Came to this McDonald's at 1:30am. I called ahead to see if they had the deluxe chicken sandwich as most McDonald's stop serving it after 11pm. 5 stars for the kitchen staff at this location for using their heads and making my order not only correctly but using common sense! I am still doing a modified KETO diet and ordered a sausage biscuit with an extra sausage and cheese. Rather than putting the cheese on top of the sausage so that it would melt to the biscuit (which I wasn't going to eat the biscuit anyways) they put the cheese between the two sausage patties! They pick and choose when they want to serve their breakfast menu, the workers are lazy af some days they accept cash only other days card only that makes no sense. I came in and ordered my food and it came out to me sloppy asf. Mayo everywhere on my chicken sandwich and I told them I didn't want mayo. They were suppose to put the spicy sauce so they had to make it again. When I got my food for the second time it was sloppy with spicy sauce, so once again I made them make it again. I usually place mobile orders so I can quickly choose from my favorite items. I usually go to the one up the road on Barton, but this was close to where we were shopping. I pulled up to the drive thru window and waited. No acknowledgement. After waiting a while I pulled up to the payment window and there was no one there. Waited. Pulled up to the pick up window where they stared at me as I told them no one was manning the speaker. I explained I had a mobile order, and they proceeded to tell me they had no orders. I showed the confirmation and they shrugged. I asked "what now?" And they said "well we don't have your order." I said "I guess I'll just go to another location." I got an eye roll and an "ok." My 4 year old says "let's never ever ever ever go to that one again." Unless they fix the attitude problem there I'm all too happy to agree. read more

So over the past few Months this McDonald's has undergone renovations. It looks pretty swank now. All modernized. Unfortunately the service went south, way south. Going through the drive through on a Sunday morning should not be full of complications. Wrong. We arrived with one car in front of us, in a two lane ordering drive through. The first bad news was suddenly hearing the order taker referring the other lanes order to us. And yes, it gets worse. We waited... and waited... and waited.. even called out a few times, but no response until a few minutes later. Then the order taker announced themselves... in very badly broken English. I was already groaning and face palming but it gets even worse from there... Not only did she mess up our order but she didn't even complete it. The next thing I hear is her taking the other lanes order. What. The. Fuck. Needless to say if you want something done right, this place is definitely not the one to try that at. If you can botch a two car drive through order on a Sunday, then I'd seriously hate to see how badly they mess up your order when you actually have to be doing something... like paying attention. Waited another 4 minutes at the counter for someone to come to the counter. When someone finally appeared not even a good morning or sorry. I asked for my order and a girl brought from the back. It was probably seating there for so long that the Mc muffins were cold. Coffe was old, bitter and the cup was only 2/3 full. They did not get any equals in the coffee . The only thing that they got right was the Diet Coke. It would been the last straw, the would have gotten the soda wrong. Total waste of money, 10 bucks and we threw away the freaking Mc muffins they tasted awful cold. Coffee was old and bitter. It's not busy here at 2 in the morning how come they can't maintain a clean environment to eat and be comfortable. The food is disappointing even for a McDonalds standard which is already low Pro: This McDonalds is 24hrs dine in. Cons: this McDonalds is discusting the worse one I've ever been at. The floor has stains and is sticky they need to mop. The trash can is over flowing and trays are stacked high. They closed off most of the seating to the front by registers that are uncomfortable. The tables need cleaning. The workers are rude rolling their eyes when we tried to seat in a clean area that's closed off. Workers are rude just staring at people waiting for their order to be taken. They didn't have change and they told my husband to pull forward and wait for change. Umm no, That doesn't sound right. Also, they put OLD Happy meal toys in their happy meals. So I go to this one by my house because I use the app to get the large fries deal with no salt for my dog (it's favorite treat). I like this one over Grand Terrace because even though they are normally busy they usually get your order right and the people are friendly. When I opened my bag it was like the poured Mayo directly into the bag. The worker didn't wrap the sandwich right before putting it back into the bag and the Patties were out the buns pickles and Mayo were on everything. I gave my dog the nuggets and threw the rest away. When I called today the manager was clearly busy and not interested in what I had to say and asked and I quote "I'm trying to figure out what you would like me to do!". I just hung up and will be contacting corporate. I never complain because I worked fast food and people suck but a bare burger in a bag is ridiculous smh!
