is the equivalent to a dive bar, not much effort on appearance but still a GREAT quality product. read more

My favorite hookah lounge in the I.E. (and I've been to several). My boyfriend and I love coming here, for several reasons. First of all, the service is amazing. The owner (I'm assuming?) is really nice and let's you smell the flavors before you decide. The guys wandering around with coals are also friendly and helpful, and come around often, never leaving you high and dry (like some places). Next, the variety of flavors, mixes and house blends is just incredible. The tobacco is top of the line, too, so you don't have to worry about that queasy feeling you can get after smoking cheap tobacco. The prices are decent, pretty much standard: we usually pay $10-12 for one hookah for the two of us, and we usually choose a blend. What do I love most about the Nile, though? The atmosphere is AMAZING! The place is large, 3 or 4 sections, each with their own feeling. The back room is dark, loud and romantic, full of plush couches and chairs. The front of the lounge is a more well lit, quieter cafe-life setting with tables and chairs. In between is a large patio courtyard type thing, with tables and chairs and a few couches. It is decorated with plants, and there is a big fountain right in the middle. The music is great, too, the in house (I'm assuming) DJ plays a variety of fun, sexy tunes. All in all, if you're looking for a cool but chill Saturday night out full of great vibes and sexy opportunities, and don't want to drive too far, go to the Nile Cafe! Oh, and looks can be deceiving: this little gem is tucked into the corner of a strip mall off the 215, just past the Fiesta Village... check it out anyways, you'll be surprised. :D read more

A great local spot to come and enjoy a hookah. Love the staff of great gentlemen with the kindest attitudes, very friendly and they know a lot about smoking hookah. Selections of flavors are a bit limited, but the servers know what are the perfect combos for your tastes. The tea is a nice touch and their Arabic coffee is delicious. There are regulars who I run into for over 7 years coming here, and we are not leaving this place anytime soon. It's our spot, and we love it. read more

I was taking here by friends I worked with. back when I started going prices were $8 for a hookah and they did fun things like free hookah bowl giveaways for the night or first 5 people. The hookah is good and well priced. The staff is alright... they could be mean, they could be nice... mostly mean, haha. Okay, enough of me being nice. What I really wanted to say ...............seriously, the bathrooms are disgusting!!!! Felt like throwing up when I saw the women's bathroom. I used to come here alot but damn... please clean the bathrooms!!! YUCKY!!! I don't really want to come here after my experience which I am not going to go into detail... yaaaa. Disgusting. The hookah here is great . Prices are awesome. Is it a hole in the wall? Yes. There are no frills about this place. It's just straight good hookah, good service and authentic. I you been to the Mid East and have been to the sheesha cafes the locals go where old Palestinian dudes are kicking back with their shoes off playing cards with Al Jazeera on the tv you will certainly love this place. Consider it a dive bar version of a hookah lounge. You won't impress anyone bringing people here with the atmosphere but you will certainly get good hookah and tea ( the tea is awesome) . I've been going to this place of 9 years now. Hookah is always consistent. Service is great if you are a regular like I am I suppose. Not to loud like a lot of other hookah bars in the area they stuck with the traditional feel of a hookah bar.
