Occurred July 19th at 11:00 pm. Im not the person to write reviews but clearly this situation irked me so much i had to. Since the moment i pulled into the drive thru the person taking my order was busy laughing with others the entire time. After yelling my order i pulled forward paid cash got no receipt... they gave us our drinks and made us pull forward we waited 15 minutes for a basket of fries and a kids meal , mind you there was nobody in line we reversed and they asked "what was your order" after telling them our order 5 minutes later they told us to pull forward again because they had just put our fries to cook... Employee laying on couch right inside door on her phone on speaker the entire meal. Those wraps that are so wonderful that they brought them back had 1 piece of chicken that didn't even cover the length of the tortilla. Went to counter to get refill, 4 employees walked by us without acknowledging us or even looking at us. I will NEVER walk into this store again. The store was clean, that's the only thing about it. Over $ 20 for 2 wrap meal, 4 pc chicken tenders and a water. No. I'll go somewhere else where the employees actually appreciate that we are spending our hard earned money to eat. I've already used the link to leave this same review. I don't want free food. I will not walk in a McDonalds ever again. If Mr Burns (of Simpson's fame) owned a franchise, it would be this place. This McDonalds seems to be a location hardened against disaster as it had power and internet during the hurricane. I went there to do some office work and have some food. I was told I had 30 minutes to eat my meal which I thought was a little brisk. They have a laptop bar so I sat there so as not to take up too much space. What I'm annoyed by is that I was pestered every 40ish minutes. I used my McDonalds points to buy coffees and snacks. I kept that up for the day I was there and had 3 meals there and ordered takeout to my family. What I didn't like is: - I was targeted more than other patrons to "keep the orders coming" which I thought was unfair (other patrons commented on this as well thinking that was odd) - no one working there seemed to give a care that I held up my end of the bargain, so it was very transactional. - Although I order table service, they *never* brought it to the table. They didn't hold up their end of the bargain. The parting words were when I ordered a sack of takeout for my family was, "no you have thirty minutes to eat that." I had to yell at the speaker because the worker couldn't hear anything being said even though was speaking in a very loud tone already. paid 75 cents for ranch and they didn't put any ranch in the bag. my burgers also came poorly wrapped and were completely messed up like they didn't care at all. terrible service, don't recommend this mcdonald's location at all. read more

I have to ask for things at the box, the 1st window, AND the 2nd window, and if they ask me to pull up- I am not going to get ketchup, or extra butter, or napkins. They do not care, or read. I watched three customers in the drive-through ahead of me give their orders back because it was not only wrong but thrown together one of them was missing a bun. Horrible! I went at 3:00 a.m. on 2/20/22 to get breakfast and waited in drive thru for over 45 minutes and they still got my order wrong. The manager (pictured) was too busy playing on her phone to care. Several people who were in line behind me drove off. The guy ahead of me had to honk several times just to get her to come to the window. When I finally pulled up to the window the manager asked me to repeat my order. It had been so long I guess she forgot. I did then she went to the register and slowly entered it. She would press a bottom then send a text. Button then text. Button then text. It seemed like she would forget she was working then look up from her phone and remember then hit another button. I said nothing and she came back to the window to confirm my order for the third time. She said that her system had gone down and that they were just cooking breakfast but she told the guy ahead of me that she had to count the money in her drawer. They're a 24 hour McD's so I don't believe that at 3am they had no breakfast prepared. It's not like they had to heat up the grill. I understand that systems go down or you have to count your till but, having worked for McD's myself in the past, I know that none of these things take 45 minutes. Maybe the system being down but you either close the store or you make it work. Given how she was so busy on her phone and the orders that were just sitting there, wasted, from other people who'd left, I don't think the system was down anyway. There's no reason it should ever take that long to make a mcgriddle, a sausage biscuit and two hash browns. Once she gave me my food I checked my bag only to realize she'd not given me my sausage biscuit. I got out and knocked on the window to get her attention. She was playing on her phone while leaning against the counter. I told her she forgot my sausage biscuit and she said "oh I didn't charge you for that so you'll have to pay." She still jacked up my order after having me repeat it three times. I wasn't up for waiting another hour so I told her I'd already been in the drive thru for 45 minutes and that there's no reason I should've been there that long. They weren't busy. Only two customers were served. I told her it was ridiculous and started to drive away when she said something rude. I'll never go to this place again. I could've gone to the 336 McD's and back home twice in the time it took to get food here. I hope the owners read their reviews. Your manager cost you several customers just in the time I was there. With the loss of business and all the food I'm sure was thrown away, this manager is just throwing your money away. read more

I mean holy cow at night time the drive thru is absolutely ridiculous and takes ungodly long. It took me well over 30 minutes just to place my order and an additional 15 minutes to pay and receive my food. What the hell is going on in there?! I saw so many vehicles pull right next door to Burger King and that's lost revenue for McDonald's. The amount of cars that went next door in the time I sat there would be well over a few hundred dollars lost in hour. What is the staff doing? Why are they taking SOO long. It's baffling how slow it is. Someone needs to come and fix this problem because there is no excuse. People are driving to your competition!!! You're losing money!!!! This McDonald's might be the worst I've ever been too, I want to like them cause I live here now but I cant. They constantly forget to put all the food in the bag or mess up the items they do give you. Visited tonight and sat in the drive-thu for 30 minutes without them taking a single order for at least 15 minutes and after ordering sat there for another 15 minutes to try to make it to the payment window before leaving. I hate this McDonald's. They are slow. I ,would and will, rather drive out of my way to go to another one even though this one is .5 miles from my house!!! When it takes 17 mints for 4 small frappes!!! And I get the last of the coffee pot and the of course the managers friend get fresh! While I was waiting for my 17 minutes frappes I heard they had fresh coffee and I asked if I could get fresh coffee I was told my coffee was fresh instead of "of course ma'am ". Poor attitude, poor service by far the worst McDonalds in Conroe area. I went through their drive thru the person who spoke sounded aggravated and short with me, I decided to ignore the attitude thought maybe that person is just tired and ordered 2 large drinks 2 large fries and a 20 piece chicken nugget asked for ketchup and a mcdouble plain and dry. They did not repeat my order back, just told me the price . The first window the employee opened the window and told me the price didnt bother to repeat it, I had to ask the employee to repeat my order to me the employee looked annoyed but repeated my order back to me, I payed and proceeded to the next window were was again not greeted and hurriedly given my drinks and food I checked my bag what a surprise no ketchup, had to get the employee attention through window, to get ketchup I had already asked for. It's McDonald's, what do you expect? Bad food, bad service, grumpy employees and mostly rude customers. The last time I went there, they messed up my drive thru order. When I got home and realized it, I called and was told that they would put me on a list so I could pick up the missing food the next day since I live 20 miles away and wasn't going to drive back. The next day I got there and was told that there is no list and no one would have told me that. I was then accused of lying to get free stuff. I emailed corporate about it, and they sent a coupon for the meal that I was missing. When my wife used the coupon, they screwed that order up too. There are too many other places in town to get mediocre food for a cheap price. No need to put up with the hassle. read more
