They really do have amazing, top tier chocolate milk. Well to start off, the service was horrible. I hand the girl on register the dollar bills and then was trying to give her coins, and she blatantly ignored me. And then I get my chocolate milks, and they are a different shape??? But I tried to be optimistic and look past the redesign. I opened up my chocolate milk, expecting a nice chocolaty drink, and what do I get? CHOCOLATE WATER. If I wanted chocolate water, I would've put some water and chocolate syrup in a cup myself. Moral of the story. Don't go here. This was after I asked the lady who handed me my food if the order was correct and she said "yes". Unfortunately my local McDonald's has decided to cut payroll to the point that there are no cashiers. Everyone that walks in is directed to a kiosk to order and pay. If you insist on a cashier, you wait until someone can leave the drive thru to come help you. Even after ordering, the wait for your food is amazingly long. I read the other reviews, and had to see it to believe it. Now I believe it. I visited on a Friday morning during the breakfast rush. I watched the line in the lobby get longer and longer with nobody working to speed things up. I figured I would try again this morning on a Saturday morning. Their shake machine never works (or I always conveniently show up when it's "being cleaned"). the French fries containers are ALWAYS only half filled. And they almost always forget to put the sauces in the bag. My experience today will be my last at this location... Ordered nuggets in a very crowded drive thru. Was asked what sauce I wanted. Told them Sweet and Sour. "Ok, drive around." I'm handed my bag as I ask the employee "are you sure the SWEET AND SOUR sauce is in there?" She says yes without hesitation or looking in the bag. I pull around into a parking spot, as I do not believe her. No sauce in the bag. Shocker. I go back through the drive thru. I ask for the sauce that wasn't there. She says," oh, we're out of sweet and sour." Apparently no one could tell me this the first time I came thru OR at the pickup window where the liar/lazy employee was. Here's the best part of this whole story. I asked the lady on the speaker, "well, what sauces do you have?" to which I'm told "everything except sweet n sour." So I order ranch and buffalo.
