This Chick-fil-A. has the best customer service of any fast food restaurant I have frequented. The employees all greet customers when they enter. Many times there is a manager holding the door open for entering. The food is brought to your table quickly even when the place is crowded. The employees keep the floors and tables clean. Managers and staff walk around the dining room and talk to customers to ask if anything is needed. They aim to please their clientele. My favorites are the market salad and the peach milk shakes. This isn't the closest CFA to us but it had the coolest 3 level place that my kids would BEG me to take them to. Once upon a time many, many years ago, this Chick-Fil-A was THE lunch destination of choice by yours truly. I was working up in this area for a few months and there weren't that many good, quick lunch places around (excluding Culver's btw). Many years later, I only swing by this Chick-Fil-A for a quick bite before I go to the Cythia Wood Mitchell Pavilion for a concert and the service is still as awesome as before. The staff, although I'm sure are not the same people from years ago, are still as friendly and as polite as can be, just like your typical Chick-Fil-A. I can't say anything about the drive through experience because I always dine in or take out but I'm never disappointed with service at this location. The food is obviously your typical Chick-Fil-A offering. Delicious chicken sandwiches or chicken nuggets. Or salad and milkshake if you like, but food never disappoints. This CFA is also a bit more crowded than your typical CFA but fret not! The lines move quickly and you never have to wait more than a couple of minutes to place your order. Will definitely be back if I'm in the area for a concert or something. read more

The location of this place is really hard to find, but hey you in the Woodlands and the store is not visible from the street only the sign, something has to do with the city ordinance, buy that is beyond my foodie skills. The place is easy to get to from the street, but the parking can be a major pain in the rear. You go to Chick-fil-A for their famous customer service, and this place did not disappointed. Staff is friendly and very helpful. My chicken nuggets and fries were warm and hit the spot. I got their ice cream for dessert and it taste great and less filling... Oops got carry away for a minute. The drive through line however is long and busy. But the food and services make it bearable. This place has everything chick-fil-A stands for in a good ways. This is the most disorganized Chick-Fil-A I've been to! I went through the drive-thru and the staff were taking orders using iPads. I'm not sure why they don't follow the order of the cars in line. After we placed our order, the employee went to the car in front of us to take their order. Shouldn't they come first? Now we're stuck in line. There are two lanes and it merges as you come to the pick up window. However, the staff do not communicate among each other. This is my third time coming to this location if I'm gonna be spending close to $30 each visit I'll take my business elsewhere. I've never been to a location where i had to triple check if my order was correct before driving off. I'm always missing either a sandwich or fries every visit and only come here cause it's the closest to my house. I will definitely make the drive for better service where they don't forget my food. This review is not based upon the food. Seriously, you're not reading this review trying to figure out if you are going to eat here. It's Chick-Fil-A! If you've never eaten at Chick-Fil-A, you need to get out more. This three-star review is based solely on the total nightmare of trying to get into their parking lot. The proximity of this location is easy to get to from the surrounding area. However, actually getting in can be a royal pain the rear end if you are trying to do so during a peak meal time. The long line of the drive thru often ( I really mean all the time) spill out onto the main driving lane of the surrounding parking area for other businesses. i rarely go through the drive-thru simply because it is a total nightmare. I find it much easier to park and walk in although on many occasions, the line inside is just as long as the drive-thru line. They do have an inside Hamster Habitrail for the kiddos which can get quite loud when all of the stay at home moms converge for playtime/lunch. I rarely eat inside due to the noise level. And before you think I hate kids, I don't. I have kids. It's just that they are in college and I'm at a stage in life where I don't want to hang out in restaurants where other people's kids are screaming at full volume. Bottom line: The food is Chick-Fil-A quality. I like it. Simply park across the street and walk over. It will save you the aggravation of dealing with the nightmarish drive-thru. read more

I was having a really long day at work being over worked and under appreciated, so I decided to go to Chick-Fil-A for my break cause I had been craving it for a while and I knew the service wouldn't miss, and regardless of how late it was, Isabel greeted with me with a big beautiful smile and was happy to place my order. In less than 5 minutes my food came out and even though I was in the middle of a call she made sure I was okay with everything and taken care of which I really appreciated.
