Me and a friend, who are from out of town, visited the drive thru for a late night snack and the employees were extremely rude. We pulled up to the first window to pay and there was no one at the window so we pull forward to the second window only to be greeted by the cashier who spoke very rudely to us because we pulled forward to pay at the second window. Aside from the attitude problems they were extremely confused and unorganized with all of the orders so there was a wait and then they ended up still messing up our order and didn't give us a few things that we ordered but we just gave up at that point. Customer service is extremely poor at this location. Not impressed. read more

I usually go here to grab a bite since it is the closest McDonalds. Every time I go i ask for extra mayo or any extra sauce. A lot of the time I get the exact opposite. I get very little sauce or a small dollop of it. The burger is sometimes cold and the fries can be either hard or soggy. Occasionally I get a good combo with no problems. However, that is only during the midnight shifts. I used to work fast food and know it can be busy and understand the stresses of being busy. But when it comes to food you have to make it right. Learn from the mistakes and improve. I have said a few times make sure to put extra mayo but it seems my clarifications are tossed out the window. In the end i have to ask for mayo packets just in case the burger has no sauce. Which is honestly 70% of the time. I don't ask much, but sauce, hot and fresh food like most people. Though i won't get mad over some sauce, however, it is the principle of asking for something, paying, not getting it and repeat. It becomes irritating. As far as the kitchen goes, i hope that you improve and though the job can be rough, it is a job at the end of the day. Though the customer is not always right 100% of the time, just make sure the food is good enough for them not to come back. Make sure all items are in the bag and double check during expediting and before hading it out in drive thru. I hope to see the service improve so my S/O and I can enjoy the establishment once again. read more

I've been to many states and by far this is the best McDonald's I've been too. We had a really large order and got our order less than 5 minutes. There were some mistake to our order but the crew quickly fixed it without hesitation. read more

Went through the drive thru today with my friend to order 2 large fries. That's it. When we went up to the pick up window we waited 2 minutes before they told us to wait up ahead so they can bring our order out to us. We complied but were confused as to why they were taking so long with JUST fries. We waited almost 10 minutes before someone finally came out w/ our order. 10 MINUTES. The people behind us were getting their orders out right as they pulled up to the window unlike us. Then when we asked for some sauce the lady gave my friend so much attitude for no reason. WE should have been the ones giving her attitude for making us wait so long for literally only 2 things. On top of all that we ended up having to pay 10 cents for each sauce... never coming here again. Worst customer service and that's coming from someone who tends to go to the McDonald's in Green Valley Ranch where they are WAYYY busier than this one. read more

It would be difficult to get a McDonald's five stars but this one is really a good one. I am hooked on McDonald's iced tea so I frequent them often because for $.99 in that cup as large as you can get that as a screaming deal. This one has a very efficient service very quick and when you go inside extremely clean. Everyone is always very friendly and although I use the drive-through mostly it's very fast. read more

It's an okay place for a McDs. We have been to the play land twice and my almost two year old loves it.

One of the best McDonald's in town! The staff cares about you and is always willing to help in any way they can. They even started bringing your food to the table if you are dining in. Stopped here with a friend. The staff is very nice and attentive. The restaurant is super clean and well kept. Facilities are also spotless.

garbage, 24 hr drive thru my ass. wasted my time driving all the way to this mcdonalds to read a poorly typed paper that said "sorry for the inconvenience, we are closed from 1:30am to 5:00am" who closes for 4.5 hrs ? i then proceeded to wait til 5:02 and still no one . never seen this before read more

Drive through late night: quarter ponder and fries are cold. Had to drive back through for a drink that did not get ordered.

Pretty good. I usually have a good experience here. Although they always forget straws, fries or an entire meal. It's so frustrating

I called to ask the manager for the price to purchase more than 100 burgers (for an event) and the manager was rude and kept hanging up on me, not even trying to listen to what I was saying as a potential paying customer. read more

My girlfriend and I had a disappointing experience with the food from this location about four days ago. Less than a week later and another awful experience at this McDonalds. Not only have I still not heard from their franchise owner in response to the last bit of feedback I gave them...but the food we received from this restaurant tonight was practically inedible. Stale buns on the cheeseburgers and a hockey puck masquerading as an English muffin on the sausage McMuffin. In the event that this is not common knowledge-the bun on a cheeseburger is NOT supposed to crunch. This has gone beyond an irritation and inconvenience and strayed directly into absolutely unacceptable food service. We will be finding another fast food restaurant to frequent because it's becoming clear that this particular McDonalds does not care about the level of service they provide, the quality of the food they serve or the guests that rely on them to provide any of the above. Please deliver this message to the management team at this location in the hopes that another guest doesnt suffer the same unrelenting disappointment that my girlfriend and I have the last two times we have given this location our patronage. read more

Ok, it's McDonalds. Not delicious nor healthy, but I've got to hand it to this one. This is the cleanest McDonalds I've ever been in. The kids play area is always neat and doesn't smell of urine and vomit like other ones. The women's restroom changing table actually has the disposable liners. I have 3 kids and I have NEVER seen a changing table with the liners. Keep it up. read more

I'm tired of walking into this McDonald's to see four employees standing by the drive through and then waiting to be served. They don't even have the courtesy to say "we'll be right with you" or "sorry about that wait". Every fast food place favors the drive through but this McDonald's makes it painfully clear that lobby customers are worth less. They don't try to hide it. Furthermore if you're taking my money please provide a quantum of customer service. Don't make me wait and then make it clear that you don't care. And lastly, if you feel that the above is asking too much of a McDonald's, please get the order right. Surely I can expect that right? I asked you kindly not to over salt my fries and as always you ignored me. You guys were pretty on the ball about charging me though. I just want to say thank you to the manager Ellie who was working on Saturday, May 7th 2016. My little girl was having her 6th birthday party at the park on this day, and about an hour before the party, it starting pouring down rain and lighting. Desperately, I called McDonald's to see if they would allow me to move my daughters party to the playroom. Ellie was so nice and understanding, and even let me bring in outside food!! She had the room cleaned and reserved for us, and I couldn't have been any happier with the setup. We did end up ordering food from here, which was much easier than cooking and bringing in the food we had planned for the party. We tried to get brooms and garbage cans to clean up after ourselves, but they told us not to worry about it and they would take care of it. They made sure we had everything we needed to make the party successful. We live super close to this location, and it is really convenient on "fend for yourself" night. Never had any issues with our orders, or the quality of the food. Thank you McDonald's for being so awesome, and thank you to the employees who helped make our day so wonderful! read more

don't go thru the drive thru you will get screwed. this the second time that I have ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese and have gotten a single, the fries were limp and soggy. it is convenient to go here but I will never go back. service is good staff is nice food sucks if you get the right one read more
