We came in around 1 p.m. on Thursday June 11th. We ordered and the food came fast BUT the burgers were not hot and the fries were cold and nasty. I took the fries back and they gave us some that were a little bit warmer. The dining room had about 5 other people, so not busy. The dining room tables were dirty and counter by the soda machine had soda spills on it. The staff was very polite so that is why I gave it 2 stars. Would not recommend. read more

This is by far the slowest service restaurant I've ever been to. The girls working were dancing playing on their phones laughing while I set at the pickup window for 5 minutes. One worker opened the window and said we're waiting for fries. It takes 3 minutes to drive home and the fries were cold. I will never go there again. Burger King will be my burger go to from now on. read more

The service here is consistently poor, and at this point it reflects a management failure. When mistakes keep happening and nothing changes, it indicates a lack of training, supervision, and accountability. It also gives the impression that customer feedback is either ignored or not taken seriously. Wendy's use to be one of my favorite restaurants to go. However, that's no longer true with personal service unsatisfactory and the food they serve even worse. My bacon breakfast sandwich had approximately 10 little bacon bits in the center of the sandwich and the bread was stale. I'm never eating there again since it's completely gone downhill and they suck now. read more

This Wendy's is ALWAYS super slow. There hasn't been a time that I've come here and the wait was below 15 minutes for my food; regardless of if there was 1 or 10 cars ahead of me. I came here this past weekend and had to drive off because the line didn't move forward by A SINGLE CAR in over 10 minutes. Me, a police car, and another person all drove off because they were so slow. Tonight I went there, and the service was slow as usual. There was only ONE car ahead of me at the order screen when I pulled up. It still took 20 minutes to get my food. And then they forgot one of my sandwiches... after me waiting for 20 minutes. Unfortunately, I didn't realize it until I got home and began to eat. I then tried to call the restaurant in order to reconcile the situation and nobody picked up after me calling 3 times. Well I was excited to grab some Wendy's tonight and I normally place a mobile order and pick it up inside. That way I can avoid the huge drive thru line. But tonight I get to the door and the lobby is closed. Well my app says to go inside but that's impossible and so no problem I get it, people don't want to work anymore. So I was going to cancel my order and go somewhere else. Well guess what? You can't cancel a mobile order so I called Wendy's customer service and guess what? Yep they had a recording that said we are open til 8pm for customer service but tonight we closed early. Hmmmm needless to say this was disappointing so if you are planning to go inside Wendy's you have to drive to the store and look to see if there is a lobby open or lobby closed sign up. Now I am being held hostage in the Wendy's drive thru. Come on Wendy's you are better than this! Long time very disappointed Wendy's customer. Should have hit up chick fil a. At least their drive thru is fast! Again I get it that nobody wants to work, perhaps at least add a cancel order button to your app when your lobby is closed. If I could give a 0 star... I would. This location is close to my house, which is the only reason why I use it! It's pretty simple "no cheese, ketchup and mustard only, with a cheese allergy".. but I can only remember one time I've been handed an order that was right, and that's out of many times being here. This is the worst Wendy's I've ever had. They have the slowest drive thru in town. With the time they take putting food together, you would at least think they would get the order right...WRONG. I've been there roughly 10 times and gotten the correct order maybe twice. To top it all off, the staff are rude and try to avoid correcting orders. Avoid this restaurant. read more
