A quick jump off I-5 for your road trip fix. It's McDonald's! Ordered with the app in-store for counter pickup, but delivery was slow. I suspect that they prioritize drive-through at that location, since it is off the highway. Or maybe I just hit an understaffed day. The self serve soda fountain is permanently shut down, so you need to ask for refills. It's a shame, since it was a freestyle machine! I guess the highway location led to too much abuse? The seating area is clean and well kept. A perfectly fine roadside McDonalds, but probably optimized for drive-through. It's within expectations, but there are better run McDonald's locations. read more

My french fries were cold and so was the quarter pounder that I ordered and I did not order a deluxe quarter pounder I just wanted a regular quarter pounder with cheese and then it came with all the other crap on it that I don't eat that I can't eat I am very very upset I don't do this very often to go to McDonald's or any place because I'm living an unlimited income and then it was $10 more than what the service said i cant imagine paying 19.98 fir a friggin burger! I give you guys a big fat zero for cleanliness along with lack of common sense. You don't bend over right in front of a customer while the floor is wet! I purposely cleaned my own table first as they were disgusting. I only got half of it cleaned. She slammed my tray down on the dirty part I said well, God damn- you need to clean this place! Atmosphere - A recently updated McDonald's, very modern vibe. Food Drinks - A mocha. It was served with the lid on the cup. I had chocolate sauce down the side of the cup. I went to take a sip and got nothing. So I took the lid off to find the coffee topped with whip cream and chocolate sauce. Breakfast - My usual at McDonald's, two sausage egg mcmuffins. The breakfast sandwiches were done right. Not burnt and the sandwiches looked like sandwiches when I took them out of their wrappers. Service - It was fine until my wife tried to get a refill on her coffee, two individuals looked at her and ignored her. Future - Sure. read more

The manager here is extremely rude to her customers and coworkers. I simply asked if my order was ready and she was nasty with me- "I can assure you everyone else here has been waiting longer than you". I was very nice when I asked... Then while I was waiting, one of her coworkers left work because she was being rude to her as well. Will not be back. This lady should not be in customer service and should not be allowed to treat people like that. read more

Let me tell you something. If I knew what great service was, I completely forgot the norm after visiting this mcdonalds. Fast friendly cashier who knew her stuff. Casually joking with me to make me comfortable. Whoa. The atmosphere was truly beautiful. A abstract take on industrial modern perhaps? Whatever it was, loved it. And now for the food, heavens divine on everything fine, it was marvelous. And for only 3.64 for a medium milkshake? Who could resist! The sweet chocolate taste (oh yes) the succulent cherry on top (oh lord) and the thick cream of it all cooling my taste buds and slimming down my throats while taking me on a trip to see Jesus himself HALLELUJAH. Gotta calm myself. I WILL be going back to this McDonalds until my heart stops from their delicious burger, French fry, savory milkshake treats. 7/10 would probably recommend if it was brought up in conversation, but not directly talked about? Seriously....WTF. Went in to grab fries for girlfriend that had JUST RAN The Wineglass marathon. All she wanted was fries and a drink; ordered the food while she sat in the car waiting. I would've gone through the drive through but there were only 2 people inside and it looked quicker. My receipt said 3:54 pm on it at the time...10 (insert F-Bombs) minutes later still I had no fries and drink?!? They were filling orders from the drive through like a NASCAR crew; but ignored everyone at the counter that had already ordered. Never again will I spend money at this F'ing franchise. Slammed my receipt down and walked out...Would've stayed for the damn fries but we had to get back immediately to Syracuse to get our dog from the kennel. Didn't want to risk it. Around 9:30 tonight i ordered 3 McChicken sandwiches and a medium coke at your drive thru. i was handed the coke but was asked to move to the parking spot to wait my order. I waited and eventually went in and on the counter was a bag with my sandwiches and not one person was attempting to deliver them to my car. In fact no one knew who the sandwiches belonged to when I came in. I have to be honest I was upset and told them so. They said my sandwiches just came up but they were sitting there all the time I was approaching the counter so I am afraid that wasn't true. A female who I assume was suppose to deliver my purchase to my car was more worried about an ice cream cone dripping then going out in the rain to make sure I got my order while it was still hot. There wasn't one customer inside to be waited on not one so there was no excuse for not completing this sale. I was disappointed that not one person felt the need to apologize to me.
