This place is always busy and the drive thru always takes so long to get through but, I won't rate them on that because they can help that McDonalds is loved by so many. That thing that works the drive theu at night is the rudest person ever. She is borderline scary with her attitude. The other noght after ordering I just drove off she was so short and rude. They need to do something about her. read more

The outer drive thru lane doesn't pick up on all vehicles so sometimes you'll be stuck there while 10-20 cars pass ahead of you until you're pissed enough to drive around and wait even longer to place your order. They do not make their McCafé drinks to standard with the whipped cream and drizzle on it it just gets coffee and syrup and a lid slapped on it so dont expect what you pay for it'll be sub par, always. Also the adolescent employees shouting profanity to their friends in the parking lot are a nice addition. read more

So let me start off by saying that I ordered the bogo meal deal and when I got home and opened my box for my burger it was the worst looking burger I had ever seen in my life it looked like it had been either dropped , stepped on, or smashed while putting together the burger. On top of that my cheese wasn't melted and I had took only one bite and I can only describe the burger as the most dried out burger I have ever tasted and the worst part it was also the coldest burger I have ever gotten from a McDonald's and I would take it back but their closing up now and I wouldn't make it in time. Also I believe that the employees should be ashamed and embarrassed of themselves to allow this to happen and that they should take pride in their job by not allowing such a pitiful looking burger to leave their building let alone make it on a bun. Also I hope no other customers will ever have to experience or see a burger like the burger I saw tonight and I wish all employees would just stop and take a minute to think about how if it were them would they want to eat a burger like that cause I can guarantee you they wouldn't so then why if they wouldn't want a burger like I got would you turn around and serve it to the customer. If I could give no stars I would. It's simple, if you don't want to work there than quit and go find something else but to constantly miss entire orders is lazy and insulting to the customers that provide your business. Literally slowest McDonald's ever. If you go anytime between 11 an and 2:00 pm expect to spend about 15-20 minutes in the drive thru line. They also don't greet you on the speaker, just blurt out "what do you want" or "what can I get you". Fries are almost always cold and/or old and not fresh. Also as of last week you have to pay for bbq sauce... I was charged 27 cents for two bbq sauces. Really McDonald's? Times are so hard we're charging for sauces? read more

I am a McDonald's employee and they refused to give me my discount. I politely asked for a manager and they pulled me forward to wait for my food. This is by far the worst customer service ever. Sad thing is I have gotten my employee discount here before with no code or anything I told them what store I worked at and got it with no problem. There was a hair in my daughters egg Mcmuffin. They treated her like she had put it in there! Acted like they didnt believe her. All the manager said was "Hmm, we'll get you another one". Took them 15m to make it!! No apologies, no offer of giving her money back!! Just because shes young they think they can treat her with no respect.
