I placed my order at the kiosk. I literally followed all the steps. I touched the buttons. I confirmed the items. And yet, somehow, I still received the wrong food. Oh, absolutely not. I did not wake up early, put on real pants, and drive to McDonald's just to be disrespected like this. First of all, where is my hash brown? That is my crispy, golden, crunchy little joy, and you forgot it? Secondly--and this is the part that really sends me--my husband, who is pre-diabetic, ordered a plain iced coffee. So why, in the name of Cher, is it swimming in caramel? Do I need to start singing show tunes in the drive-thru for you to take me seriously? We're two married men trying to live our best, moderately glycemic lives, and you're out here setting us up for disaster at 7AM. The caramel wasn't a splash; it was a full-on drag performance. Waited more then five minutes being the only person at the counter for someone to walk over and take my order because the kiosks to do it myself were not on. When someone finally came to take my order they were rude and talked to me like i was wasting their time and I was there in the morning not like it was closing time! I then waited 20 MINUTES for my food because they were to busy fighting with another customer because they over charged them for his food but refused to refund him the money because it was to much to refund and said he would have to contact corporate to get his money back. After he and the manager felt with the cops, she came back in and all the employees were trash talking the customer. I used to live in McDonald's. I would always get grilled chicken sandwiches and get a grilled chicken patty for my puppy. Since covid, they have had absolutely no ability to do a grilled chicken. I don't understand why they can do a fried chicken sandwich but they can't do a grilled chicken sandwich. This is true of every McDonald's. Walk into the Crawfordville McD's lobby around 8:30pm to order food for my kids and while there are other patrons in the restaurant the employees are BLARING music with lyrics and I quote "are we going to f@&$ or what". The manager walks in, hears the loud, inappropriate music and doesn't say a word. I get home with my kids happy meals and the main course of the food, nuggets, aren't even in the boxes. so now I drive all the way back to get what I paid for. do better! geez! Please don't ask $20 an hour with less than minimum wage behavior. read more

online it says that this location closes at 12am, a few other cars and I were in line for about 5-10 minutes waiting in line around 10pm and no one was taking orders, but all the lights were on and you could see the "workers" clearly just standing around waiting to get off shift but getting paid to not do their jobs. I don't recommend going to this location, even when the "workers" are doing their "work" they're usually rude and most of the time will forget something for your order. read more

This McDonald's is by far the worst I've ever been to. I arrived about 1:45pm and stood at the counter waiting for someone, anyone to acknowledge me for quite awhile (Even after someone said, "customers at the counter") When we finally got our order in and our food finally came out we sat down at the only clean table available and a lady came up saying, lobby closes at 2 pm. We would've been done with our meal and out the door by then if the would've served us when we came in. Burger was burnt, the place was filthy, even had breakfast items still on the dirty tables....won't be coming back. read more

Ughhhh- I'm not a huge McD's fan but sometimes you just NEED a cheeseburger and fries or a Fish Sandwich! The food is "ok". And I'm all about McDonalds fries!! Unfortunately this location is so nasty! I've been there several times and every single time I am disappointed. The drink station is downright scary. Soda spilled everywhere and instead of cleaning it up - they drop a wet floor cone. You would think they'd have more time to pay attention to these things since they've installed the self-"service" ordering. Maybe one day they will hire a manager who is on the ball. read more

We ordered at kiosks. Food was correct. Service staff was eating behind the counter. Fussing and yelling between staff about work, food to be made, who would take an order out to a parked car, orders that were incorrect. 4 people came in to get food due to being parked so long. Aside from the extremely long wait even though there were not many cars, when I finally got to the window to pick up my food the lady was extremely rude I could tell she didnt like her job. I'd like to preface this with the fact that I work in fast food myself, and understand the stresses and struggles that come with these sorts of jobs. However, no matter what, there is no excuse for customers to consistently be treated so poorly. The customer service is horrible, and that's based on already low standards. It's almost as if the people taking orders go the extra mile to make your experience miserable. I would be ashamed to talk to a customer the way they've talked to me and the people taking orders before me, every time I've been in there. The wait times are always astronomical, even when it's not busy, the customer service is horrible, and when they get an order wrong, they usually refuse to correct it. Mistakes happen frequently in fast food, but I'd at least like to see them try to be corrected. This McDonald's needs to be shut down. The owner is racist and so is Shareeka the and your darkness determines how hard you have to work. I've seen one young man bust his ass in the back trying to keep up while others crew members talk and joke in the lobby. He had to leave his station and come out to the lobby to get help. They lock the lobby doors before 7 pm so they don't have to clean the lobby or deal with angry customers. They have also been serving expired milk shake mix to customers. If they tell you the shake machine or frappe machine is down it's because they don't want to clean it later. The management does illegal drugs while at work and allow underage crew to use drugs while they are working. The final straw was tonight I went through to get 2 fries,a 10 piece and two drinks. When we pulled in we were the only car in line. We sat and waited for 15 minutes before our food came. When it did arrive all of it was cold. I gave the food back and asked for fresh fries. Instead of making us fresh fries they put our old cold fries back into the frier and re cooked them. When I tried to go in to ask why we didn't receive fresh fries the door was locked and nobody would come and speak with me at the door. I used the kiosk each time successfully and received a printed receipt from the kiosk for each purchase. Ordered a Mcflurry today and it was given to me, and I drove off. When I started eating it, I noticed a piece was broken off the plastic top/lid thing. I hoped it was not in the Mcflurry, but lo and behold, it was, and it was sharp. I'm lucky that I noticed it in my mouth and took it out, otherwise I would have had to visit a hospital.
