So the first couple of times I went there, no big issues. Although I hate that McDonald's is the ONLY Fast food restaurant that will charge you if you order a little extra something on your burger. It's not as if I asked for extra meat or cheese. I asked for extra sauce, so for this they charge .30. ALL McDonald's charge for it, between .20-.30 the problem is 90% of the time they take your money and don't give you what you asked for. That what really ticks me off. If you have the nerve to charge me more for it, you better do it. So I went there recently (Drive-Thru) and ordered the Big Mac (Extra sauce),,,pay and drive off. I get down the street and notice there is plenty of sauce, but no meat. That's right NO MEAT. So I drive back and the manager is very apologetic makes me a new burger (no extra sauce) and cut my loses and leave. Two days later I return (drive thru) order the Big Mac (extra sauce) and a cheeseburger for my little niece. We drive off....my Big mac ..no extra sauce and her cheeseburger???? Her cheeseburger is a plain fried chicken filet on a dry bun. It was truly disgusting. Unfortunately we were already on the freeway so we just split my burger. I think twice in three days to completely screw up the same persons order is truly unacceptable and I cannot imagine how many returned orders and ticked off customers they must get. I will not go back to this location. They are obviously not paying attention to what they are doing and just for the record, this is not the order takers problem. They get it right. I really wish I looked at the reviews before going here. It really deserves the star rating its at. I'm so upset!!!! I went in today and ordered a Travis Scott meal for my 14 year old son. He was so adamant and excited about trying it. I went in to order instead of waiting in the long drive-thru line. Got the food and went home. As soon as we got home my son shows me what is NOT a Travis Scott burger. It was an old burger that had been sitting on the counter for God knows how long. The edges of the bun was hard, the meat was old! The cheese was stuck hard to the bun! Just watching him try to peel the bun from the meat was pitiful. Everything about it was disgusting. I'm glad my son is not that type of person and stopped me from really acting the fool, clearly he was disappointed himself. Get y'all shit together for real! Is it that difficult to add hot water to their oatmeal? I would buy my oatmeal every morning but they seem to always take a long time to prepare it. People behind me would get their orders before I would AND ALL I WANTED WAS OATMEAL...!!! Really? So now I go down the street to a Starbucks. I may pay a $1 more but they serve me right away and without excuses or having me wait on the side for hot water to be added. It's almost stupidly funny...! This will be the last time I go to this McDonald's. I just went through (about 7:30 pm) I ordered a number 9 medium meal, a McRib medium meal, a single cheeseburger and a 4 piece nugget happy meal. They said the nuggets were being made and had us pull forward, no big deal. However when they bring our food out it's missing one of the medium fries. Again no biggie it was busy. Throw my mask on and head inside wait my turn let them know what my order was and say just missing a medium fry the one girl looks and me then walks over to get a medium fry passes by I'm assuming her manager, who she tells she is getting a fry I was missing and the manager responds loud enough for me to hear "next time ask for a receipt because they didn't order fries." Well when she came back over I again repeated what our order was because it's not like I'm trying to scam a stupid medium fry that's insulting and she was the SAME girl who brought my order out to the car so she shop have seen we had one order of fries. She then gives attitude and says well then can I see your receipt then. I said yup sure put the bag she had just handed me BACK on the counter and walked out to the car to grab my receipt. Bring it back in along with my ENTIRE ORDER, receipt CLEARLY SHOWS 2 meals and they just looked at me and I said it was only missing a fry, and she whipped back with well it's in this bag. I said yes and I appreciate that I just hear what your manager said that we didn't order fries and to check our receipt and I wanted to show I wasn't trying to scam a dang medium fry like come on and they just stared at me after I said that so I walked out upset with my food. Poor service and presentation of workers. Always give an attitude, never willing to help out a customer when an issue arrives, and takes 7 days and 7 nights to get the food. The reason why it takes so long is because I constantly see employees standing around talking and doing nothing, including managers. One last thing, I went to order a McFlurry, and they told me their machine was broke (surprise surprise), but I saw the employees making themselves McFlurry's right in front of me with the machine. This is probably my least favorite McDonald's they are understaffed always takes about 20 minutes for me to get my food when I go inside and they're always training somebody who doesn't speak English who can't take Direction and that takes more time away from the customers as they try to work with them. I understand that everybody needs a job but in the job of service you should know how to communicate and understand directions clearly. Very happy. I went here earlier today for breakfast, after finding out that my morning class was cancelled. I made the right choice. Bummed that they no longer have the white chocolate mocha's but their hot chocolates are just as good. The hash browns tasted fresh and were hot like they came straight from the fryer. My hot cakes were also really fresh and warm. The sausage mcmuffins were nice and hot, and they tasted fresh. I think McDonald's is trying to clean up its act. This place is very clean and well stocked, even during the morning rush. Some employees were a little slow, but it was busy. I have not been to McDonald's in years, so I am pleasantly surprised. Also I noticed at this location how diligent the employees were about hand washing (I watched them wash their hands between bagging orders, handling money and making drinks). Nothing grosses me out more than dirty hands handling my food, and I'm glad that this particular crew seemed clean and busy but took the time to do things right. read more

There is a reason that this owner has a 1 star average. Today my wife and I visited this location and waited close to 30 minutes to get our meal. They had just one register open and the place was packed. When we got out two breakfast sandwiches one was missing the ham slice and the other was missing the egg. I called to talk to manager and she coped and attitude with me and proclaimed it was my fault the order was wrong when I simply wanted to know what I could do to correct the situation. When ordering the speaker was no where near the menu so I had to order my food from memory. This location is inconsistent with their products. Purchased apple pies and they were old. The sticker said; "enjoy by 6:20pm." Went through the drive through, no one in line which is a shocker. Girl taking my order couldn't pay attention and kept saying the wrong order! We pull up to pay and ask if the whole meal was large, the young man says yes then comes back with " did you want the drink large as well?" That's what I just asked!! As I get my meal I check it and the big Mac was just thrown together, missing the cheese and the dr.pepper tasted horrible. And they want $15hr?! some guy dropped my bag of fries as he was handing it to me in the drive thru. walks away with an attitude and doesnt even ask another employee for a fry to replace it. i had to call over another employee and tell them that he dropped my fry and just walked away without saying a thing and shaking his head. id understand the frustration if it was a big order of food dropped, but A FRY????? just say sorry and replace it. read more

They got my order right going through drive-thru and was quick, but my food tasted like it was sitting under a heat lamp for several hours! The hash brown and egg mcmuffin was hard. This is a regular McDonalds. Their drive thru is usually pretty quick. Today I ordered a cheeseburger, drink and small fry. When I drove up to the window the lady wearing a blue shirt (all others were wearing red) looked at me without a smile and said diet? I said yes and she passed over my diet coke. No pleasantries like hello, welcome, how are you.... Nothing except "diet". Then she grabbed my little bag and passed it through the window and said here you go. Again no smile. No thank you for coming. I looked in my bag and noticed there was no ketchup. I asked, may I please have some ketchup? She looked annoyed and said here. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what but really a few pleasantries and a thank you goes a long way. Especially if you are a leader in a store. It's all about the customer experience and in this case McDonalds did not deliver. read more

Poor customer service. I went through the line at 10:25am the girl named Selena on the intercom told me that they weren't serving lunch yet for another 5 minutes. So I pulled through and after 8 minutes of waiting in the parking lot I went through the line again this time it was 10:33 she told me "we can be ready at 10:30 but we aren't" so I pulled through again and waited till 10:45, 15 minutes after the time they are supposed to be selling lunch!
